26/03/2024: A pearl in the heart of Avigliana. After the working day away, I decided to walk around the historic center of Avigliana and my appetite made me notice this restaurant. Small, intimate, discreet, with excellent jazz background music, I was able to taste typical local specialties accompanied by the friendliness and courtesy of the owner Gianfranco. Excellent cuisine, local raw materials and an organic cellar from which I tasted a very pleasant red of Ciliegiolo and Sangiovese; being organic wines, free of sulphites, no headaches. I highly recommend.

02/04/2024: Wonderful!! Even though Villar Perosa offers a wide choice of pizzerias, without a doubt walnuts remain my favourite!! Wide choice of pizzas, possibility to customize the ingredients and the dough. There are also pizzas outside the menu of the proposal of the month or of the week with original ingredients. As always, excellent welcome, very jolie location in perfect mountain style, all in wood, like a mountain cabin, in summer there is both an outside seat and an outdoor lawn. Large selection of home made desserts with different choices each time you go. I recommend booking well in advance even if as long as there are two of you there is also room at the slightly more critical times, as always maximum availability even on evenings where you spend more time chatting and find the guys pulling up the chairs , but they don't make you feel bad about it and are always very kind. It's just a shame that after the Covid period they removed home delivery, but it's always worth it to return to the location too. Can't you give more than 5 stars? 🤗

06/04/2024: Typical, popular restaurant, reservations recommended. Finding ourselves in the area as soon as we arrived in Turin and without a reservation, we found the kindness of the owner who went out of her way to find us accommodation. The short wait was rewarded by having dinner with well-made traditional dishes. Excellent quality-price relation. Being in the area it is worth a booked visit.

06/04/2024: Unfortunately, after many years of frequenting it and especially at Easter, I have to say that this was most likely the last time. Prices reached €60 per person for a menu that honestly wasn't up to what was asked for. Except for the mixed fried food, everything else this year was mediocre.

05/03/2024: Su consiglio dell’hotel dove alloggiavamo e guidati anche dalle buone recensioni su Tripadvisor, abbiamo prenotato qui per provare la vera cucina piemontese e non siamo stati delusi. Il ristorante è aperto da più di 60 anni, sempre guidato dalla stessa famiglia che lo ha fondato e devo dire che ho notato un’ accuratezza nel servizio che sa veramente di esperienza. Ambiente tranquillo, di altri tempi, bel tovagliato e alta presenza di torinesi, che è una garanzia. Abbiamo diviso un’ ottima porzione di vitello tonnato, a seguire gnocchi al Castelmagno e favolosi agnolotti del plin al sugo d’arrosto. Da non perdere il bonèt, una delizia irresistibile. Il conto è stato una piacevole sorpresa, avendo pagato con acqua e un calice di vino poco più di 30 euro a testa. Prenotazione vivamente consigliata (attenzione, chiuso il sabato!)

04/03/2024: Premetto che noi in famiglia siamo dei buongustai ,critici e ottimi cucinieri, per cui quando usciamo per ristoranti restiamo quasi sempre delusi Inoltre troviamo qualità mediocre a prezzi sproporzionati Qui invece troviamo sempre un ottima qualità malgrado la grande scelta di piatti , il servizio è anche eccellente Quindi come detto io reputo questo ristorante il migliore che si possa trovare in Piemonte

Then the dining room staff is really excellent and kind, they make you feel at ease and are always available... The customer always comes first! Although it seems like a very chic place, one of those that offers tiny portions, the portions are always just right. In short, we always go back whenever we have the chance! Always excellent food quality, impeccable cleanliness and formidable attention to detail! The prices are high perhaps for the average, but you pay for the quality, and leaving here you certainly can't say you're hungry or feel dissatisfied... On the contrary!!!
