This restaurant was highly recommended by our Airbnb host and it did not disappoint! We stopped by here for a quick happy hour and ended up skipping dinner at the next place due to how amazing the service and atmosphere was. The owner Alessandro and our server Giacomo are so personable and welcoming. Seriously made us feel like family and provided the best service! Cocktails and appetizers were top notch and if you struggle to decide, they will help with recommendations to match exactly what you’re looking for. Cannot speak highly enough about Fabrica and we wish we had more days in Rome to come back. Definitely check this place out if your in Rome!

The place is beautiful. It's been around since 1923, when it was a pastry shop. In the afternoon, we had slices of cake accompanied by cocktails. They also do aperitifs that looked very interesting, with cocktail trays full of interesting things to accompany them. Worth a try.

The coffee and tea were delicious with a very unique flavor. The food was very good. However, the service left much to be desired. The male waiters were at the door and didn't even look at us; we had to go inside on our own so the staff could see us to a table. They were very distracted and kept bringing drinks to the table that we hadn't ordered. I would return for the drinks, not for the service.

The interior is very spacious and industrial-style; very beautiful. We ordered appetizers and two main courses. Strangely, some of the dishes were delicious, while others seemed to have come from another kitchen. Perhaps it was the time or because it was a weekday; there were few people and the service was very friendly. The appetizers arrived very quickly. For the main course, we waited a very long time, without asking for anything. When we decided to leave and told the girl at our table, the main courses inexplicably arrived all at once. A strange coincidence, but overall, it was a pleasant evening in a very beautiful and unexpected place.

05/08/2026: I loved everything and highly recommend it. It was our last day in Rome, and while strolling around, we stumbled upon this restaurant. A lady invited us to stay, and a very friendly woman from El Salvador came to serve us. So don't hesitate to stop by on your first or last day in Rome. I'll be back; I loved Rome so much. Thank you. God, everything was excellent! 👌
