Now the place is very pleasant, particular, with a very comfortable terrace at the back overlooking the sea. Top fish (fried anchovies, stewed swordfish and sliced ​​tuna, the last time). Homemade desserts. Correct price. In a word, well done! P.s. I take away a star for the environment because due to structural myths the toilet is not accessible by wheelchair.

26/04/2025: Un tempo era il mio ristorante preferito di Genova seppur caro...offrivano in attesa diversi pani, buon servizio, il proprietario veniva a consigliarti...sono tornato lo scorso anno dopo davvero molti anni e l'esperienza stata piuttosto negativa : personale di sala poco empatico (tra l'altro a pranzo eravamo solo in pochissimi), proposte strane ed il loro gusto ancora di più causa accostamenti che a mio avviso non c'entravano nulla. Il proprietario ora probabilmente fa il manager avendo negli anni aperto altri locali in città. Prezzo da Michelin ma siamo ben lontani da quel livello!! Con me a chiuso...

04/05/2025: I had dinner with my family last night. Worth noting is the great attention paid to my two-year-old daughter, who, in addition to the small portion of pasta, also tasted it from my plate. A glass and smaller cutlery were immediately brought to her to allow her to eat independently, and the lady on duty - the owner of the restaurant - made sure during dinner that everything was always to our liking. Service and courtesy that made every dish even better, from trofie to linguine with swordfish. Highly recommended

31/05/2025: A super cozy, well-decorated restaurant with amazing food, especially if you take a careful look at the menu. The tuna with pistachio crust and the grilled octopus with broccoli are quite something! Same for the cod tempura with butter orange jam!

04/06/2025: Food was not warm. Lady who answered was not friendly. The rest of the staff was normal. The shisha was very bad. Burning taste. You speak to them but still you pay for it. 40 euros for a very bad shisha. I will never come here again. 1 star is also too much. The toilets were clean.

03/05/2025: Avevamo sentito parlare da almeno 2 anni di Portobello, ma avendo 2 bimbi stavamo aspettando il momento giusto per andarci..ieri sera abbiamo cenato qui in coppia ed e’ stato tutto magnifico! Il general manager, Giovanni davvero molto gentile e attento a tutti i tavoli, insieme al proprietario che non abbiamo avuto l’occasione di conoscere ma che abbiamo visto girare attorno ai tavoli e controllare continuamente il servizio. Siamo stati serviti da Claudia che oltre ad essere stata super cordiale, ci ha spiegato con passione ogni piatto e ci ha accompagnato sempre con il suo dolce sorriso! Grazie perché cenare sulla Baia del Silenzio con musica bassa dí sottofondo che crea un’atmosfera romantica e cibo di qualità non capita tutti i giorni..consigliatissimo il loro piccolo crudo di mare ed i tagliolini al limone, riccio di mare e gallinella sfumata al Vermentino!torneremo sicuramente per altre occasioni!

19/05/2025: Ristorante-pizzeria storico a Genova, dall'ambiente classico e tranquillo, a metà tra la zona di Brignole e della Foce. Abbiamo provato le fettuccine allo scoglio (ben condite) e le pizze, piuttosto grandi e di medio spessore, quindi decisamente nutrienti. L'impasto è ben cotto, ma forse un po' salato. Qualità valida del condimento e buona varietà di scelta, da segnalare la presenza dei funghi champignon freschi (non sempre facili da trovare) e l'ottima Genova-Amalfi con mozzarella di bufala, basilico e limone a scaglie. Discreti i dolci. Il servizio è gentile e molto professionale. Velocità e prezzi nella media

26/05/2025: Consiglio di cambiare il cuoco! Abbiamo mangiato un gnocco con gamberi e trevisani e spaghetti allo scoglio: entrambi senza sapore. Da evitare!
