An intimate, refined, and quiet atmosphere, ideal for romantic dinners or quiet business lunches. It offers traditional Piedmontese cuisine and seafood. Bread, breadsticks, fresh pasta (especially agnolotti), and desserts (their famous gelato) are all homemade. Courteous and discreet service, typical of "old Turin."

14/12/2025: Drawn by the stellar reviews, we went to this restaurant. We booked about a week in advance, arrived, and for some reason we didn't quite understand, there was no table. They asked us to wait a few minutes to be seated—no problem, obviously. We waited, and after about 10 minutes, a young woman, who I assume is the manager, told us that we could either sit down immediately but have to leave the table quickly, or we could wait some more. Her tone was hasty and annoyed, not very polite. We decided to sit down and eat quickly. We picked up the menu. Unfortunately, one pasta dish was undercooked, and another had been cooking for about a week. The portions, however, were generous, so I couldn't eat the main course; I only tasted it, but it wasn't anything special and lacked flavor. We ate in record time and left. The place is large, but they have tons of tables packed together. Honestly, I don't feel like recommending it, but it might be better during less crowded periods, who knows! 🤷🏻‍♀️

13/01/2026: "An excellent experience in every way" We had lunch on Saturday with my family and couldn't have asked for anything better. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and incredibly attentive to even the smallest details, making us feel right at home. The cuisine was a real discovery: Appetizers: The "Tris Gran Piemonte" is unmissable. Incredibly tender veal with tuna sauce, Fassona tartare, and Bra sausage were simply superb. The platter of cured meats and cheeses from the valley was also formidable. First courses: The Piedmontese agnolotti with roast gravy and tagliolini with venison white ragù were exquisite, rich in flavor, and beautifully cooked. The quality-price-quantity ratio is phenomenal and perfectly balanced. It's undoubtedly one of the best places we've ever eaten. I recommend Bardosteria to everyone, especially for enjoying a meal surrounded by snow in a beautiful setting. We'll definitely be back!

We shared a chat over prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella; I chose the Milanese cutlet, while my two coworkers opted for mushroom risotto and baked sea bream. Generous portions, both for the main courses and the side dishes. Excellent value.

17/01/2026: We visited this restaurant/pizzeria in Turin. The atmosphere is nice and refined, but it's best to make a reservation because it's often packed. The pizzas are good: Neapolitan-style dough, soft and light, not heavy. The only downside? The price: a bit high. Quick and efficient table service, zero downtime (which is always a plus). The desserts are average, nothing memorable, but they do the job without any fuss. There were seven of us, including a little girl. We ordered three side dishes, six pizzas and a braised meat, six desserts, one coffee, and one liqueur, spending a total of €227. I would have liked to see the coffee and the €2 ice cream sundae offered free of charge, which the little girl bought. In short: if you're looking for a good Neapolitan pizza and aren't afraid to spend a little more, La Capannina is a good choice.

17/01/2026: Always good, always good. Now expanded with a location on the corner of Corso Vittorio. Saturday night, the wait was a bit long, but the atmosphere was so pleasant that it almost went unnoticed.

This is my second time here and I find it to be an enchanting, fairytale-like place...very kind waiters, carefully prepared dishes, and homemade desserts (including the lifelike fruit replicas, delicious, and the incredibly tender mushrooms🍄). I highly recommend it to anyone!

04/02/2026: The place is beyond imagination, it feels like stepping into a fairytale, the setting is fabulous. The food was excellent, from appetizer to main course. The only downside was that my wife and I had the mushroom for dessert, but we didn't really enjoy it. Next time we'll try other desserts. We'll definitely be back.

Extremely high prices, €100 for two, for what we ate, that is, a mixed appetizer poetically described on the menu but of paltry consistency compared to the mixed appetizers at other restaurants in line with that price point. This is a bistro that claims to be Piedmontese, but when you ask for breadsticks, they rudely tell you they only serve bread. 😂 Out of politeness, we didn't send it back. Not recommended, sorry. 🫤Don't worry, I go to restaurants with better quality than yours for those nice panzate, as you say. And a piece of advice: don't respond rudely to reviews; everyone is free to express their opinion in this age of social media. Resign yourself and instead of responding, do some soul searching...

06/01/2026: The owner was very friendly and the atmosphere was comfortable, except for the outdoor bathroom, which I'd say was inconvenient in the winter. I gave the food a 3 because, while it was quite good, the portions were small in our opinion. The price was a bit high for the food.

27/12/2025: We were there on Christmas Eve. The chef, his wife, and the waitress truly made us feel at home. The food was delicious and the service was superb. Thank you for all the work you do for your guests. I'll be back as soon as I'm back in Turin.
