29/03/2026: We recommend it. A simple, traditional family restaurant. We ordered the "Il Genovese" starter, which was fine. The pasta dishes, however, were very good. We ordered chestnut gnocchi with pesto and lasagnette with pesto. We also enjoyed the house wine.

10/05/2026: Normal location. Average food. Good risotto, pasta with shrimp: where are the shrimp? There were only the heads... Maybe even the lemon was missing... and there were three ingredients: shrimp, lemon, cheese. Service: Despite attempts at friendliness, discussions about family dynamics would have been better left in the kitchen. Timing-wise, the time between the appetizer and the main course was too long.

03/05/2026: Family run, everyone was great, excellent food with risotto specialities, very friendly owner, and during a short wait between the first and second courses he offered us a bottle of wine!

12/05/2026: Stumble upon this cute, beautiful & totally relaxing restaurant thru our booking of learning how to make gnocchi w a view, and boy..did we get lucked out. What a beautiful hidden gem! Gorgeous view from above looking down to the village below, the view and the setting will surely put you in a "la dolce vida" mood. The food is amazing w great staffs! Friendly, fun & just the right amount of attention without be overbearing. Im not even a fan of gnocchi but w the way they made it w pesto, im a huge fan now. Thank you to the owner for picking us up at meeting point & drive us up, thank you to the chef for making it fun! Everyone who visit this village should make a point to visit this restaurant, you will be in for a treat! 🌟✨️

15/04/2026: This restaurant definitely deserves a Michelin star. We sampled a meat menu and a farm-to-table menu, and both were excellent; the flavors were well-combined and balanced, and the leitmotif of grilling accompanied us magnificently throughout each course. The service rounded off the culinary experience with a truly exceptional welcome. Special thanks to Nadia for her high level of professionalism and for all her recommendations for Ligurian restaurants. The restaurant is beautiful, the atmosphere is warm, and even the wall decorations are carefully chosen. I would return to Sestri Levante just for this restaurant.

17/05/2026: Excellent location, welcoming and attentive staff. Truly superb food. Refined dishes made with excellent ingredients. Short wait times, even shorter than those indicated on the menu. We dined as a couple inside the restaurant due to the decidedly unseasonable temperatures. We will definitely return to dine al fresco overlooking the sea. It will certainly be even more charming and romantic.

17/05/2026: Excellent seafood restaurant in a stunning seaside location near Rapallo Castle. We had a delicious and beautifully presented raw fish dish and an excellent seafood carbonara. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the restaurant was elegant and tasteful. Recommended!

10/05/2026: This restaurant was a delightful surprise! Upon arrival, we were greeted with warmth and kindness. When the very attentive and friendly employee realized we were Brazilian, she called Leila, also Brazilian, who runs the place with her Sicilian husband, the chef. We followed her suggestions; the food and wine were excellent, the desserts incredible – the panna cotta is spectacular – and the service, especially from Alba, made all the difference. We spent 100 euros for two people, a fair price. Oh, and they even have a menu in Portuguese. A 10 out of 10, I highly recommend it!

12/05/2026: A truly interesting trattoria, offering both traditional Genoese dishes and well-executed influences. The service is friendly and attentive, and the wine list leans a bit too heavily toward natural and organic wines, to the detriment of more interesting options, including local ones. Prices are reasonable.

29/04/2026: I've been to at least 20 Michelin-starred restaurants around Italy and the world, including several three-starred ones. I think this is one of the best value restaurants I've ever seen. The service and cuisine deserve at least one star. If you're in the area, definitely stop by!

19/05/2026: The place seems tiny and unassuming, and the service could be more friendly 😉😅. The pasta is GREAT! It's best to get there early because not everything is available all day. The tiramisu is also yummy yummy 🤤. I highly recommend it because there are a lot of scams for hungry tourists around!

01/05/2026: Before I tell you about the food at this place, I'd like to mention the professionalism, kindness, helpfulness, and cleanliness of the staff. Their hands are well-groomed, their hair is tied back, and their nails are absolutely not overly long and clean. The waiter with glasses is very professional and capable of performing his job impeccably, especially without putting his fingers in the plate when bringing the dishes to the table! Despite the large number of people who stop by to eat, the place is always clean. The wait times—and this isn't meant as a criticism, but rather as an added bonus—are a bit longer than other places because they cook the pasta fresh. The pasta portions are truly generous... but they especially care about celiacs like me, who rarely find a place that offers gluten-free food with a truly excellent pasta brand, the best on the market for celiacs! What can I add: you leave the beach and head across the street to a cozy, quiet place to spend your favorite weekend, and that makes all the difference!

02/05/2026: One of the best focaccias in Varazze. Light, not very greasy, and eaten freshly made, it's a delight. I couldn't resist and also ordered the cheese and cheese and pesto versions. All very good.

15/05/2026: We went as a family and the experience was incredible from beginning to end. We arrived with a fairly large stroller, and from the start they made room for us and were incredibly helpful, something we really appreciate when traveling with a small child. The food was spectacular; you can tell the care put into every dish and the level of the cooking is high. The desserts, in particular, surprised us a lot. Plus, the atmosphere feels warm and authentic, not at all pretentious. One detail we loved was that at the end, Miki, the owner, gave our daughter some toys. Those kinds of gestures make you remember more than just the food. A place where they truly make you feel welcome, both as a customer and as a family. We would definitely return.

15/05/2026: Ristorante Miky was hands down the absolute best meal and dining experience we had in Monterosso. From the moment we walked in, everything felt elevated — the service, the atmosphere, the presentation, and most importantly, the food. Every course was prepared with incredible attention to detail and tasted like true fine dining while still feeling authentic and welcoming. If you come here, do yourself a favor and order one of the chef tasting menus. Seriously — it is worth every single euro. The tasting experience allowed us to try such an incredible variety of dishes, and every course somehow managed to top the one before it. The flavors were perfectly balanced, the seafood was unbelievably fresh, and each plate felt like a work of art. You can truly tell how much passion and talent goes into every dish that leaves the kitchen. The entire experience felt special from beginning to end. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel completely taken care of throughout the night. Combined with the beautiful atmosphere, it turned dinner into an unforgettable experience rather than just a meal. There are many places to eat in Cinque Terre, but Ristorante Miky stands in a league of its own. This was not only the best meal we had in Monterosso, but one of the best dining experiences we’ve had anywhere. Five stars is not enough.
