19/08/2026: This review pertains solely to the reception and service upon arrival!
The reception we received upon arrival was so... unwelcoming! The way we were communicated with and treated upon arrival was unacceptable as guests. No one could confirm our reserved room. We took note of this dismissive attitude from the staff and immediately left, seeking and finding alternative accommodation.
16/08/2026: The service was terrible: the staff treated us abruptly, rudely, and unprofessionally, as if we were a nuisance. There was no kindness or even the slightest interest in properly serving customers.
A disappointing experience from start to finish. I absolutely do not recommend it and would not return.
