Rossini all'Hotel Quirinale In Roma

The Quirinale Hotel Restaurant. The service was exceptional, bordering on excessive. The waiter even placed my napkin on my leg. Because of my work, I've eaten at high-end restaurants, and Rossini's service is certainly up to par. However, the food was disappointing; perhaps we didn't choose their specialties. My partner ordered fish, and it was clearly freshly defrosted and poorly cooked. My sirloin steak was tough and dry for my taste. The wine by the glass was very good, but they charge extra. We saw other customers ordering Italian pasta and pizza dishes, but we weren't in the mood for dinner, so perhaps we didn't choose our dishes well. Congratulations to the front-of-house team; very well done, gentlemen.
