Piacevolissima musica jazz in sottofondo; la cena: Vino: - Vermentino di Sardegna DOC BioIntegrale az. Olianas. Pane bianco, focaccia e crostini maison. PRIMI: - tagliatelle con baccalà e punte di asparagi. - tagliolini con cozze e bottarga di muggine di Cabras. SECONDI: - acciughe impanate fritte e acciughe ripiene con zucchini fritti. - stoccafisso accomodato alla genovese. DESSERT: - frittelle di mele con uvetta. - semifreddo all'amaretto con salsa al cioccolato. Caffè a chiudere. La carta dei vini presenta 60 etichette anche al calice. Non è previsto il menù degustazione; à la carte 4 antipasti da 13,50 a 16€; 5 primi da 13,50 a 15€; 5 secondi da 17,50 a 18,50€; 4 dessert da 6,50 a 7€; è tutto consultabile nel sito web a parte alcune piccole differenze. C'eravamo stati a cena nel luglio del 2014 e ancora vivo era il ricordo della gentilezza di Giampaolo che ritroviamo anche oggi assieme alla curata cucina di tradizione; l'ambiente è lo stesso ma arricchito dalla storia dell'amaro Camatti appesa alla parete che allora non notammo. Umberto Briganti, l'inventore dell'amaro è il bisnonno di Chiara Degregori moglie di Giampaolo; il liquore porta il cognome di Teresa moglie di Umberto. Piacevoli le chiacchierate con Giampaolo durante tutto il pasto. A fine cena i nostri complimenti.

14/04/2025: Precioso comedor. Fuera de lo común. Primeros: Picagge al pesto y Tagiolini con mejillones. Ambos deliciosos. Para la red, tuve Stoccafiso y mi acompañante tuvo Ombrina. La última porción era un poco pequeña, pensamos. Sabroso pero los entrantes eran mejores.

31/05/2025: Cibo ottimo, ingredienti freschi e prodotti tipici del territorio. Ada, la proprietaria, è un’oste straordinaria: accogliente, appassionata e sempre pronta a spiegare i piatti con cura. Servizio attento, sorridente e caloroso. Un’esperienza autentica, ci si sente in famiglia. Consigliatissimo!

24/05/2025: Abbiamo passato una bellissima serata cenando da “Nonno Cuoco”. I piatti che abbiamo assaggiato erano tutti veramente ottimi e soprattutto preparati con materie prime di grande qualità. Dolci sublimi (ho adorato la pastiera!). Un grazie a Sabrina per l’accoglienza che ci ha riservato. Torneremo presto!

01/05/2025: May 1st Labor Day, we stopped around closing time... despite this the owners welcomed us with kindness, friendliness and helpfulness (for this reason alone they deserve the 5 stars). We ate an excellent platter of cured meats and cheeses, powerful and "crispy" asparagus, delicious! Thank you so much, your place is really TOP 🥰

07/04/2025: This is the third time we've been back, it's a place that I would define as from another era, in the sense that you can find the hospitality of the old taverns. The food is excellent (yesterday we ate Vicenza-style cod which I would describe as sublime) and the choice of wines is excellent. The place is run by a wife and husband, who handle everything from food preparation to service. If you're not in a hurry, stop here and let yourself be pampered by the two owners, and take the time to have a chat - that's the plus this place gives you. Another piece of advice is to book, as they are family run and the managers are able to accommodate a small number of people so as to avoid unnecessary criticism.

07/06/2025: It is one of the few trattorias in the province of Como where you can dine after 11pm. Excellent food, atmosphere and reasonable prices.

07/06/2025: Historic brewery that is always a sure thing, you always eat and drink well and it's like being at home. They offer salads, pizzas, excellent first and second courses of meat and the prices are very honest. Always nice to go back there

08/05/2025: Great restaurant on the village square, a small menu of excellent homemade dishes! Very pleasant service, in French if you wish! I highly recommend a very nice address.

03/05/2025: Ci siamo stati in famiglia. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Trenette col pesto top, spaghetti con Ricci e vongole deliziosi, un branzino cucinato alla ligure perfetto, una focaccia al formaggio delicatissima, un semifreddo alla nocciola meraviglioso. Il tutto in un ambiente molto elegante e con personale molto gentile e disponibile timing nella norma. Prezzo corretto. Sicuramente un ottimo ristorante.

29/03/2025: In a side street of Chiavari is this villa with garden. You enter through a wooden door that takes you back to times gone by. In the heart of the city, you are welcomed into the home, by the owners, where, in a quiet environment, you begin a culinary journey full of flavors and successful combinations. The menu is fixed, being a fish tourism, the dishes follow one another with the right cadence, letting you taste the flavors. You feel at home, in tranquility. Everything is made by the owner, from pasta to bread to desserts. Just the right portions. It's a shame to get up and leave, after dinner you would want to sit back in an armchair and relax. 20/03/2025: Troppo ripetitivo nell' menù. I prezzi sono alti per essere un ittiturismo gente alla buona ma sono diventati esosi e portate ridotte prima li consigliavo ora non lo farei più

04/05/2025: We made reservations online to celebrate a birthday and that we have a baby stroller. Unfortunately nothing was taken into account. We arrived, they said we didn't know anything about a baby carriage and they forgot the birthday too! But you have to make a deposit of 140€, so that the service is stressful and the ambience, apart from the fact that you forget everything as mentioned above, is not very pleasant. Someone took an appetizer, all of the other 6 people didn't. Unfortunately, the starter was served with the main course, so one person had to eat the main course alone. This restaurant is disappointing!!!

03/05/2025: Truly terrible, fried appetizers served cold and tasteless, each dish was based on fish, but the taste was completely covered by mayonnaise or other fried preparations. The only nice thing is the view...everything else is super not recommended.

Menù fisso a base di pesce, ottima qualità prezzo, servizio impeccabile con personale gentilissimo e i titolari sempre presenti ma non invadenti. Consigliatissimo anche per la vista spettacolare

23/04/2025: Dopo un lungo giro in moto ci siamo fermati per caso in questo locale Si tratta di un ristorante-bar proprio di fronte al mare. L'ambiente è informale e il servizio rapido. Si può scegliere se mangiare tra un menù più limitato ai tavoli della parte bar o con una lista più fornita dal lato del ristorante. Ci siamo trovati bene, specialmente nella scelta del vino. Immagino che il proprietario o il gestore sia un intenditore. Esperienza positiva, torneremo.

11/03/2025: Very simple restaurant, but tasteful. Mastered cuisine, beautiful dishes and excellent products. Perfect egg spaghetti and sea urchin tongues. A lovely service with no “frills”. You have to go there.
