Delicious lunch, we stopped here by chance and got out after a tasty meal. The salad were fresh and very good portions, the chickpea bread crunchy and savoury, the supply rich and satisfying. To come back! 👏🏻😁

A cosy little hidden gem, where everything is gluten free. Close to the pantheon and yet very reasonably priced. Good for a lunchtime cafe but not really a place for a full meal.

A delightful place, with a wide selection of filled focaccias and desserts. I really liked the fact that there was a fountain where you could fill your glass or water bottle. Very friendly staff.

Lovely little place to go for lunch. Our daughter is coeliac so we tried to find the best places for her to eat. That's not actually that difficult in Rome. Food here is delicious. Would recommend highly. Their lemonade really hits the spot on a hot day. And their cake slices are very generous, we had carrot cake that was really good.

29/05/2026: I had a good experience at Retrobottega. It is not a traditional Roman restaurant. The kitchen uses Italian ingredients but prepares them in a more modern and creative way. It is a nice place if you want to try something different from the classic dishes you find around Rome. The atmosphere is relaxed, the service is good, and the food is prepared with care. I enjoyed my meal and would happily come back on a future visit to Rome
