17/09/2025: Excellent restaurant! I went there with my mother because it's one of her favorites. The ingredients are top-quality and the dishes are truly exquisite: we ate wonderfully. The staff is very friendly, and I found the idea of ​​listing the names of those serving us and those working in the kitchen on the menu to be original and thoughtful, a sign of great care and transparency. During lunch, they also brought us various types of bread and breadsticks, a much-appreciated detail. The restaurant is charming: small but elegant, with a warm and refined atmosphere.

It is not possible to book a table. I really enjoyed the experience. Our waiter was very good at translating for us.

The experience was impeccable in every way: the elegant yet welcoming atmosphere, attentive yet discreet service, and cuisine that captivates from the first bite. Among the dishes we tried, Nico's spaghetti with garlic, oil, chili pepper, and lobster deserves a special mention: a perfect balance between simplicity and sophistication!

17/10/2025: A really nice place. This is my third time there, and I have to say I always have a great time. Last time, an amazing pizza with porcini mushrooms, recommended directly by the staff, since they had brought them fresh that afternoon.

12/10/2025: It was a cool Seprember Saturday evening, and I was quite peckish. This establishment has an outdoor enclosed dining area. I stayed inside. Fried calamari was an exceptional appetizer that came with a lemon mayonnaise. Second dish was spaghetti with clams with garlic infused butter sauce with parsley. Very satisfying, only there were only a very small amount of clams. Remember, you are abroad. Other countries do not supersize their entrées... not at all. Just enjoy the servers good service, good food, and good ambiance.

11/10/2025: It is right to review the professionalism of this place. This evening, for the first time I went to this place with a friend, I ordered a slice of meat (the most expensive on the menu) and I was very hungry, when the slice arrived I was a little disappointed by the quantity of meat (I swear, I'm honest, not because I was hungry, I evaluated!) but the real problem is that the meat was inexplicably cold, really cold, obviously it can happen, especially on a Saturday night, at this point, I make a mistake, rather than send the meat back, I decide to eat it because my stomach was burning at that moment, but I was really annoyed, we are all willing to pay for something that shows quality and the right quantity, but at that moment while I was eating, for me both elements were missing that would justify how much I would have paid for that dish. Remaining hungry, both my colleague and I decided to order another dish to share. At that point, I pointed out that even though I had finished my dish, it was really cold. The owner (or manager, I don't know) first listened to me, then expressed apology, saying he could have made up for it if I had only pointed it out sooner. After that, he also performed the most professional gesture I'd ever experienced in a similar situation (which was absolutely not expected or appropriate, given that I hadn't even sent the dish back). I won't go into the merits or specifics, because I believe every restaurateur knows how to distinguish and recognize the different contexts in their establishment and how to act correctly. But for my part, I absolutely must commend the enormous professionalism I encountered in handling this situation. Congratulations. I will visit you again because every dish that came out of the kitchen looked fantastic and the service was impeccable. Beautiful and well-kept establishment. Highly recommended.

30/09/2025: Friendly. Expensive. Average quality. Small portions. For example: homeopathic porcini risotto with porcini mushrooms added afterward, not cooked in the risotto... I don't recommend it. It's one of those places where I say to myself: it would have been better to cook and eat at home...

01/10/2025: We felt particularly comfortable in this restaurant. The staff was excellent, and the dishes we tried were high-quality. The atmosphere appears a little dated, but it's welcoming. The prices are absolutely reasonable for what we ordered.

01/10/2025: La Stadera is truly a little gem in San Salvario; one of the few restaurants I know that still embraces concepts like seasonality, wine research, and old-fashioned attentive service. Water is served, not just poured; the waiters can explain the wines as well as list them, and depending on the season, the dishes always feature seasonal vegetables (always amazing). This last visit began with a waltz of mushrooms, both fried and on tartare (very tender), followed by a pan-fried tuna and exceptional caponata, and an excellent pizza. A small note also goes to the desserts, which are strictly homemade and truly special, especially the tarte tatin (the best I've ever had). A final note goes to the owners, who have been incredibly sweet and warm ever since we've been frequenting the restaurant, and the waiters, who for countless reasons, including their superb preparation, have both remained dear to my heart.

07/10/2025: Good pizza, but the wait was exorbitant. I ordered takeout pizzas for 8:50 PM. At 9:20 PM, my pizzas hadn't even been baked yet. They finally delivered them 40 minutes late. Unacceptable.

02/10/2025: Excellent food, featuring Sicilian cuisine revisited with a modern twist, but with an eye for tradition and good taste. The caponata and pizza are delicious. Very friendly staff, fast service, and a refined atmosphere. Ample outdoor parking. I recommend booking, especially on Saturdays.
