30/08/2025: Returning from an off-road trip in the Sestriere area with three friends, convenient parking (we had an off-road vehicle and a car with a motorcycle trailer in tow), I booked during the trip, even though it was already 9:00 PM. They were happy to welcome us, the pizza was delicious, and the service was good at a fair price. I'd say it was an excellent experience, we'll be back 👍 And I forgot, four-legged friends are welcome 🐕 (we didn't have any, but I saw at least two in the dining room) 🤗👍

09/10/2025: Tradition begins with innovation. Here they artfully and deliciously combine both. Great wines combine with fantastic and interesting dishes. Friendly and efficient service. Our waitress spoke impeccable English and the host/owner is a gem. Uh oh…. We returned tonight. It has defiitely changed for the worse. Terribly slow service even though hardly anyone there. We were five people. Nothing anyone ordered was actually good. I guess the most tasteless vitello tonnato I’ve ever had. A stale glass of Barbera from a bottle thst had been left open way too long. The salad we ordered never came but we were charged for it. Forget it.

09/09/2025: Dinner with friends on a Saturday in a quaint, well-maintained, and clean location. Welcoming and helpful staff, excellent quality ingredients, decent portions, carefully presented plating, and service time appropriate to the food, which is mostly freshly prepared. Excellent bread and focaccia baked in their own oven. The quality/price ratio was in line with other restaurants in the same category. Since we didn't order wine (as we're teetotalers) or dessert, the bill came to around €40 per person.

09/08/2025: 16,5 € for an "almost" vegetarian "all you can eat buffet" with a drink included. Good food and many dishes to choose. Great service. I wish we have this in Spain. I recomend it 100% and I definately would be back.

02/10/2025: This summer we had the pleasure of dining at the Leon d'Oro Restaurant in Canale d'Alba, and the experience was truly unforgettable. The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously crafted, perfect for making you feel at ease. A huge compliment goes to chef Irene, who showcases local products with balanced, creative, and authentically flavorful dishes. Each course was meticulously crafted, not only in flavor but also in presentation. A special thanks to Ilaria, the owner, and the head waiter, who welcomed us with professionalism and kindness: their passion shines through in every attention they give to their guests. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return: a place we recommend to anyone seeking quality, authenticity, and hospitality.

07/08/2025: You wouldn't know it from the location, but the food and drink are excellent, with excellent value. The staff are very kind, and the girl from Cuneo... if I could, I'd marry her. She's adorable. I'll be back!

13/09/2025: I stayed at this property for an afternoon at the spa. What can I say? It was immaculately maintained and incredibly relaxing. Truly a gem! The outdoor pool (not heated, but even today, with the overcast sky, it was lovely) has a spectacular view of the Monferrato hills. End the day with a lovely aperitif in the garden. Everything was perfect!

11/09/2025: In general it is a nice hotel with a great restaurant. But there is still room for improvement. The location is a bit off from the hotspots but super quiet with a nice view, garden and architecture. The pool area is nice but one can tell that the adjacent rooms are to be modernized when compared to the stylish hotel and restaurant itself. The wine list is impressive and you should have ld definitely try their own wines. We grabbed a few for our collection at home. The staff is nice, the service super attentive and welcoming. They try to fix everything thar might arise. We stayed a week and enjoyed it a lot. It is also a great place for trips to Asti, Novara, Torino and more. The restaurant has a great quality of products and is super nice interior-wise. The rooms are a bit small, but they have almost everything you need. But there are a few things that we missed or did not like that much. For starters, they had shampoo etc. but no conditioner. That would be an easy win. The air conditioning is a bit weird as you cannot really get below 21 degrees celcius and it seemed to reset to some sort of default settings. This lead to a rather warm climate. Moreover, our air conditioning was pointed towards the bed so we felt the air all the time in bed. Not the ideal setup in my opinion. Another thing we noticed was that the pillows were not ideal. You could put two on top of each other, which would make them to high or only use one which was too low. I know that this is personal preference, but compared to other hotel beds this felt like a miss. On thing we noticed rather late was that our mosquito net at the window was broken at the bottom, which caused an influx of insects unfortunately. And our shower glass wall had a little defect - probably some guest smashed it against a wall or shower hose as the handling requires a bit of "training". The gym is also nice even though finding it wasn't that obvious - maybe set up some signage? And a desinfactant spray or tissue was missing plus a proper indoor bike. The bar has a lot of potential, which I hope the owners see and will lake use of soon. The Internet needs some improvement, but it was working most of the time. The spa is small but nice, but I can imagine that in bad weather or winter the space light be too small for all hotel guest plus day spa guests. But we enjoyed the stay, the warmth and professionalism and if we ever come. Back to the region we will for sure drop in and say hi.

23/03/2025: Pranzato per la prima volta la scorsa settimana,menu vario porzioni abbondanti prezzi competitivi.Ordinato strozzapreti con salsiccia e radicchio particolarmente apprezzati perchè senza l'aggiunta di panna che di solito viene messa nelle ricette in bianco;discreta anche la parmigiana di melanzane. Penso che tornero' per provare altri piatti.

05/10/2025: Good, authentic Italian food. Unfortunately, all the seafood and fish dishes weren't available, but the carpaccio was very good. The pizza was also good. For the pasta, they could offer fillet pieces instead of sausages; that would be even better.

02/10/2025: We were passing through the area and were lucky enough to discover this restaurant. The atmosphere was very beautiful and organized. The service was good, and the waitress was polite. Finally, the food was also delicious and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back!

14/10/2025: I had the pleasure of enjoying an amazing meal! I’m traveling with my parents, who are 75 and 77 years old, and we stopped in Turin for one night. I found this place for dinner , what a wonderful surprise. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. There’s a big difference between being treated well and seeing your parents treated with such care, and when that happens, it truly touches your heart. The food was absolutely delicious. I was really tempted to try a seafood dish that seemed to come with a focaccia-style crust to soak up the sauce , but it looked like too much food, and my parents don’t eat much. All in all, I just want to say thank you for the kindness shown to my parents, the great service, and the incredible food. My parents absolutely loved the spaghetti with ragù sauce!
