Friendly, delicious place. I was walking down this street looking for pizza and stumbled upon Pandali. I loved the menu, especially the hummus with the pasta. They had several vegan menu options for around €10-12. My mom and I loved it. Then we ordered 100% organic apple juice for €4, simply delicious. Great place, I highly recommend it. And keep in mind that many locals go there, so they surely know it's a good lunch spot.

The staff was kind and helpful, the place is 3 minutes away from the Pantheon and the price are really accessible. I got myself a gluten-free focaccia with burrata and seasonal vegetables. It was really good, the focaccia was crunchy and fragrant and the filling was fresh. The bathroom was clean and the inside were tidy, cozy and the staff welcoming.

Pamdali is an interesting self-service concept where you collect your food at the counter, it's served on a tray, and then you take it to your table, making the experience quite quick and convenient. The place is well-organized: they have a water refill station, a dishwashing area, and power outlets for charging your phone, which is very useful if you're short on time or need to work for a while.
The menu is completely gluten-free, which is a big plus, especially for those with intolerances. The food is generally good, although some dishes could have been served a bit warmer. In our case, they only heated the focaccia, even though they asked, which makes you wonder if the other dishes are meant to be served cold or if it was an oversight. On the downside, there's a strong smell of vegetables like cabbage and artichokes when you walk in; it's not overpowering, but it might not be pleasant for everyone. Also, there's only one bathroom, which could be insufficient during busy times. Overall, it's a functional place with a good gluten-free option, but there's room for improvement in the details. I'm giving it 4 stars because the concept and the food are good, but small details like the temperature of the dishes, the smell upon entering, and the limited bathroom space prevent the experience from being perfect.

Gluten free cafe but very average. The suppli was really nice. €5 Carrot cake very average. But I had a €7 warmed focaccia sandwich with cauliflower and beans and it was awful. Bread warm but filling cold, one slice of cauliflower with no flavour, no beans that I could see, and the bread was very tough and dry. Had two bites then threw in the bin in was that dry and horrible. Curry looked tasty but didn’t try it. The cakes are very expensive at €5 each compares to other GF places close by. Great to have a gluten free place, but didn’t tick the boxes for me. Suppli was really nice though.

A pleasant discovery for brunch! We really enjoyed the vegetarian options, especially the mixed platter with eggs, avocado, hummus, and all kinds of freshly prepared vegetables. The dessert selection is also wide and original, and you can refill your water bottle for free. Thank you and congratulations, we'll definitely be back.
