13/08/2025: We spent a truly enjoyable evening near Ponte Milvio. The venue is elegant and welcoming, perfect for spending quality time in a relaxed atmosphere. The food was truly excellent. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff was courteous and attentive. It's an experience I highly recommend and will definitely repeat.

12/08/2025: A very cute place, with a cool internal garden in the summer (fans always on). We dined with our dog since it has a garden and the owners are pet-friendly. A wide selection of pizzas and Roman dishes. The staff was super nice and courteous, and took great care of us. We'll be back!

04/04/2025: Update 2025: Restaurant closed for some time. Premises for sale. ---- A piece of Sardinia in Rome Tuscolana. The Ravioli stuffed with grouper or sea bass seasoned with bottarga and courgettes are phenomenal... The soup with Sardinian fregola and seafood is another excellent alternative. Owners always kind and helpful. Leave some space at the end of dinner for a sebadas :)

29/08/2025: Finally, a pleasant café in Rome, in the quiet, modern, and elegant Salario district. Delicious croissants, good coffee, and good service. The interior is beautiful, and the outdoor terrace is splendid.

30/08/2025: Do NOT recommend for people with food allergies! I gave them an officially translated list of food allergies. They assured me that they understood. Ended up with a major allergic reaction anyway, and ended up in the hospital for 6 hours. Hard pass.

30/07/2025: We experienced the same as Jason the other reviewer. We called and called and no one answered so we walked over and there were a number of empty tables. Then we asked for a table for 2. There were a number of tables opened. The first thing they said was do you have a reservation. We responded in Italian we have been calling your number and no one answers. Then the man said in Italian oh no we are full. I am in agreement. This restaurant was recommended by a friend and we live in walking distance I would not waste my time. Go to a place where they welcome you not these people.

30/07/2025: The place is very cute, tastefully decorated with beautiful art on the walls. The food is very simple; nothing special, but for the type of recipe and the small quantity, the prices are high. €8 for a half tomato, €20 for chicken with peppers, €22 for 60 grams of linguine with very little fish. The main problem, I have to say, is the subtle rudeness of the hostess, starting with the phone reservation and continuing throughout the evening; it feels like she's saying you should thank her for dining at her restaurant, which is never a nice thing to do. The guy was very kind and made an excellent wine recommendation. Overall, an okay place, definitely stylish, but I don't think I'll be back.

01/03/2025: Posto accogliente elegantemente semplice, ci si sente a casa, Francesca fantastica, gentile, educata, sempre disponibile a scambiare due parole e due battute . Pietanze sempre ottime ben cucinate, saporite, buone materie prime, prezzo assolutamente accessibile e adeguato alla proposta culinaria. Ci siamo stati diverse volte e una o due volte al mese siamo lì, ci abbiamo portato amici facendo un ottima figura, sono rimasti tutti soddisfatti, continueremo ad andare con grande piacere.

24/07/2025: Don’t get me wrong, nothing is HORRIBLE here. The food was ok, service and atmosphere too, although there were very few people. The thing is that the food is very expensive for what it delivers. Every plate is expensive and mid, not bad, not horrible, not good, not great. I’ve had better food for half the price in the city.

11/08/2025: We fell into the trap of going to a place near a tourist area. The prices were very high for the food, which, both in quality and, especially, in quantity, was nothing special. The bathroom was very small, mixed, and the air conditioning was very loud hitting your head (the sound, because air does nothing). It's not a place I would recommend, and I doubt I'll return. I give the service a 3 because the waiters are friendly and polite.

01/09/2025: Meh. 3.6 is accurate. Slightly undercooked pizza and missing salt in pasta. Not crazy expensive though. Just don’t order bread.

25/08/2025: Crispy Roman pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven. Delivery times are reasonable, and considering the area, the prices aren't outrageous. You pay for quality! We'll definitely be back.

08/03/2025: Per prima cosa ci hanno portato della pasta cruda che avevano fatto senza sale. Dopo, per secondo, ci hanno portato una cotoletta bollente e delle patatine fritte crude. Per me non è approvato

22/05/2025: Two of us went for lunch today. Very quiet, just us and one other person. Good and friendly service. The place was great. We ordered water, a salad, carbonara pasta, garlic and cayenne pasta, and a homemade tiramisu to share. Good. The tiramisu was very sweet for me, but I prefer savory food. The service was fast, helpful, and pleasant. It cost us €30. The only drawback: They don't accept credit cards.

14/04/2025: A stone's throw from Piazza Fiume, an address to share in via Lucania 11a between via Sicilia and Via Calabria. Delicious pizzas with quality products that recall the ancient flavors of the past. The restaurant has a wide choice of Roman dishes on the menu. In a panorama of gastronomic offerings that increasingly push customers to discover sometimes unthinkable combinations, tradition wins here and succeeds very well. The innkeeper is truly the guardian of our taste. The pizzas are excellent and perhaps this is one of the few restaurants that still makes them Roman style, I feel like saying, hurray! that is, low and very light which makes you want to do it again while remaining very digestible. The classic and timeless tomato bruschetta is delicious, as is the focaccia with Parma and buffalo mozzarella. Zucchini flowers pizza with anchovies simply irresistible, tasty and cooked to perfection. Exceptional tiramisu, never tasted so good in a restaurant. La Baita since 1980, is the true history of catering, not entrepreneurial improvisations destined to appear and then disappear like the trends of the moment. An address to recommend and share with relatives and friends and for those who wish to taste the ancient flavors of tradition seasoned with the tenacity and love of those who have decided to dedicate their lives to catering. Listening to the memories of the managers is a romantic dive into the past, the Rome of the past, beautiful and damned. Welcoming environment with industrial references, quick and attentive service. Absolutely honest prices, time stopped in via Lucania 11a and we with it.

28/07/2025: Personale gentile, Alessandro si è sempre messo a disposizione con consigli da fornire per la buona riuscita del Battesimo. È andato tutto meglio del previsto! Lo consigliamo sia noi festeggiati che gli invitati!

18/06/2025: Siamo stati in questo magnifico ristorante il 14 Giugno per i 50 Anni di matrimonio dei miei genitori, eravamo circa 30 persone e siamo stati davvero bennissimo. Già dall'accoglienza per degli stuzzichini all'aperto con dei fritti e delle tartine di pesce squisite. All'interno, nella sala climatizzata abbiamo proseguito con un mix di antipasti(Insalata di mare, soutè di cozze, salmone e moscardini) per poi passare ai 2 assaggi di primi(scoglio e crema di scampi) e concludere con un misto di frittura e orata in crosta davvero deliziosa così come tutti gli altri piatti. Per finire, sorbetto, frutta torta e caffè il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo vino. Consiglio a tutti questo ristorante per la qualità, la location ed il servizio, tutti davvero gentilissimi e disponibili.

03/07/2025: I knew this place because the pizza was delicious and Neapolitan. Tonight, while we were sitting, we discovered that they changed management a couple of days ago. We ordered 2 margheritas because from the look of the 2 owners we felt like we were at the Addams family's house. Terrible pizzas. When we got to the cash register they even told us that we had to pay in cash. Just for the record... when customers arrive they have to be notified in advance of the POS malfunction. And if we didn't have cash they held us hostage?????? Scary

15/06/2025: Rude staff and not up to the task of running a restaurant. After having had misunderstandings between the dining room and the kitchen and not having offered us adequate service rather than finding a compromise they started yelling at us. Really bad experience.
