23/07/2025: La Bodeguita in Sanremo is highly recommended. The pizzeria is just a few steps from the SS1. All dishes are freshly prepared and served. The price-performance ratio is absolutely reasonable. The staff is very friendly. All dishes can also be ordered by phone and picked up on site.

29/03/2025: This villa with a garden is located on a side street in Chiavari. You enter through a wooden door that takes you back to times gone by. In the heart of the city, you're welcomed into the owners' home, where, in a tranquil setting, you begin a culinary journey rich in flavors and perfectly balanced combinations. The menu is fixed; being a fish tourism business, the dishes follow one another at the right pace, letting you savor the flavors. You feel at home, in tranquility. Everything is made by the owner, from the pasta to the bread to the desserts. The portions are just right. It's a shame to get up and leave; after dinner, you'll want to settle back into a comfortable armchair and relax. What more can I say? Definitely worth a try.

02/07/2025: I was on vacation in Camogli for a week and went here for dinner 3 nights because I loved their pizzas and the atmosphere of the restaurant. The restaurant was conveniently right next to my rental apartment. Really good pizza and friendly service. I would love to come back!

13/08/2025: Disappointing Experience During the Teatro della Tosse Event This year, like every year, we decided to spend the evening in the square in Apricale for the annual Teatro della Tosse event. Unfortunately, the experience at the local restaurant was particularly disappointing, despite the charming and unique atmosphere the village offers on this occasion. The overall atmosphere at the event was rather chaotic, but what made matters worse was the behavior of the restaurant staff, who made no effort to manage the confusion with professionalism or courtesy. In fact, we were treated rudely from the start. We sat down at a table around 6:30 PM to order an aperitif, but were asked to get up and move because our table was "in the path of the line that people would be waiting for at the cash register when the buffet opens at 7 PM." (?!) A reason that, to be honest, seemed unclear and impolite. Once we were seated at our new table, we ordered our aperitivo: prosecco served in red paper cups with "Merry Christmas" written on them (which left us perplexed). Meanwhile, some friends, in good faith and kindly, offered us two tomato salads purchased from a nearby stand, mistakenly thinking they were part of the buffet at the restaurant where we were sitting. The information in the square was vague and contradictory, and no one seemed to know exactly what was going on. The square was full of tables and stands offering similar foods (torta verde, pizza, focaccia, branda, etc.), so it was easy to get confused. Suddenly, a young man from the restaurant intervened aggressively, demanding that we vacate the table, accusing us without even giving us a chance to explain what had happened, despite the fact that we had already paid for the aperitivo (served in Christmas paper cups) and were already in line to order dinner at "their" buffet. His behavior was rude and threatening, with a dismissive and annoyed attitude. We understand that during crowded events, there can be organizational difficulties, but this in no way excuses the rude and disrespectful treatment we were subjected to. Fortunately, a nearby kiosk kindly welcomed us and served us an excellent dinner, and a kind member of the staff, who witnessed the incident, apologized on behalf of the restaurant despite being a volunteer. Due to this experience, we will not return and cannot recommend this venue, at least not during crowded events like the one at the Teatro della Tosse. Apricale definitely deserves better treatment, and we hope that the hospitality, organization, and welcome will improve in the future.

06/08/2025: The sardenara and cake were amazing. The cake was still warm at 11 a.m. The service was wonderful, but friendly.

17/06/2025: I had been here when I was in high school and I loved the large rooms where we could always fit everyone without any problems. The pizza was always delicious and the fish dishes were delicious. You can also have fun with the desserts! The only flaw, sometimes, was the slow service but it was compensated by the quality and courtesy.

28/07/2025: Had dinner tonight. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the restaurant. The staff were very polite and very pleasant The menu was regional and not too big. We liked the food..and as I said a very nice place

23/07/2025: Excellent service, quiet atmosphere. You can choose between sitting inside or outside. The menu features mostly traditional Ligurian dishes, with a few Piedmontese exceptions. Many vegetarian options. The trofie with pesto was excellent. The quality/price ratio was very good; for three of us, we paid about €20 per person for three first courses, an appetizer, a glass of red wine, a bottle of water, and a dessert.

29/06/2025: Food was good, vibes were nice, but I’m not sure how to explain the service. We’ve been here for 90 minutes and they haven’t brought 3/7 people their main course, but they brought the main courses for other people together with the starters. Probably a language thing, but they spoke perfectly useful English so confusing. Would still recommend, but maybe bring out ChatGPT if there is any sense of confusion :)

21/07/2025: Excellent food, but it's a shame I couldn't enjoy it because of the unbearable heat inside. I booked a table and they told me it was inside near the French window. The temperature was unbearable, and when I asked for air conditioning or at least a fan, they responded as if it were an inappropriate request. They brought us fans... I didn't leave only because for six of us on the weekend, it would have been difficult to find a table elsewhere. It's unacceptable to take reservations inside in those conditions! They should have refused me, or at least informed me and bought a couple of fans. A sauna!

12/07/2025: Nice location, very polite and knowledgeable staff. The appetizer consisted of several courses, but the flavors were not well defined. The fried anchovies were average. The fried calamari was good.

04/07/2025: I tried the Fried calamari and shrimp, the mixed fried food and the anchovy fried food. All of excellent quality, with the catch of the day. The service is professional and friendly. The kitchen closes at 10:00 pm. It is advisable to book if you want to dine at the outdoor tables on the street, because there are only six. No problem for the indoor tables, which are very numerous. I highly recommend it.
