07/07/2025: Simple and welcoming place, "strategically" located in Ostia Lido near the "Borgo dei Pescatori"; it is located in such a way that, even in case of overcrowding, it guarantees the privacy of everyone, as well as the heat in winter and the coolness in summer, so much so that its beautiful galleries of plants and greenery, let the light of the sea reach the tables, but not the annoying glare, guaranteeing customers a pleasant regenerating stop. The fish is good and prepared with skill, the food is abundant, but not heavy and the service is fast, efficient and very courteous. Alessia B.

26/06/2025: Maybe we chose a bad day, but it's been a long time since I ate so little. The mussels sauté was cold, the spaghetti with clams was tasteless, and half the clams were closed, so already dead. The staff was nice, but I wouldn't go back.

17/06/2025: Rosticceria pizzeria like you can find very few nowadays. Excellent stuffed white pizzas, as are the supplì. First and second courses for all tastes and overall moderate prices. A stop not to be missed!!!

12/04/2025: All'asino d'oro ci si sente veramente a casa, il posto è molto carino e mai affollato o troppo rumoroso, lo chef e penso proprietario è una persona molto educata ed ospitale, abbiamo mangiato bene ed è stato un piacere scambiare con lui quattro chiacchiere. Eravamo a Grottaferrata per lavoro e per pochi giorni ma ci è piaciuto a tal punto che siamo tornati, grazie Martino!

30/06/2025: Great lunch with a local friend! Ox tail is well marinated and so tender! Mozzarella pizza is authentic with crispy edges! Even the plates are so special! Wall decorations show the history of this restaurant.

But the room was a wonderful surprise: spacious, clean, with a bathtub, and, above all, a balcony overlooking the beach. A few stairs down, and you can lay down your towel. 27/06/2025: Small restaurant/pizzeria inside Ostia. Neapolitan style pizza, with a light dough. We had, among others, the one with yellow and red datterini tomatoes, raw buffalo mozzarella and basil pesto, really tasty. The pizza alla norma, with fried aubergines, was also not bad. Tuna meatballs with barbecue sauce were delicious. Service was quite fast and prices were very affordable.

09/06/2025: It was a pleasant surprise. Small place hidden inside Ostia but I would say very comfortable with large tables. Pizzas and fried foods of the Neapolitan tradition worthy of praise. Only criticism, I would have preferred the arancino less hot, it loses flavor in my opinion, but in the end it was good anyway. Very kind service and average prices so I highly recommend. PS: they also do take away

27/05/2025: I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The seafood was incredibly fresh, and the homemade pasta was perfectly cooked—you can really taste the quality in every bite. 05/06/2025: For me it is definitely a place where I feel at home. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Neapolitan pizza that, according to a friend from Campania, manages to outclass its Neapolitan cousins. The place is nice and can accommodate large groups. My family dinners are usually completed by desserts that conquer the entire table. In short, to go there and return. Just remember that if you have booked with The Fork, the discount is recognized only if you pay via app.

01/06/2025: This place was recommended to us for the grey. The area is very suggestive, they seated us immediately but our table was on a slope. The waiters were generally helpful, the appetizer of typical products was mediocre and the first courses were equally so. Unfortunately the food does not live up to the view.

04/06/2025: On Sunday I went to eat at the La Coccinella restaurant for two people, very disappointed, an advance appetizer and 2 miserable plates of rice with scampi cream, 50g per plate and they didn't taste like anything, do you know how much I paid 18 euros for a plate of rice, a miserable appetizer for 2, 32 euros, 2 filtered waters and a Peroni beer and 30 euros the rest, shame on you for treating people like that
