The special menu (for those staying in the hotel above) is convenient, allowing you to choose two main courses and a dessert for a very affordable price. It's a shame that despite the large outdoor area, smoking is not allowed at the tables outside.

04/07/2026: Passami il Sale… yes. But please, a little professionalism too. The setting is pleasant, in a beautiful historic city. The restaurant is clean and the food is decent, even if the portions are rather small. The dishes are good, without being memorable, and the prices are clearly too high for what is served. The young woman, tall, slender, and multilingual, deserves special mention. Smiling, dynamic, welcoming, and very professional, she brings real value to the establishment. Unfortunately, everything else is spoiled by the service of two waiters, one of whom wears glasses and gave us the room key. A nonchalant, unpleasant, almost contemptuous attitude. The plates are placed on the table without a word, with a casualness that is hardly acceptable in an establishment that charges such prices. We truly felt like we were bothering them. We also stayed at the restaurant. The room was adequate, clean, and a reasonable size, without any major flaws, but lacking any particular charm. The breakfast, typically Italian, was simple but satisfactory. Ultimately, this stay left a bitter taste. It wasn't the food or the accommodation that was the problem, but rather the evening service, which was unworthy of an establishment that claims to welcome guests. A good meal can make you forget many things. A poor welcome, however, makes you forget everything else.

09/05/2026: Given the reviews, we expected more. Even though we had made a reservation, there was no reservation. However, after a few minutes, we were able to sit down. The pizza was average but nothing special.

30/06/2026: On a friend's recommendation, I came to Rospetto to try the pizza. I was immediately greeted by the smiles of the owner and the girls at the counter. The place is very welcoming, the temperature perfect, the selection of beers, and the option of having a different dough for some focaccias were a pleasant surprise. The reservation was met promptly. I was very impressed by the family atmosphere. The team, working quickly and professionally, is very close-knit. You can tell by the smiles and good humor. The pizza is delicious. Congratulations to all of you. I'll definitely be back. 10 stars, if that were possible.

26/05/2026: An ideal restaurant for a quick, good-quality lunch in the Porta Palazzo area. I went there for lunch, and they offer 3/4 first and second courses, and you can choose à la carte or choose the €12 menu with a first and second course and water.

13/05/2026: I came in for breakfast and left without having eaten because the lady at the counter was talking about her daughter (and the fact that she danced, describing her passion and skill) with a customer, completely ignoring me. I tried to make eye contact with her but was unsuccessful. She interrupted the conversation to charge two women, not even a hello to me. She never seemed rude or uninterested, just a little out of touch. I understand the attention paid to regulars, but we shouldn't forget the others. I had breakfast across the street. I'm giving the food 4 stars even though I didn't try anything because I don't want to penalize them for something I don't know about.

The restaurant is both intimate and welcoming, perfect for a dinner with your partner or friends. The cuisine is top-notch: Piedmontese in tradition but light in execution, with authentic flavors and select ingredients. Each dish reflects the region without excess, with that refined simplicity that only great chefs can express. The wine cellar is a real surprise: incredibly extensive, with a selection that ranges well beyond Piedmont, embracing the finest labels from various Italian regions. But the real added value is the host: a wine enthusiast with deep and genuine knowledge. Let him guide you in your choice: he will find the perfect wine for your palate and to complement your chosen dishes. The service is attentive and friendly, and the quality/price ratio is excellent.

10/06/2026: Horrible service, horrible smell, and extremely dirty. Terrible service, and they put us in a corner where it's difficult to access the restrooms. If there are a lot of you, don't come to this place!!! Thin pizza that's a cracker, enough of this place, never again. It used to be better and they made delicious pizza, Michelin-starred, but now it's ruined.

10/06/2026: Terrible service; they put us in a cramped space where we couldn't move. The bathrooms were incredibly dirty; they really looked like the bathrooms at a service station! The prices were incredibly high, €7.50 for a Margherita? Not recommended for group dinners.

28/03/2026: I wanted to celebrate my partner's birthday here at the restaurant. We chose the "Sangon Beach" experience. The atmosphere was truly relaxing, complete with sand. The staff was attentive and friendly. I took advantage of the flower service, which was truly beautiful. But let's get to the sore point of the evening: the food. I gave it two stars because, without questioning the quality of the ingredients, both my partner and I found everything too salty. We reported this to the dining room staff and they told us the saltiness was due to the spices. Of the 12 courses, we stopped at 10 because we'd reached our limit. Honestly, I expected more from a restaurant of this caliber.

23/05/2026: I ate well, but I was disappointed because I was alone and occupied a table on the terrace. The fact that I had time to go to the bathroom and saw that the table was already occupied again does not leave a good impression.

22/05/2026: Lots of well-maintained tennis courts, always spotlessly clean changing rooms, and a welcoming bar, restaurant, and pizzeria. My friends told me the food is excellent, especially the pizza! The pool will be opening in a few days! Highly recommended!

20/05/2026: A multipurpose and well-organized place. I can speak highly of the pools, which are very clean and well-structured. I also have no complaints about the summer camps they organize. Always full of young people, which means the service is appreciated. Worth a try.
