01/03/2025: Excellent food, well cooked and very well looked after. Mr. Giorgio, who serves the tables, is very friendly, empathetic, polite and respectful. He explains the dishes and is ready to suggest choices. Three menus for three different tastes; seafood, land and vegetarian menus. Possibly, rather than à la carte, tasting menus are available for both tastes. Let me start by saying that these are not the usual tasting menus where small portions are served. At 'L Gòj the tasting menus are made from normal quantities. A good cellar and possibly bulk wine. Very good desserts. Here we are at the bill. After everything I said above one would expect who knows what amount. Well, that's not the case. The prices are average, indeed I dare say, even less. The invitation is to try it yourself. The large car park, adjacent to the venue, helps you not go crazy trying to figure out where to leave your car. Private and enjoy your meal!

12/04/2025: Lunch with friends, place chosen based on positive reviews from other users which I confirm. Welcoming environment, impeccable service, very kind and professional dining room staff. All the courses satisfied us fully: tajarin with lamb sauce, plin with truffle sauce and assiette of amazing cheeses. Fair prices. Excellent quality ingredients.

10/12/2024: Piazza Crova 3 es uno de los mejores restaurantes de la zona, y por una buena razón! Cada vez que visitamos, se siente como un viaje culinario al cielo. El menú cuenta con platos sobresalientes que muestran lo mejor de los sabores locales y tradicionales, elevados a la perfección. Cada bocado es un testimonio de la frescura y alta calidad de los ingredientes utilizados. La dedicación a abastecerse de productos locales realmente brilla en cada plato. Ya sea que se trate de una pasta hermosamente cocinada, derretir - en - sus - platos de carne en la boca, o deliciosos postres, los sabores son auténticos, equilibrados e inolvidables. El menú ofrece la variedad justa para mantener las cosas interesantes, manteniendo su enfoque en la excelencia. El servicio aquí es tan impecable como la comida. El personal es atento, amable y claramente apasionado por proporcionar una experiencia gastronómica fantástica. Siempre están encantados de recomendar el maridaje perfecto o explicar los orígenes de los platos. Es este nivel de atención y hospitalidad lo que nos hace volver una y otra vez. Si estás en la zona, visitar la Piazza Crova 3 es una necesidad absoluta. Lo recomendamos a cualquiera que aprecie la comida excepcional y el servicio excepcional. Una vez que lo pruebes, entenderás por qué no podemos dejar de volver!

23/02/2025: We went to this pizzeria several times, unfortunately, my experience was increasingly disappointing. The service was really poor. The staff, in addition to not greeting, does not have a minimum of hospitality and patience. They leave you waiting, and don't even answer you, zero empathy and courtesy. They were not friendly at all and seemed annoyed by our requests. The only kind person was the young pizza chef.. As for the food, the pizza I ordered had little flavor and the pasta was rubbery. The ingredients did not seem fresh and the cooking was not balanced at all. We had also ordered a starter, but it arrived cold and bland. In summary, my experience at [Name of Pizzeria] was very disappointing and I cannot recommend it. 08/02/2025: Conosciamo il locale da una decina di anni. Impeccabile col cibo espressione di ottima cucina Piemontese. Cantina scelta di aziende agricole del territorio incluso Langhe. Pecca con arroganza nel servizio secondo il criterio che il cliente ha sempre torto. Dopo aver prenotato con largo anticipo un tavolo da 8, ci siamo trovati due tavoli rotondi affiancati che non hanno favorito né la conversazione né la Convivialita’.Nemmeno una scusa per l’inconveniente segnalato dopo aver pagato il conto.

04/02/2025: Pranzo della domenica in questo ottimo ristorante a Montegrosso. Sicuramente da tornarci quando si potrà mangiare sul bel dehor esterno. Eravamo in 6 e abbiamo preso il menù degustazione. Tutto molto buono. Due antipasti, 1 primo, secondo e dolce. La faraona all'arancia veramente eccezionale. Amaro offerto alla fine. Servizio veloce nonostante una grande tavolata dietro di noi. Rapporto qualità prezzo notevole. Abbiamo speso poco più di 40 euro a testa, compreso una bottiglia di Pico Maccario e una di Renato Ratti... Lo consiglio vivamente.

Antipasto: penelope, spaghetti alle vongole, vino bianco fermo della casa, torta cioccolato e pere (che, come di consueto, non abbiamo fatto in tempo a fotografare!). Voto: 10.

13/02/2025: I am reviewing the restaurant only. We came on a week night in February and got a table right away with no reservation. The service was terrific. I had the mussels and they were very good and plentiful. My husband had the carbonara, which was very good. We then shared plate of shrimp, swordfis and branzino which was excellent.

19/10/2024: Posizionato sulla Via principale del Centro di Orta, a poca distanza dalla piazza centrale, questo locale è stata una piacevole scoperta: ottima accoglienza, ambiente luminoso ed ospitale, pietanze originali e molto gustose. Ottimi i tagliolini al ragù di cinghiale e fuori dal consueto la preparazione e la presentazione del coniglio. Le portate sono quantitativamente adeguate, nonostante il locale possa presentarsi del tipo ricercato (“gourmet”). Veramente degno di menzione lo zabaione (qui, chiamato “zabaglione”) … €. 9,00 possono sembrare eccessivi, ma la porzione è decisamente abbondante ed è ampiamente proporzionata per due persone. €. 4,00 per una bottiglia d’acqua (in bottiglia di vetro, imbottigliata e tappata alla fonte … e non di quelle microfiltrate, imbottigliate in cucina) possono risultare eccessivi, ma considerato che non viene applicato il coperto (nonostante il tavolo sia imbandito con tovaglia e tovaglioli di stoffa ed il servizio sia impeccabile) e mi è stato praticato anche uno sconto … beh! Non c’è nulla di cui lamentarsi. Ho molto apprezzato i libri e le riviste di alto pregio culturale, presenti nel locale. Molto gradevole la conversazione con la titolare, che accoglie, all’entrata, e saluta i clienti, dopo il pagamento, con molta cordialità (… qualità non molto diffusa nel V.C.O., dove spesso si ha l'impressione di essere tollerati soltanto perchè si paga la visita).
