04/11/2024: It was a true gastronomic experience, the owner guided us on this journey with a surprise menu (4, 5 or 6 courses of your choice) in which we were amazed. Very refined raw materials, the difference is made by the attention put into the preparation of each dish and in the relationship with customers which is very close given the intimacy of the restaurant. Possibility to choose 1 wine tasting paired with each course, or even 1 bottle. The price is in line with expectations given the refinement of the dishes. I would definitely recommend it to anyone passing through Montefiascone and who loves quality slow food.

10/12/2024: Posto molto carino e accogliente, personalmente abbiamo pranzato direttamente sul bancone ed è stata un' esperienza molto particolare e piacevole. Grande scelta dei vini, illustrati direttamente in cantina da Samuele, sommelier e garbatissimo padrone di casa. Ottimo il cibo con piatti stagionali di grande qualità e gusto, dagli antipasti ai dolci. Prezzo adeguato alle materie utilizzate

30/11/2024: La prima cosa da dire su questo ristorante è: andateci! Piatti ottimi, materie prime di qualità, un’accoglienza eccellente, il personale preparato ma assolutamente caloroso (ci hanno servito diverse ragazze ed erano tutte fantastiche!) in una location bellissima, curata e d’atmosfera! Dopo una giornata in giro per i borghi è stato davvero il miglior modo per ristorarsi!

Except for the last time, we heard the older waitress handing over the service of our table to the other one, who completely abandoned us and served us with an air of arrogance. I find the behavior inappropriate for professionals. Not to see each other again.

07/12/2024: Erano ormai anni che non entravo in un locale così meravigliosamente autentico. Pietanze dal sapore antico, porzioni esagerate, gentilezza sincera, ambiente molto informale, qualità/prezzo stellare e lo Chef Bandana che fa spesso capolino in sala. Abbiamo preso Acquacotta, trippa alla romana e cicoria ripassata, ma abbiamo visto diversi piatti interessanti uscire dalla cucina. Torneremo!!!

16/08/2024: Excellent restaurant in the heart of Viterbo, with stone interiors and exposed beams that make the place decidedly picturesque. We started with some excellent mixed bruschetta as a starter, served with good bread and fresh ingredients. We then continued with an amatriciana and tagliatelle with mushrooms, the pasta was delicious, homemade and the portions really generous. As a second course we had a Danish steak with a side of seasonal vegetables, the cut of the meat was excellent and the required cooking was impeccable, truly exquisite meat. The staff was kind and quick in service, always smiling and friendly. It was a truly enjoyable dinner that we hope to repeat as soon as possible to try other delicious dishes on the menu.

14/08/2024: Fabulous experience in this wonderful tavern with shocking dishes, they are so delicious! Meat with a sublime taste cooked to perfection... everything else you see in the photo is pure enjoyment. Excellent service, competent staff and honest prices. We will definitely return, we highly recommend it!

02/12/2024: Molto accogliente , 2 ragazze brave e gentili per una saletta con panorama esterno molto affascinante. Sala piccola ma carina. Vino della casa rosso in bottiglia. Antipasto misto ben equilibrato , chitarrine ai funghi porcini ( tanti ) , ottimi. C'è anche un mini tiramisu' graditissimo , pasticceria secca ben fatta , insomma si sta bene, si mangia bene , non si spende tanto , di questi tempi NON è poco. Bravi !

01/12/2024: We came here without a reservation and, luckily, we found the last two seats available. Even though the restaurant was fully booked and the staff was reduced due to illness, we were struck by the courtesy and impeccable service: it was explained to us with great honesty that the first courses could be delayed, while the grill was immediately available. We took the advice and had grilled meat and vegetables brought to us immediately, and then enjoyed some porcini ravioli as a second course. The food was plentiful and excellent, even the desserts were delicious! Thanks to all the staff for their professionalism and friendliness. Highly recommended.

02/11/2024: Fantastic place in the historic center....already at the reception you can see the kindness and concern towards customers....literally fantastic food...from the appetizer to the dessert, everything wonderfully taken care of down to the smallest detail...I recommend it to anyone passing by to try this magical experience.

17/08/2024: Casa Tuscia è sempre una conferma! Non solo ristorante ma anche un'ottima enoteca. Come antipasto abbiamo preso quello della casa (prodotti locali) e come secondo ho provato il baccalà con l'insalata di pomodoro e olive, gustoso e molto buono. Poi per concludere un rinfrescante sorbetto limone e fiori di ibisco. Emanuele è molto gentile e preparato nei vini, questo posto è sempre più che consigliato!
