16/10/2025: I tried calling and they didn't answer. I went there and there was no one there during opening hours. If you could set it to 0, I would.

15/10/2025: It was a fantastic experience. We messed up the opening hours, but the chef, the lady boss, arrived early and served us a five-course set menu. And for the kid, a special pasta dish not on the menu. Delicious. Unforgettable. And very warm.

03/11/2025: A truly unique, almost magical experience, enjoyed in the heart of a tuff cave that seems suspended in time. The menu was a constant discovery: sophisticated yet authentic dishes, where each ingredient is clearly perceived, like a symphony of local flavors presented with passion and respect. The soft egg with truffle and the tagliolini with cabbage definitely exceeded all expectations. Rarely do you taste cuisine so creative yet so deeply rooted in the land and memory. The Tellus wine, expertly served, completed a perfect sensory journey. It's just a shame the restaurant closed shortly afterward—we were lucky enough to arrive in time for an experience that will remain etched in our memory. A place that spoke to the heart and the palate.

25/10/2025: The quality and quantity of the dishes were excellent: chitarra pasta with porcini mushrooms and pici with chanterelles, sausage and chopped hazelnuts as a first course, and a pan-fried porcini mushrooms with potatoes as a second course. The flavors were all very balanced. The only downside was that we ordered two glasses of wine, which didn't even reflect the amount we sampled. Other than that, everything was very good.

19/10/2025: When a trip meets taste We went with TheFork and were amazed by the enchanting setting and unique flavors, expertly presented. Perfect combinations, blending wasn't easy, but everything turned out excellent, obviously a good value. 11/11/2025: I visited this trattoria during the chestnut festival held in San Martino al Cimino in October. We hadn't booked, and we were lucky because, despite the restaurant being full, there were still two-person tables available. A dark-haired lady who greeted us at the entrance was very kind and helpful in seating us. The cuisine is very rustic and trattoria-style, just what we were looking for. The menu is quite comprehensive, with many dishes featuring porcini mushrooms and typical local products. We ordered the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and the tagliata with potatoes and porcini mushrooms: both were very good. The restaurant is located just outside the historic walls of the town, and reservations are highly recommended.

14/10/2025: Excellent trattoria, excellent chef, very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great prices. I recommend you try it. I almost forgot about the excellent and generous dishes.

05/11/2025: Eight of us had lunch this Sunday. The appetizers were incredibly tasty (bruschetta with anchovies was out of this world!!). For main courses, we tried the amatriciana and the tagliatelle with hare ragù. The amatriciana was very delicate but delicious. For dessert, we had the hazelnut cake, which was described as the best dessert I've ever tasted. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly. I highly recommend it.

13/10/2025: A very welcoming restaurant, offering traditional local cuisine and a panoramic view from the terrace of Civita di Bagnoregio. Reservations are recommended if you want to sit outside. The appetizer was good, and we ordered the first course of the day: the fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, which was excellent. There's a varied wine selection, including a good Montefalco red, and the desserts. The price includes appetizers, first course, desserts, wine, water, and coffee; we didn't order second courses. A very pleasant experience.

28/10/2025: What a great find! Went to this restaurant when the city was packed for the chestnut festival and we weren't sure if it would be any good. The dishes were well prepared using local and fresh ingredients. We hadn't reserved but the maître made a small space for us and sat us anyways (super grateful)! Make sure to take a look at the woman power in the kitchen. Those ladies are the superwomen of food preparation!

22/11/2025: La Taverna dei Frati is a restaurant located in SORIANO nel CIMINO, in the province of VITERBO. The restaurant is housed in a former monastery, which offers a charming atmosphere. In the summer, it also offers a terrace with panoramic views of the city. The dishes served are carefully prepared and of excellent quality. Among the most popular are dishes such as strozzapreti all'aglione, puff pastry with porcini mushrooms and taleggio cheese, and dishes featuring typical local products such as chestnuts. The staff is also friendly, professional, and attentive. The restaurant is easy to find and close to convenient parking. Good value for money. Recommended. 👍

27/10/2025: The Borgo is a hotel and restaurant located in a truly historic spot in Acquapendente. Located behind the town hall, it offers excellent service with select food, local specialties, and meticulously prepared dishes. Run in a homely manner, the staff is friendly and very hospitable. Highly recommended.

12/10/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, it was excellent! We only ordered main courses, which included delicious wild boar and fantastic rabbit! Not to mention their tiramisu, don't wait to hear about it!!! Highly recommended, we had a wonderful time!

28/10/2025: The staff were very friendly, which is already a good start. The food was very good, both traditional and otherwise. The only complaint is that the table setting could be updated a bit.
