07/01/2025: I don't usually do reviews, but this time I can only give my super compliments to Debora for the beautiful dinner we had during the little holiday in Montefiascone with my partner... Everything was perfect, the food, the wine, the service and the cuddles received during the evening because those who cook with love transmit it onto the plate ❣️... thank you for everything!!

05/01/2025: We went to this restaurant on December 31st for lunch, and despite the preparations for the dinner that same evening, both the service and the food were impeccable. We chose the 4-course tasting menu chosen by the chef, who was welcoming, helpful and attentive to our needs. Refined dishes and above all, made based on the seasonality of the products. The octopus tortelli amatriciana and the stuffed squid are highly recommended. Fair prices that reflect the work and attention behind each dish. Fantastic experience. We'll be back

Alessandra e Sergio bravissimi padroni di casa; lei che si scusava con tutti per la sua momentanea problematica agli occhi che l’ha costretta a stare in sala con gli occhiali. Uovo di Alma e ombrichelli ottimi. Bravi tutti, soprattutto lo chef, perché nonostante l’overtourism qui si respira ben altro. Buon anno!!

05/01/2025: ALMACIVITA dove la coerenza (costanza logica o affettiva nel pensiero e nelle azioni) è parte fondamentale del luogo, dove con i nostri amici siamo tornati per le nostre storiche permanenze ad Orvieto per UmbriaJazzWinter. Alessandra che, nonostante la sua momentanea disabilità ( le auguriamo una pronta guarigione) è stata impeccabile, educata, preparata sia sul cibo che sui "luoghi della Tuscia - dato che la sua principale professione è architetto - qui aiuta il fratello in questa attività di famiglia" Sergio ottimo direttore di sala presente ma non invadente. Tartare delicatissima, ombrichelli con cinghiale al palato raffinati, mix dolci come da foto. Ecco questa è la COERENZA, questa è ALMACIVITA- ce la ricordavamo così, dove seppur introduci nuovi amici (con ben 30 minuti di ritardo) ti fanno sentire a casa. Un plauso allo chef e a tutti i ragazzi. Al prossimo JazzWinter2025 il nostro "appuntamento fisso". Grazie e Buon Anno

31/12/2024: We chose this place for the last lunch of the year and we were impressed not only by the location but also by the service, friendly and fast, and by the goodness of the food. The idea of ​​bringing the menu blackboard to the table is nice and original, as well as the idea of ​​telling the history of the place in a few but effective words. 28/12/2024: I know the owner but the evening I stayed with him I was among a group of people and I don't think he knew I was there. I found an amazing pizza, with very high quality and easily digestible ingredients that should not be underestimated. The service was perfect, the lady who took care of us was courteous and nice, the environment was super clean and organised. Well done Luca and all the staff.

09/01/2025: A great restaurant with some very good food! I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here last night. So did my entire family! Two slight criticisms: the mussels were tasty but probably frozen, it would have been nice to know that before ordering. The pasta wasn’t very hot, my wife even sent hers back to get warmed up (she still felt it could have been hotter.) But overall great food, good service and a nice friendly atmosphere. I would certainly return. The pictures tell the story… just save room for the final chapter of dessert! My favorite was the pistachio tiramisu!

29/12/2024: Molto buono, molto cordiali e ottima presentazione. Sistema di prenotazione e comunicazione anche ottimo. Ci sono pochi ristoranti di questo livello a Viterbo.

13/12/2024: Chef Bandana doesn't know much about interior design, he's not interested in Flanders tablecloths and Bone China service, he doesn't have a cellar of a hundred labels and he doesn't manage a white brigade. At Chef Bandana, however, you can eat like God.

19/12/2024: I ordered the ravioli stuffed with scorpion fish and grouper, while my partner chose the scampi cream risotto. Both dishes were well crafted and full of flavour. The ravioli were delicate, with a filling that enhanced the flavor of the fish, while the risotto had a creamy texture and an irresistible aroma. Two dishes that definitely deserve to be tried.

16/12/2024: If you are looking for an unforgettable culinary experience in the heart of Viterbo, you can't miss this tavern where meat reigns supreme. As soon as you cross the threshold, you are greeted by a warm and convivial atmosphere, perfect for enjoying dishes prepared with passion and care. The selection of meats, both domestic and foreign, is truly impressive. Each cut is proudly displayed, highlighting the maturing process that gives each piece a unique flavor and tenderness. Although my choice focused on meat, I noticed that the first courses, prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients, are worth a visit in themselves; I will definitely come back to try them. To start, I chose a crust of bread with mozzarella and a legendary white hare ragù, a divine combination that I highly recommend sharing. The real star of the evening, however, was the scottona fiorentina: a fillet and sirloin cooked to perfection, which melted in the mouth and which, without a doubt, is one of the best gastronomic experiences I have ever had. In conclusion, this tavern is a true paradise for meat lovers and a place where every dish is a celebration of taste. Don't miss it!

07/01/2025: We went on Sunday for a family lunch, there were 10 of us, we ate splendidly!!! Truly a lunch in which the excellent food, the punctual service and the right bill in the end allowed us to spend a wonderful Sunday. More than recommended!

30/12/2024: Magnificent place but the interior could be better looked after... it wouldn't be enough because in spring/summer it's very beautiful outside. Warm and kind service and we ate and drank like kings!! Highly recommended.

13/01/2025: I went to this restaurant for the first time less than a year ago. I asked an acquaintance of mine from Viterbo to show me a place where I could eat good typical dishes and he suggested L'Archetto. I had passed by it many times, but I hadn't had the chance to try it yet. Located in the historic center, this trattoria, a comfortable and welcoming place, has all the characteristics for lovers of good local cuisine. The menu changes often, to always provide dishes in line with seasonal products. The generous portions are served in a simple and tidy way. For those who wish or need to eat a little less, there is the possibility, offered by the staff, of ordering half portions. An excellent initiative, both to try multiple courses, but also to not waste food. Yesterday we had lunch there again and we were looked after by Elisabetta, a truly friendly person, capable of pampering the customer and making him feel at home. We were all satisfied with the quality of the food, the cleanliness, the kindness of all the staff and the decidedly honest prices. You gave us a very pleasant moment and we will return to visit you soon. I recommend booking. See you soon...

11/01/2025: The ambience is beautiful, the food, well, I've had better! The tagliatelle al ragù were generally not bad, but I missed the oomph and salt. The oxtail was nicely braised and delicious. The house wine tastes like it comes from a discount store and comes out of the box. The dessert was delicious. Unfortunately, the two service people walk from table to table attentively, but with an air as if they were coming from a funeral. Basically they were nice, but really just that... Conclusion: Gastronomy is much better; too bad!

23/11/2024: A pleasant discovery in the center of the village of Acquapendente. Mrs. Luisa served us and we appreciated her courtesy. Really excellent dishes and generous portions. Also equipped with rooms for possible overnight stays.
