28/02/2024: Mario.. and the Shawarma's of the Capital (vol.2) And here, the usual ritual that repeats itself.. me galloping with my faithful steed (which I look for everywhere from Magnà) with the leather saddle that smells good 🏇🏾... . . This time, I was beyond the Gra - in the Prima Porta valley - along the Via Tiberina, towards Piazza Saxa Rubra. Near the bus terminus, my instincts were sharpened by finding this activity [1] . To the cook, (with an Italian-Egyptian accent), I illustrated my appetite and my tastes, paying the right price for a hearty dish [2] composed of shawarma, cabbage_salad_onion_& sauces. How is it? For those who may find themselves in the area in the future, below is a short description.
