21/09/2025: A very nice, tidy, and bright place with indoor and outdoor seating. Very fast service and very kind waiters. There were three of us and we spent about €20 each. Very fair prices, especially considering the excellent quality of the food. Everything was delicious. The beef bites with polenta were truly amazing. The casoncelli and scarpinocc were delicious and very light. Delicious desserts. The cheesecake was very well made. Highly recommended!

19/10/2025: We felt completely at home at Hotel Il Bagnolo! First things first: The hosts are simply wonderful. Antonia and her husband welcomed us so warmly that we felt welcome from the very first moment. The service was excellent – ​​we lacked nothing. Both breakfast and dinner left nothing to be desired. The food was fresh, regional, and incredibly delicious, with much of it coming directly from the property's own gardens and farms. The room was also modern, comfortable, and very clean – simply a place to feel at home. The location is quiet and idyllic on a hill, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. At the same time, the lake is only about 15 minutes away by car. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation, and we will definitely be back! ❤️

12/12/2025: I dined here alone, in the evening, around 8:00 PM. ​The pizza is tasty and plentiful, even the regular version. I opted for a Margherita filled with spicy salami, porcini mushrooms (which were on the menu but weren't available), and parmesan cheese. ​The service was fast and punctual, perhaps even a little too fast: I had the feeling they wanted to send me away as quickly as possible. I had asked for a bottled Coke, but they only had cans. ​Otherwise, I didn't appreciate the fact that the waiter, with the room practically empty, assigned me a table (10 cm away) with two other people who were also dining. But what honestly bothered me most was the unstable nature of the plate on the table: every time I cut the pizza, I had to juggle it with one hand to keep it from slipping. I understand that setting the table with a tablecloth costs money, etc. etc., but paying €14 for a Margherita with only four slices of salami, 15 canned mushrooms (champignons), a sprinkling of grated Grana Padano, and a can of Coca-Cola doesn't seem like a small amount to me. I think a little more attention should be given to the customer. That said, everyone has their own conclusions. I strongly recommend reconsidering at least this last aspect (the unstable plate). Having a plate that moves around on the table while trying to cut the pizza isn't a pleasant experience for a customer who wants to enjoy 30 minutes of relaxation and enjoyment. Finally, I'd add that the dough isn't very light, so anyone who has trouble digesting carbohydrates would be wise to avoid this place.

12/11/2025: FIVE STAR EVERYTHING One of the best and few NOT overpriced restaurants in Milano For example a Lunch menu including a pasta and a main course for 12 euro?? Pizza for 9 euro. Extremely fresh and tasty food, seeing only italians/locals here, so this confirms the quality of the place I’m a loyal client going at least twice a week haha

30/10/2025: A welcoming place that evokes the scents of home, with warm hospitality and friendliness. Both the pizza and the quality of the starters are excellent, plus appetizers and dessert are included in the price. What can I say? Highly recommended. The only suggestion is to have a shorter checkout line. 😉

12/12/2025: It tastes amazing! I had a pizza with a rich, tomato-flavored, not-too-sour tomato sauce, mushrooms, and ham. It was a bargain at just 6 euros, and the dough was chewy, perfect for Japanese people. It was really delicious! Thank you for the meal.

07/12/2025: A fantastic hotel with the best views of lake Como. The hotel has the friendliest people I’ve met anywhere in the world. The service is 2nd to none & the room cleanliness is 1st class. This is a classic Italian hotel & restaurant, the suckling pig was number one as well as the rest of the food. This unassuming place delivers more than anyone could expect. 4 or 5 star hotels in my opinion. Thank you for the memorial experience.

01/12/2025: Everything was very well done and refined. Right at reception, two Greek gods, blue eyes, everything so cute, meticulous, everything clean. The rooms were comfortable. The restaurant had excellent prices and top quality. The wine was wonderful. A diverse menu. We loved it. Looking forward to breakfast tomorrow.

23/11/2025: A family-run hotel with an old-fashioned feel, but with renovated, clean, and well-appointed rooms. The bathroom is excellent. The owners and staff are very kind and helpful. The tavern is wonderful for a late-night meal. Excellent dinner and a plentiful breakfast. A must-visit when I visit the area with old university friends.

08/11/2025: The Tiramisu is to die for The salty fish made me sick unfortunately The Hostess lady is quite intense, I really craved that tiramisu but she made it clear thats its a restaurant with food not only dolce so I went with the unlucky fish I think some one got yelled at because today I even got take out and a spoon! Im sorry, I just love your tiramisu so so much

14/12/2025: We often come to Como from Milan to La Vita è Bella in Piazza Croggi. We love the variety of dishes offered and the welcoming staff. Our wheelchair-bound son Andrea has no architectural barriers. Our favorite dishes include paella and seafood tagliolini, which are often offered off-menu. My son prefers their very tasty salads.

08/12/2025: Everything was delicious and fresh. The portions weren't huge, but the quality was top-notch. The place is small but quaint. Cheesecake is highly recommended!

20/10/2025: We had a couple of pizzas. Thin and good. The main course was supposed to be paella. It was brought to us in a baking dish. I think paella should be brought to the table in a paella pan. The rice didn't have the classic crust. I'd describe it as boiled saffron rice. Very good, with lots of shellfish and very good seafood. But not paella. A beautiful dining room and friendly staff.
