18/03/2025: Restaurant on the Fiumicino promenade, facing beach, with large sand parking that can accommodate several machines. the restaurant looks good, the structure is similar to a classic 80s bathing establishment. inside the restaurant is a bit retro with dated furnishings but which fit perfectly in the context. The service is good, the waiters are courteous and overall quite careful. Food is not, in my opinion, nothing exceptional both in taste and in quantities. the price is of a high level fish restaurant. I don't think I will return

03/03/2025: Ho festeggiato il battesimo di mio figlio(75 coperti)è stato tutto perfetto!servizio professionale e soprattutto disponibile e gentile,qualità ottima e giuste soprattutto le quantità, torta fantastica!in quel giorno c'era anche un 18° con menu di pesce, opposto al nostro,nonostante cio il servizio non ne ha risentito affatto,insomma, tutti i commensali molto soddisfatti. Grazie Francesco!e grazie allo staff del ciocco!!!

03/03/2025: 4 of us went on Friday evening trying the meat (excellent) and the pizzas which looked more like crackers than pizzas, the next day we tried to ask for 3 takeaway pizzas with double toppings and a focaccia, the result? 40 euros for pizzas which had no difference from those of the day before

03/04/2025: Tourist trap... you'll pay a total of 10 euros more than expected. They charge you 2 euros for non-bottled water, 3 euros for service, and 5 euros for cutlery. They serve you a "pint" glass of beer (which isn't a real pint) as soon as you order a beer without specifying the size... obviously it's 7 euros. Too bad because the chef makes good food.

22/03/2025: In pellegrinaggio al santuario del divino amore in 55 abbiamo prenotato in questo ristorante, un po' titubanti all'inizio ma siamo stati "divinamente" bene. Locale un po' piccolo ma pulito e ben curato, personale eccezionale e cibo abbondante e cucinato molto bene. Che dire? COMPLIMENTI!!

30/03/2025: Large venue with a view of the lake 👍 We visited at the end of March and enjoyed the delicious pizzas. The ambiance could use a bit more refinement (...maybe even a bit more!!!). The hall was heated, but the lighting (...with cold neon lights throughout) was completely unacceptable. A cozy, comfortable atmosphere could be created here with just a few resources (warm white bulbs in the ceiling lights and battery-operated LED table lamps).

31/03/2025: Location veramente molto bella, io e il mio compagno abbiamo optato per il menù “Palmarola” tutto buono, il cameriere di sala ci ha consigliato il primo del giorno: ravioli alla crema di scampi, da 10/10!!!! Unica pecca forse solo la poca presenza in sala di un cameriere ma per il resto assolutamente positivo.

24/03/2025: A few steps from the center of Nettuno, In Mezzo al Mare is the kind of restaurant that makes you feel like you're in the right place right away: a relaxed but refined atmosphere, the sound of the waves in the background and the aroma of the sea coming straight from the kitchen. The raw appetizer was a dazzling start: very fresh raw materials, served with simplicity and elegance. Red prawns, scampi, tartare and oysters - every bite was a tribute to the sea, without unnecessary frills, but with an attention to detail that you can feel more than you can see. The first course, made with the catch of the day, arrived as a surprise of the moment. Perfectly balanced, tasty but never invasive, with textbook pasta cooking. To close the circle, a fried calamari and prawns to applaud: crunchy, dry, with a lightness that is rarely found. Every bite was fragrant, with that full and authentic flavor that only a well-made fried food can give. The service is friendly, smiling, attentive without ever being formal. The wine list offers a good selection of local and national labels, with choices suitable for both those looking for bubbles and those who want a structured white to accompany the meal. In Mezzo al Mare is a small jewel overlooking the Lazio coast: a must-see for those who love real fish, treated with respect and passion. I will return, without a doubt.

14/03/2025: I failed on the first day of arriving in Rome because I arrived at closing time, but I was able to get in on the second day. Haha I wanted to eat gnocchi, but luckily I was able to eat it. Haha (the thing sprinkled on the gnocchi is pistachios!) The staff is friendly and the price is good. I chose it because it was close to my accommodation, and I think it was a good decision. I used a translator to communicate, but I have no regrets! I enjoyed the meal~♡ ah! The Manzo was a little tough because I ate it a little undercooked, but the meat was still delicious!^^ Pros: Open until late Disadvantage: If it is not close to the accommodation, it may feel far away.

11/03/2025: Jsme nároční jedlíci ale tahle restaurace předčila všechna očekávání. Šli jsme sem docela najedení, ale jejich carbonary a lososa jsme snědli do posledního drobečku. Obsluha moc příjemná, aperol vynikající, k tomu teráska na střeše s pravou italskou atmosférou. Sem se určitě ještě vrátíme.

31/03/2025: We were in this restaurant on a Sunday for lunch, the first sunny one of the season, obviously the place was super crowded given the exodus from Rome for the beautiful day. I found the food to be good, average, nothing sensational, perhaps also given the arrival time, we sat down at 2pm. Note that for me the service is very negative, first of all if you are a restaurateur and you see that your place doesn't empty after the first shift you shouldn't complain, on the contrary! The rather colorful comments between the owner and the waiter about people who were late in front of other customers do not seem appropriate to me. I would review for a moment the approach that both the staff and the owner of this restaurant have towards the customer, who pays to have good food, and maybe a smile.
