25/06/2025: Excellent trattoria serving local cuisine. We were very well received, even without a reservation, for a Sunday lunch. The service was very friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. The atmosphere is simple, bright and very pleasant, even on a hot day. The menu has excellent traditional dishes. Start with the excellent sweet and sour onion with cheese fondue. For the main course, try the linguini with duck or the excellent vegetable plim. The desserts were also very well served. Excellent house wine. Good value for money. Well worth a visit!

23/06/2025: I had a great time, the dishes were truly delicious from the appetizers such as the Fassona steak or the veal with tuna sauce, then the first courses such as tagliolini with ragù, moving on to the second courses where I found two of the best meat dishes of my life, the cheek and the stew, soft as butter and with a truly special flavor, right up to the dessert. I didn't taste the wine, but those who were able to drink it said they found it to be a very good wine. As for the service, I was very impressed by the passion with which the waiter explained some things to us, especially about the wine. Then no "technical" errors during the evening. The place is nice, nothing that leaves you speechless, but a quiet and pleasant place. For children, it's a personal matter, if the child can stay still at the table then it's fine, even for the details of the goose that can be found throughout the place, if the child is more lively, it can be a little difficult to make him move and play.

21/06/2025: I went to eat pizza tonight with a friend of mine, and unfortunately I have to say that the pizza seemed frozen and few chips on top but like 10 in number. The pizza was thin and in addition we had some coke which unfortunately was at room temperature and was not cold as it should have been. It's really a shame because a place like this under the arcades with a service like that does not seem great to me. I do not recommend it positively.

26/06/2025: I was at the Aquila Nera last Friday. At 10.30-11pm they close the kitchens but they continue to make pizzas which was the reason why I went there.. the oven is wood-fired, so a big advantage.. I had a pizza with pistachio and guanciale and burrata on top (it's called pistacchiosa 10 out of 10) .. out of this world in short.. the drinks were excellent.. compliments to the entourage of the room always courteous and attentive.. my personal compliments to the pizza chef for the choice of raw materials.. for those who want something else, the choice of dinner based on fish, meat, pasta or whatever is more than valid and varied.. go there and expectations will be respected. I only stopped to eat so I won't review the hotel part

The fish was very fresh, cooked with care and taste - each dish was a small masterpiece of authentic flavors. In addition to the quality of the food, I was impressed by the welcome: all the staff were kind, attentive and helpful, making me feel really at ease. 24/05/2025: Even though it's May, I couldn't help but leave a review for this restaurant near the Castello di Rivoli where I was in November. It really made an impression on me and just yesterday, recommending it to some friends, I remembered the beautiful evening we had spent. Rustic and welcoming place, impeccable service and excellent selection of wines. I had the asparagus flan and then a pumpkin and Blu di Lanzo risotto, exceptional! The selection of cheeses with sauces was also fantastic, including one in particular with "cogna" grapes. Everyone at the table was very satisfied. Recommended!

09/06/2025: An iconic spot in the center of Turin, we ordered vermouth and Bicerin for an aperitif. Great service, good prices, and excellent quality. A classic downtown spot where a stop is almost obligatory. You'll find it next to the town hall; a highly recommended spot.

04/07/2025: Ho mangiato con amici in questo ristorante per la prima volta. Porzioni abbondanti ma di scarsa qualità. Il fritto decongelato senza sapore. Mangiare il mare è tutta altra cosa. Carta dei vini ampia (con moltissimi vini non disponibili) ma troppo cara rispetto alla qualità degli stessi. Non ci tornerò piu

16/06/2025: Passo spesso in zona e ho deciso con mia moglie di provarlo avendo sentito buone recensioni...il locale è ampio ma l'aria condizionata non funziona bene perché la giornata era calda e il confort lasciava a desiderare.Prendiamo di calici di vino bianco...le bollicine ok...lo Chardonnay dozzinale...per antipasto code di gambero avvolte in crema di nocciole e fritte molto buone a seguire due fritture di pesce anch'esse molto buone ...un dolce per mia moglie.. pastiera di grano senza decorazioni e molto secca probabilmente acquistata .. nel complesso a parte il cameriere poco disponibile che non dimostrava grande empatia e il conto un po' caro l'esperienza non ci ha entusiasmati... personalmente non penso di ritornare...

15/07/2025: We went here with The Fork. It's one of the few places booked on this platform that gave me the feeling they'd adjusted the menu prices to mitigate the discounts offered. The prices, with a 50% discount on The Fork, actually amount to a saving of about 20%. Aside from that, the food is generally good quality, and while not excellent, it's okay for the price. The wait times are too long; it took us almost two hours to get dinner, with a 30-minute wait per dish, despite the restaurant being empty.

06/07/2025: A wonderful discovery for lunch in Turin We had lunch at this restaurant and were thrilled. The dishes are taken care of down to the smallest details, with refined proposals and well-balanced flavors. It is rare to find such a high level in Turin, especially at lunch: excellent cuisine, very fresh fish and great attention to the quality of the ingredients. The waiter and the chef were very helpful and welcoming. Even if the restaurant is not certified for celiac disease, there are always valid alternatives, a sign of sensitivity and flexibility that are not to be taken for granted. We really enjoyed it and will definitely return!

11/07/2025: Very good, authentic restaurant. Unfortunately, the "Fruti di Mare" consisted only of mussels. After complaining, they gave us an extra portion of mussels (sic!). Hence only 4.5 points.

24/06/2025: Cibo nella norma, non cattivo ma niente di che. Porzioni non abbondanti e prezzi alti. Otto euro per una fetta d' ananas con il liquore è da presa in giro. Abbiamo preso 4 antipasti, un primo e un secondo , tre bottiglie d'acqua, un calice di prosecco e un dolce per 135 euro. Praticamente è come se fossimo stati in tre con due piatti a testa, niente vino, solo un calice, solo un dolce e niente caffè, viene 45 euro a persona. Non ci siamo, non lo consiglio.

23/07/2025: We tried the aperitif: lots of vegetables, salads, some cured meats, but overall, the food wasn't very substantial. A nasty surprise when it came to paying: even though it was advertised in capital letters as €15, the cashier had the nerve to ask for a €1.50 cover charge per person. They might as well have just written €16.50! Unacceptable and deceptive. I'll never go back.
