At first, we weren't sure where to go. A.C. had recommended a bar, but it didn't look impressive from the outside, so we decided to come here. It was a very positive experience, with very kind and helpful staff (and a good dose of friendliness). I highly recommend it for anyone wanting an aperitif with a lake view.

I hated giving the atmosphere two stars, but it's not nice to see people crammed into the restaurant's tables and staff slaloming around with trays to avoid a disaster. An even worse point are the dirty bathrooms, with no soap at the sink or toilet paper (maybe I bought the wrong one). The prices are quite high, justified by the spectacular location and the many foreign tourists who are incompetent in the kitchen and eager to leave generous tips. On a positive note, however, are the table service staff and the outdoor setting, which is truly spectacular. I also appreciated the heaters and blankets at the tables. For me, being local, it's definitely a place to stop for a coffee.

We had drinks outside. The decor was lovely, and the service was friendly and quick. The Aperol came with chips and olives. There was a nice view. But €12 is quite a steep price.

On December 6, 2025, my friends and I came to Cernobbio to see the Christmas markets, but alas, we chose the wrong day. After browsing the shops, we went looking for a place for an aperitivo. The wave changed our day: a lakeside venue, a stunning and meticulously maintained venue, and delicious food and cocktails. Served by the very kind and professional Anna, we truly enjoyed ourselves.

11/10/2025: We had dinner with our children at this restaurant. The food was excellent, and the service was just as good. The waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive, even to the youngest guests. We truly enjoyed our evening and are very grateful for it!
21/09/2025: We stumbled upon Lido di Sala after wondering around Sala Comacina where we were staying. It's incredibly charming, with covered tables overlooking a scenic cove of water. Luca, our server, was wonderful and personable, and the food was delicious. Nothing fancy, just a well-prepared and very tasty meal. The ossobucco was fabulous, and the vanilla banana liqueur dessert was amazing. Thank you to Luca and staff for a wonderful Sunday dinner!
