06/01/2026: I've been to Enoteca 325 many times, and there's never been a time where I haven't had a great experience. The cuisine is carefully crafted and based on local products, sourced and hand-picked by Steve. The risottos, in particular, are always memorable, but it's really hard to make a bad choice from the menu, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere, listening to Steve talk about food and wine.

28/12/2025: I chose this hotel exclusively for the spa, paying €217 per night. Too bad the spa, in fact, wasn't usable. All the seats, chaise longues, and loungers were "occupied" only by abandoned towels, with no one present. After over an hour without even being able to sit down for a minute, I reported the matter to reception. The spa colleague's response was that "everything was occupied," casting doubt on my report. Curiously, only after my report was made was a towel removed and a seat vacated, effectively contradicting the employee's earlier statement. The spa was completely unsupervised: overcrowded for its size, noisy, messy, and clearly lacking in cleanliness (I never saw anyone come to clean the floor given the overcrowding). There was no access management, no supervision, no respect for the minimum rules. Calling it a "spa" is misleading: it's more accurate to call it an indoor pool left in disarray. The staff appeared helpless and disinterested: a first female operator constantly on the phone, followed by two young men completely passive in the face of the situation, chatting among themselves. The result: the spa was unused on the only available afternoon of the stay. To be fair, the management offered early access to the spa the following morning. This was an absurd and unusable offer, as it was only available at 11:00 a.m., therefore after checkout. I wasn't looking for a discount outright, but paying for a spa and not being able to use it even for a minute would have deserved at least some concrete compensation. Nothing. The rooms are average, with no added value; the windowless bathroom is a questionable choice for a hotel of this caliber. The breakfast is varied but of poor quality: dry panettone and industrial pastries (cream bonbons that look and taste artificial). In short: high price, poor service, non-existent spa management. If you're looking for relaxation, order, and an experience worthy of your money, look elsewhere.

15/02/2026: I'll start by saying that my star has nothing to do with the food. The dishes were good and high-quality, but it's for the lack of professionalism demonstrated by the fact that we drove two hours because we were attracted by the tasting menu on the restaurant's website. I'd booked for the restaurant, and I'd made sure I'd find it on the day of my reservation, with excellent prices and a wide selection of dishes. When we arrived, the menu wasn't appropriate, the prices had changed, and the tasting menu was completely different, with no option to change it. I expressed my disappointment to the restaurant staff and the owner. I felt cheated, being told that the menu had changed the day before, without my request to keep it the same as on the website. Truly unprofessional and unhelpful. The food was good, but I'll never come back. I recommend posting the actual menu on the website.

02/03/2026: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic meal at Royal Cusine Restaurant and Pizzeria in Bardonecchia. The menu offers much more than just pizza, with some really well thought-out Italian dishes. I had the braised pork cheek and it was absolutely lovely — beautifully tender and full of flavour. You could tell it had been slow-cooked properly. The staff were genuinely friendly and spoke multiple languages, which made everything easy and welcoming. The atmosphere was relaxed and the prices felt fair for the quality of the food. Would definitely return and happily recommend.

01/03/2026: I visited this restaurant for 'Bagnacaldaday' but I spent 45 euros per person for: a burnt flan, a few raw vegetables, nothing cooked, an unlikely dessert, waiting for a bit of bagna.

18/01/2026: The four-course menu is excellent: the bao to start, the Iberian suckling pig, and the zabaglione to finish are the best. Very welcoming place, well-spaced tables, and a very competent chef and staff. Parking nearby, in the square near the church.

02/01/2026: Excellent seafood restaurant in an authentic setting. Top-quality ingredients: the mixed antipasto of lake fillets (5 different selections) is the perfect way to savor the local flavors; you can taste that it's prepared and marinated in-house. The tagliolini with fish ragù is a must-try. Friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere.

25/10/2025: The property is lovely, but its true value lies in the beautiful Barbaresco hills surrounding it. It recently changed ownership, and we encountered some small difficulties, but the new, very helpful manager was able to accommodate us, demonstrating a willingness to improve and a desire to enhance the property, which already has great potential. Given its proximity to Alba and its more than competitive prices, I recommend the Terrazza del Barbaresco to anyone looking to budget and experience a few days in the authentic Langhe, among rows of vines and hazelnut trees.

26/11/2025: Right by the lake, so you start with an awesome setting. I enjoyed the the seafood pizza, the Fish Plate and really enjoyed the tiramisu. Very friendly staff. Atmosphere is not fancy, very chill and laid back. A must to visit.

29/10/2025: We only wanted to have a drink at lunchtime, and even though the restaurant was practically empty, we were refused service. We can't understand this at all, because in the off-season, you'd think they'd be happy with so few customers... and drinks are a good source of revenue. Very disappointing! Attached is a picture to illustrate just how empty the restaurant was.

08/03/2026: We probably had a bad night, but the experience wasn't the best. Despite having a reservation, we waited about twenty minutes before being seated. Although the staff was helpful and took our orders almost immediately, we waited an hour and a quarter before receiving our pizzas. The suggestion to have a focaccia or farinata before starting dinner was probably due to awareness of the delay. The place is very large and was definitely full. Despite having three pizza chefs, the pizzas were served slowly. The staff did indeed do their best to accommodate the customers, but I got the feeling of a general lack of organization, certainly partly due to the fact that the place was packed. The place is still very nice, spacious, and bright, and the pizza selection is varied, with some interesting offers. The pizza prices are medium-high. It needs to be reconsidered.
