Excellent. I returned after 10 years and it didn't disappoint; quite the opposite. Good and fast service, delicious food. The fact that it doesn't close early is a big plus.

I'm almost a little ashamed because, during the coronavirus pandemic, we lived right above the restaurant for over six months, often went there to eat, and I neglected to write a review. Today I'm making up for that: the Schwarze Adler magnificently manages the difficult and ambivalent balance between being a tourist trap near the central station and, at the same time, a high-quality venue for the locals who live here. They've succeeded, congratulations!

One of the best priced fixed menu at 16 Euros for a 2 course meal. The pasta was delicious. The wrong order was given to me but luckily one of the servers recognized it and replaced it quickly. Second course was rather small and what I received (pork roast) was rotten unfortunately. But they quickly replaced it with another dish that was delicious. One thing to note, because the restaurant is located in such a key location, there are a lot of pan handlers or street sellers that do bother you if you are having dinner on the street.

Albanian pizzeria with great value for money. For €10 you get a pizza plus a small drink – can't complain. Of course, there are better options, but this is absolutely recommended if you want a quick bite in the evening.
