12/03/2026: A very spacious and impressive venue. It presents itself as a high-end restaurant with very professional service and very high prices. It's a shame that the final result was very disappointing. An expensive fillet, tough as a rock... cooked quite well but probably of mediocre quality. The appetizers were also rather bland. The wait was excessively long, even though the restaurant was practically empty. The service, despite appearing very professional, also faltered on two or three occasions over trivial matters. Disappointing and overpriced for the quality of the food.

09/02/2026: The Quirinale Hotel Restaurant. The service was exceptional, bordering on excessive. The waiter even placed my napkin on my leg. Because of my work, I've eaten at high-end restaurants, and Rossini's service is certainly up to par. However, the food was disappointing; perhaps we didn't choose their specialties. My partner ordered fish, and it was clearly freshly defrosted and poorly cooked. My sirloin steak was tough and dry for my taste. The wine by the glass was very good, but they charge extra. We saw other customers ordering Italian pasta and pizza dishes, but we weren't in the mood for dinner, so perhaps we didn't choose our dishes well. Congratulations to the front-of-house team; very well done, gentlemen.

03/03/2025: We sat down on "Fat Thursday" (of course, Italians don't know this custom) and left very happy.

01/03/2025: I stopped for a coffee, cappuccino, and a slice of pizza. There were two of us. I asked if we could sit there, and they pointed to some stools. Since they were uncomfortable, I asked if we could go to the dining room, and they said no problem, and we could go wherever we wanted. The space was cramped, and we were face-to-face with our neighbors. We asked for two glasses of water, which are usually provided with the coffee. A 10-minute wait. Finally, my friend tried to go to the counter and lure us to bring them to the table. The surprise came with the bill. Coffee was €2.50, cappuccino €3.50, and a slice of pizza (very good) was almost €10. I'm sure we'd have gotten a round pizza at a pizzeria and gotten better service. No one had mentioned the surcharge at the table. When I stood up and ordered a coffee, it cost €1.30. No menu was displayed, and the staff were almost all foreign and colorful, perhaps intentionally placed because of their limited communication skills with Italians. My idea, eh... I don't recommend it because of the dishonesty, customer service, and prices. I recommend it because of the taste of the products. .... But what can I say? Tourists are their main target, customer service doesn't matter.

02/05/2026: The price is very high, and the crostata they gave me was very stale. I don't recommend buying anything here.

22/04/2026: Originally we wanted to visit the Basilica but the line was too long as for how late in the day it was already. So we stumbled upon this little gem and sat down for an Aperitivo. Service was super friendly and happy hour price was soo fair, no service charge and you even get some chips with it. It’s nice to sit outside and people watch across the Basilica.

08/02/2026: Great view, okay service, mediocre food. Go literally anywhere else. We ordered a quick lunch here with two drinks and nearly finished our food before the drinks ever came out (25+ minutes). The sandwich ingredients were fine but the bread was terrible and stale, ended up just picking out the ingredients and leaving the bread. I’d definitely skip this place.

24/12/2025: I must compliment Daniel, the amazing waiter we had on Christmas Eve. A kind man who gave us exceptional service and made our evening a 10/10. Thank you Daniel.

02/06/2026: Plastic chairs. Dirty tablecloths. Unfriendly staff. Wine glasses with the beer. This is the most terrible experience in Rome.

11/06/2026: The prices is cheaper than the more central restaurants in piaza navona. Already, the owners of these restaurants are relative. I ate pizza buffolini. It was good but I wait like twenty minutes and athmosphere is not as good as the other restaurants I went. Finally, the waiters are a little rude and they think you know italian.

24/05/2026: Avoid this place. The staff is pushy to get you in. The food is not good. My son ordered sea bass. I am not sure what fish he got, but it was not sea bass. It was horribly fishy and we could not eat it. The artichokes were okay at best. My wife’s chicken was flat and dry. The meatballs were good. It is also overpriced. At the end, the waiter asked if we wanted to leave a tip on the card (it is not just Asians as another reviewer suggested). This was the worst dining experience I have ever had in Rome.

12/10/2025: On Saturday night, 15 of us sat down, ready for a quiet evening with friends... and instead, we found ourselves in a nightmare. We started ordering drinks: they didn't have still water, only sparkling water. That says it all. Okay, we adjusted and ordered 10 bottles of sparkling water. After a few minutes, the waitress returned to tell us that... they'd run out of that too. We ordered beers: we asked the same waitress for Weiss. After two minutes, the owner appeared to inform us that they'd never had Weiss. Perfect, by now we should have figured out where we'd ended up. Let's move on to the food: "Kitchen Nightmare" quality, and that's not just a figure of speech. All the fried foods on the menu were "unavailable" because—in their own words—"we removed the fryer, now we use the air fryer." Perhaps to save on electricity. We then ordered some fried chicken strips (so to speak). After an hour of waiting, they arrive: sour, inedible. The sandwiches are burnt, with bacon that probably went bad, and the meat seems to have been shared between multiple sandwiches. The quality of the food was simply disgraceful, and the kitchen management is appalling. At that point, we decide to get up and leave without touching practically anything. They also charge us 10 euros each without having eaten practically anything. And, as if that weren't enough, we see the uneaten sandwiches being set aside as if they intend to reuse them in the future. A place like this shouldn't even open its doors to the public. Zero organization, food worthy of criticism, and management that's embarrassing to say the least. I've never had an experience like this. But the final gem... they had a DJ playing outside... there wasn't any still water, but there was a DJ.

12/10/2025: Surreal experience: we called to reserve a table for 15 at 11:00 PM on a Saturday night, and they confirmed we could eat. Ignoring the fact that half the dishes on the menu weren't available, we ordered drinks and, after being brought a few beers and five bottles of water, we were told they'd run out of water for the evening (12:00 AM on a Saturday night). We'd ordered a few portions of chicken nuggets, and what we received were inedible chicken strips (left there after just one taste), undercooked chicken, and rancid meat. The best part was the sandwiches, since as soon as the first three arrived (we'd ordered 15), we noticed that the bun was burnt, the bacon wasn't bacon, and, most importantly, that the burger had been cut horizontally and was COLD. Given the situation, we decided to pay and get up without having barely touched any food, and without the staff apologizing or saying a word about what had happened. I think it would have been enough to communicate that they didn't have the resources/staff necessary to provide dinner (and water). I've never had an experience like this before, so if you're thinking of stopping by for a bite to eat, it's definitely worth avoiding.

06/05/2026: I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Italian restaurant, and it was a truly wonderful experience the food was exceptional every dish tasted fresh, authentic, and full of rich flavors the pasta was perfectly cooked, and the sauces were clearly made with high-quality ingredients. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in both presentation and taste the staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, always ready to recommend dishes and ensure everything was just right. Service was smooth without being intrusive, overall, this restaurant offers a genuine taste of Italy and a memorable dining experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who appreciates great food and excellent service.

23/03/2026: Restaurant inside the Mercure Rome Fiumicino hotel. Spacious atmosphere and average menu. Amatriciana and cacio e pepe are perhaps a little lighter in flavor than true Roman tradition. The restaurant also offers pizza. Courteous and helpful staff. Good coffee and a friendly and helpful barista.

25/05/2026: A pleasant evening. First time at this restaurant and certainly not the last. The service was prompt, and the young, bearded waiter was very attentive and interested in the evening's progress. Kudos! Everything was delicious, even the beer was cold. The lady inside was sweet and welcoming. I'm not giving it five stars because the table was a bit unstable, and I'd recommend cushions for the chairs. Overall, the bill was fully reasonable for the quality of the dishes and the service.

10/04/2026: We ate outside, which was very pleasant. The place is unpretentious, but all in all, for a last-minute lunch on Easter Monday, it was great. The staff was friendly and attentive. We'll be back to try the wood-fired pizza! I've read other terrible reviews; I don't know what they were expecting. It's definitely not a 5-star restaurant. €50 for two, including half a liter of wine, two bottles of water, an appetizer, two first courses, and two coffees. The only caveat: artichokes should be on the menu. Those coming from outside Rome have the right to try them. 😁

27/10/2025: Pizza I think frozen, my stomach hurts thank you. Salad not even seasoned. Hard bread. Rude waitress and exorbitant price. I don't like to leave bad comments but there are limits. It's a joke and a shame because the terrace is rather nice

22/10/2025: Nothing to complain about, a very friendly atmosphere and a place with a wide selection of both sweet and savory items. The outdoor area is also very nice and quiet. Excellent choice.
