26/01/2026: It was gone 10pm when we turned up at Cernaia 31. Our reception was friendly and the service good throughout; the food excellent and good value. I would definitely return if I found myself in Turin again.

01/04/2026: We arrived around 12:30 without a reservation, drawn by the menu displayed; the host gave us a table outside. The Piedmontese menu included veal with tuna sauce, agnolotti del plin, braised beef in Barolo, and bonet—all truly delicious! The young and friendly staff, the prices moderate, the cuisine high.

30/03/2026: Dinner for two after visiting the Royal Palace of Venaria Reale. The restaurant is strategically located just a few meters from the palace and on the main road. The interior is very charming and welcoming, the service attentive and courteous, the food very good, as was the wine we were recommended. A wonderful experience.

28/09/2025: We came for the hotel's 150th anniversary with Scabin's menu, and what can I say? An exceptional sensory, tactile, and gustatory experience. A menu that must be experienced and dressed like a bespoke suit. The dining room staff, Elisabetta and Nicola, masters of the place, are testaments to the soul of the chef and the hotel itself, whose soul they embody. A unique experience.

26/09/2025: An exceptional restaurant in every way. It was a great choice, as from the first moment you can feel the restaurant's special atmosphere. We had the opportunity to try the Michelin-starred 250/100 menu. Some dishes are very original, surprising (and fun), and together they reflect the chef's career and culinary experience. Both the food and the pairing are of high quality. The staff who served us made our stay very pleasant; they were extremely friendly and attentive at all times, elevating the experience even further.

15/02/2026: We had dinner during the week, on Valentine's Day, and were truly satisfied. From appetizers to dessert, the dishes were truly delicious. The staff was super helpful and courteous, apologizing for the slightly slow service during the evening; we really appreciated it. The price was above average, but in line with the location and setting. Recommended.

01/01/2026: We stayed at Christmas for two days. The staff was friendly, Sabrina was a professional, and the food was good and plentiful. We'll definitely be back. The Noasca waterfall is nearby.

09/11/2025: A group of friends and I had lunch at the restaurant today. We hadn't booked, and luckily they still had room. They set up a table for us right away, we sat down, and the staff took our order shortly thereafter. We ate quickly despite the restaurant being busy. The portions were generous and the food was delicious. The staff was attentive, thoughtful, and kind. The quality/price ratio was excellent; we'll definitely be back. Thank you for your hospitality.

11/02/2026: We came for lunch and had a great time! All the fish dishes were excellent, and the fried food was plentiful. And the Sorrento limoncello at the end of the meal is a must!

16/03/2026: Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy it. I ordered a set menu: first course, second course, and side dish. The first course was a slightly overcooked pasta, and the second course was a slice of reheated, tough porchetta with a side of diced fennel salad, poorly presented. I won't be back!

24/02/2026: A very welcoming place, thanks to its good quality food and service, which is very attentive to customers and their requests. For foreign tourists, eating at Il Cavaliere restaurant was a pleasant surprise, as were the reasonable bill and the complimentary after-dinner drinks.

23/03/2026: Summary: Courtesy = 0....Customer Service = 0..."Know-how" = 0...perfect trio. Sunday afternoon, a group of 20 people, adults and children, after the afternoon beach volleyball game (7 pm), we asked for a quick aperitif, with the intention of also ordering some focaccia/pizza... Note: the tables and room were completely empty at that time... We were told: "There are NO tables available, they're all booked" and that the only "available" space was the small table and sofa in the hallway... Even though it wasn't suitable, we stopped for a drink. Aside from a small beer served in medium-sized plastic cups, a standard Spritz and Campari, NO appetizers were provided, so we had to make do with several packets of San Carlo crisps... (Courtesy & Availability). Our total expense and the restaurant's profit were significantly lower than we had anticipated by combining various pizzas/focaccias...("savoir faire"--->TOP). We were unlucky...highly discouraged.

06/01/2026: I've been to Enoteca 325 many times, and there's never been a time where I haven't had a great experience. The cuisine is carefully crafted and based on local products, sourced and hand-picked by Steve. The risottos, in particular, are always memorable, but it's really hard to make a bad choice from the menu, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere, listening to Steve talk about food and wine.
