Siamo stati a pranzo ed abbiamo gustato piatti ottimi preparati con ingredienti di prima qualità, cucinati mirabilmente e presentati in armonia. Amouse bouche deliziosi, pane, focaccia e tipo "panettone salato" leggeri e molto apprezzati. Antipasti e dolci al top! Grande disponibilità nel modificare i piatti previsti dal menu scelto, visto che mio marito non ama la cipolla, con altri piatti ancora migliori. Ottima scelta di vini. Porzioni giuste ed al termine si è più che sazi ma soprattutto felici di aver vissuto un'esperienza sensoriale gastronomica particolare. Ho letto le recensioni negative soprattutto legate ai tempi tra una portata e l'altra. Io invece ho apprezzato tutto compresa la durata del pasto inserita in un'esperienza di palato, olfatto, vista e relax in un ambiente raffinato ma assolutamente non formale. Ci ritorneremo!

Restaurant on the Roero hills just minutes from Alba. Spectacular location with tables overlooking both the landscape and the interior, all well looked after. Amazing dishes, sublime with even vegetables from the garden and bread made with sourdough! The panettone with fish and cuttlefish with sea urchin sauce is excellent. I highly recommend!

Fantastic everything really fantastic

Very good but much too long and the lady making the service should be more friendly and learn English. The food in one of the menus was too way sweet. The waitress told us at the beginning that no change can be done in the menus and that we have to take them as they are. Although the place was not full, our dinner lasted 3 hours which is too way long. But the food was really creative and good.
