We had a wonderful stay at Gente di Note in Frascati. The rooms were spotless, very clean, tidy, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The restaurant is excellent — the food is absolutely delicious and clearly prepared with very high-quality ingredients. The prices are also very reasonable and affordable. What truly made the experience special was the owner and host. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating, always ready to assist while still being very discreet and never intrusive. Highly recommended, and we would gladly come back again!

We had lunch today, May 1st, at this delightful inn in the center of Frascati. It was actually our first time there, and we have to say that everything was truly top-notch. The staff was friendly, and the food was truly delicious and plentiful... their appetizer was out of this world! The first courses were truly excellent! We enjoyed everything... the biscuits at the end, and the coffee and liqueur were a wonderful finish! We'll be back to try the Pinsa, and it will be our go-to in Frascati!

13/06/2026: I was here with work colleagues. Very good food, varied and abundant seafood appetizers. Everything was delicious. Then I tasted the fish first courses, the fresh homemade pasta was really good. The service and staff were friendly. I would return with the family. Well done.

13/07/2026: This is a restaurant that's close to my heart. I've been going there for 20 years, and I must say it's steadily improved over time. The owners take excellent care of it, and over the years they've improved the ambiance, the food, the wine cellar, and more. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They have several different spaces, and it's hard to choose between indoors and outdoors, as it's beautiful and welcoming everywhere. Located in the heart of ancient Rome, it boasts corners with its ruins and a cellar located inside a 1st-century AD underground tomb. Eating at this restaurant is a unique experience. The dishes are carefully prepared and boast refined cuisine made with exceptional ingredients. Everything is delicious. I recommend it for a perfect evening or for bringing someone new to the restaurant. Success is guaranteed. One last thing, the most recent addition is two small rooms for private dinners or events, located on the first floor of this unique structure. Thank you for welcoming us last Saturday 🤍
