Everything was beautiful! One of our best memories of Rome!!! We're from Argentina and went twelve years ago for our honeymoon. One night, we were walking back to our accommodation in the center of Rome and arrived at the restaurant just as they were closing, and there was nowhere else open nearby. We'll never forget it! We left thinking we wouldn't get anything to eat that night, and after walking just a few meters, the owner and the other staff called us over and gave us two huge sandwiches of dark bread with prosciutto, a small tray of pickled eggplant, and two beers. Such beautiful generosity and empathy that we'll never forget! The next night, we went back earlier and had the most delicious pasta we'd ever tasted! We hope we can go back again someday! Highly recommended!

A tall, balding, middle-aged waiter called me rude just because I was distracted on the phone. I found him rude and unkind to a woman. It really bothered me, especially since I was at the table with all my partner's friends. Sundays are for relaxing, not getting angry, and besides, in a place where I pay, I always expect to be treated kindly. I didn't feel welcomed and respected as a woman, especially one at the table. I'm sorry because the food is good, but it ruined my lunch.
