Family lunch on Saturday, July 4th, so a special day. Extremely charming place: the lakeside terrace is a gem. We had tajarin with pesto, fish & chips (superb), and dessert: everything was delicious with generous portions. Prompt and friendly service. Highly recommended.

This restaurant enjoys a monopoly on the island. The food is mediocre for the price, and perhaps the staff's lack of friendliness was due to the high volume of customers that day... the location, however, is pleasant, especially with the nearby Basilica of San Giulio.

We had a nice lunch here. It's a great spot on the terrace overlooking the lake and the food is perfectly fine; very good coffee and a decent choice of wines and drinks. They do service some very large tour groups visiting the island and these can interfere with the experience.

We had an excellent meal (a little later, around 1:30 pm, as the tour groups were leaving then). The location is very nice and the price/performance ratio is great. Definitely worth it. The service was very friendly.

We tried this place by chance: a perfect experience, a spectacular location, our table overlooking Lake Orta.
We tried the lakeside menu, and the service was impeccable: courteous, friendly, and prompt. The town from which you take the boat to get there is enchanting!
It's definitely worth going at least once. We discovered it by chance, but I would gladly return.
