The food, especially the fresh fish, was excellent. The service was pleasant and professional. The crowds were a bit rowdy for a place that's worth much more than its clientele (me first and foremost). The pizza was average.

Always very good, excellent fish. Very clean place and very friendly staff. It's not the first time and it won't be the last!!!! I'm fascinated by this place!!!! See you soon!

A little too noisy but good service

Every time we want to have a celebration, be it dinner or lunch, and we want to just go, eat and drink good food, without spending a fortune for it, we think of the Picchio. It’s exactly the place to go when you just want to have a great meal, and enjoy your time, without being uncertain of your choice of restaurant. We’ve had plenty of delicious meals there throughout the years, and it deserves all the praises we can give, on the quality of their meals and drinks, the variety, the ready and attentive staff, the fair prices! It’s a no brainer.

Excellent pizza. The staff is top-notch. I recommend Al Picchio is always a great place...the menu is excellent and the service is always impeccable. This is the result of always doing your job with love. Highly recommended.

Fantastic food, truly delicious and high-quality. The fish in particular is a must-try. I recommend the seafood and the fried calamari and shrimp. The pizza is very thin and crispy with an amazing flavor. Very fast service. Both restaurant and pizzeria. Plenty of seating, both indoors and outdoors. It's not uncommon to spot celebrities coming for dinner. Reservations required. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I don't want to dwell on the food, as there are already so many reviews confirming that the food here is good. Instead, I'd rather talk about what keeps us coming back: Amedeo. For us, he's the place's true asset. He's always extremely kind, elegant, attentive, and has a natural charm that immediately puts you at ease. When we come, we often try to sit outside, also because we know he might be there for us. Small gestures like immediately bringing a bowl of water for the dog show how much he cares for his customers. Professional but never aloof, he manages to make people feel at home. The only small flaw is the parking, which isn't always convenient. Otherwise, we always gladly return. At the end of the meal, fresh limoncello is always offered. Thank you, Amedeo. T
