17/04/2026: We organized an event at this venue. The service was terrible; they didn't serve enough food. When we reported this, the manager told us it was the guests' fault for eating too much. We spent around €1,000 and were treated terribly. I don't recommend it.

12/04/2026: A welcoming, jungle- and industrial-style venue in northeast Rome. Excellent food, both for vegetarians and meat eaters. Friendly and professional staff. Great for Sunday brunch, especially when paired with DJ sets and live music. A place to relax, hang out with friends, eat, and dance! Highly recommended!

27/04/2026: I went to this place because friends from Ostia knew it, and I was curious to see if the reviews about the generous portions were true. I must say, I was absolutely pleasantly surprised. I've never seen such generous portions of fish entrees, not to mention how good they were! Highly recommended for anyone looking for original and tasty fish entrees that aren't always the same old stuff. The fried fish was also good, not too greasy, and the portions were generous. The waiters were very kind and helpful, and the service was fast. This will be my new go-to place when I return to Ostia!

05/10/2025: We found this place randomly after repeatedly getting disappointed by every Tiktok and Reddit recommendations of where to eat in Rome and throughout our Europe trip. It was also during protest day so we weren't sure if they would open. I would definitely recommend showing up when they open (7.30 PM for dinner). There was no sign in front so go by address. We were let in by one of the family members that ran the restaurant. Most of the seats was reserved by locals coming in later. Let me tell you I am writing this review BEYOND MAD. MAD I didn't have the stomach to eat everything on the menu. MAD now I have to justify coming back to Rome just to eat here again. And ABSOLUTELY MAD didn't eat here all three days of our trip instead. Yeah I'd definitely eat here for both lunch and dinner! Yeah I'd cancel a Michelin reservation to eat here instead! If I only had 2 hours in Rome I'd spent 1 hours eating here, 30 minutes digesting, and then another 30 minutes eating here again! I really hope this place, the lovely people that runs it, and the local community that sustains it, continues to care for this beautiful piece of Rome. I selfishly hope this restaurant never have the misfortune of becoming popular on Tiktok or other socials and turn into another soulless tourist trap. I hope it maintains it local charm, excellent food, and sense of community for several generations to come.

15/07/2025: The best food is usually at places that don't brag. We walked by this place 4 or 5 times before we knew it existed. Only two English menus is a sign of authenticity.

13/04/2026: The food was delicious, the prices were quite high, and the portions were average. Customer selection was done at the entrance, and despite the restaurant being empty, we were seated outside, where it was already quite chilly. The service was appalling! The waiters (bald and young) were rude. It's been a while since I've seen a waiter take the plate of the person across from me by lying on top of me and touching me under the arm with his own. The waiter was a few slices of bread thrown on the table in a paper bag! Overall, I don't recommend it. The atmosphere was stuffy and the service was unpleasant.

12/10/2025: Never again! Yesterday, a friend of mine and I ate an appetizer, two regular pizzas, a glass of wine, and a water, for a total of €51, so €25 each. I didn't want to cause a scene in front of the tables that were still in the restaurant, but I saw that the bill indicated a special pizza menu (I instead ordered a pizza that wasn't one of the special ones (called grottino; the special ones were, for example, cacio e pepe, amatriciana, etc.) and an extra appetizer. The pizza menu said the appetizer was included, but instead they charged us for it separately. Terrible treatment; that's why I gave it one star; we were very disappointed.

17/04/2026: A decidedly negative experience from every perspective. The pasta with sauce arrived cold, and I witnessed a display of poor hygiene by the waiter during service, which I found unacceptable in a restaurant setting. Water and bread were brought only with the main course, with an incomprehensible delay. Finally, the pudding was of very poor quality. I will not return and I do not recommend the restaurant.

12/03/2026: I have been buying fish only from this fishmonger for years. I can sum up my experience in one word: "quality."

23/12/2025: It's been a while since I've been, but the excellent quality of the ingredients has endured. The place is divided in two by the fish counter, with two entrances: one for the fishmonger and one for the small, cozy dining area. I think it can seat four or five tables, and the highlight is that when you walk in, you can smell the sea air without any unpleasant odors. The young man who served us was helpful and knowledgeable, and recommended the razor clams au gratin, which were excellent! For a treat, we each had an oyster and a salad with salmon sashimi, all deliciously fresh and top-quality! The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is that, in my opinion, they should lower the wine prices a bit. Highly recommended!

07/05/2026: A cozy Italian restaurant with a unique atmosphere! Delicious food, affordable prices, everything fresh and full of flavor. A huge plus for the chef, Mr. Marian from Poland – a very friendly, helpful, and warm man who puts his heart into every dish. The service was also very friendly and helpful. We had a truly wonderful time here. Definitely worth a visit!

06/05/2026: Unfortunately, they're racist. They saw we were Hispanic and treated us terribly. I noticed the difference when white tourists arrived and were shown much more courtesy. In my case, they even served me the wrong dish. We had just arrived from the airport. I ate it because I was hungry. I don't recommend it.
