25/07/2024: Family dinner with typical Gaetan dishes. Uncommunicative and friendly staff, awful meatballs with anchovies (bread only), dish rating definitely not among the best eaten in the city and very expensive (€30), overall unbalanced value for money. The environment could be much nicer and nicer. It's a shame because it would have been nice to have a point of reference for our evenings in Gaeta even independently...

02/08/2024: Ci siamo tornati dopo molto anni, decisamente migliorato. Nell’ultimo mese siamo tornati più volte. Una critica “costruttiva” troppo tempo di attesa nelle portate specialmente noi che eravamo con i bambini. Del resto vista mozzafiato pesce ottimo carte dei vini ampia! Torneremo ancora

12/06/2024: Located in the small village of Fossanova right next to the Abbey. Rustic restaurant but well kept both internally and externally, despite the very heat in the garden it was nice and airy. Good food but the cacio e pepe with truffle disappointed me a lot, too much pepper and very watery. The rest of the first courses, starters and second courses were very good and tasty.

09/06/2024: Excellent restaurant practically "inside" the Fossanova Abbey. Very characteristic inside, beautiful space outside. Excellent quality of products and well presented dishes. Prices not exactly low, but fair if you consider the quality of the raw materials. Perhaps the service is a little slow., But the atmosphere makes the wait pleasant. Overall, the suckling pig was excellent, while the tiramisu was not to my liking. Recommended stop combined with a visit to the abbey.

15/01/2024: We ate together with a friend of mine, everything was very good from the bruschetta to the pizza which I usually can't digest but I digested it very well and it was really good... The staff was also very helpful and quick... We will definitely be back

27/08/2024: In fact we couldn't order what we wanted, several starters were missing and he insistently offered us only the house starter. Having booked the day before we asked about the availability of gluten-free foods and we received a positive response, another surprise, when ordering, the owner, Gianfranco, informed us that the gluten-free first courses on Saturdays are not prepared, therefore either the risotto or opt for second courses. Thanks only to a very kind waiter we managed to have two portions of red snapper which were not available before 🤔. I thank the staff for their professionalism.

05/06/2024: Fantastic experience. I organized my daughter's baptism in this restaurant where the staff is super kind and friendly, the food was delicious and much appreciated especially the gnocchi with honey and sausage, in short I highly recommend this place

24/08/2024: Servizio lento, scarso, abbiamo ordinato prima antipasto e poi il primo, sono arrivati con netto ritardo e tutto insieme, bibite non consegnate, e cibo di bassa qualità, cozze immangiabili. Da non tornare mai più.

18/08/2024: I don't want to dwell on responding to the owner's response regarding a review made by my cousin... regarding the disappointment with how the evening went... starting with the wait despite the reservation!!! Even though it was the middle of summer, and we were 10 people!! THE WAIT WAS EXAGGERATED!!!. I forgot maybe because we took too many different things as dishes???? bah, but maybe people have different tastes?!??? then I continue…. 2, THE FISH COULDN'T BE EATEN! And not because my sister-in-law is from Desenzano!!!! (for those who don't know, fish from the lake doesn't have much flavor compared to that of the sea... but it doesn't stink, it's not dark, and it doesn't taste strange in the mouth!!! )IN FACT THEY ALSO HAVE OTHER REVIEWS REGARDING THE FISH THAT IS NOT GOOD!!.. my celiac nephew only behaved politely in answering the questions that were later asked to him about the dish he had eaten, even if it wasn't what he had asked for!!! But that's okay... anyway I don't want to continue... because I wouldn't finish anymore... I definitely don't recommend it... especially if there are 10 of you... Or more!!!!! And if you are above all a lover of fresh fish or if you are celiac!!!!!..I forgot…. We replied after a while because luckily we have other things to do during the day.. like I don't know about work, family etc etc...but then the red carpet????😂😂but I say but how dare you???? we are common people…. 06/08/2024: I went there a couple of times as it is open practically on the days when I am unable to go there. I met him about a year ago. Good, some things very tasty and delicious, others a little below what one would expect and a disproportionate value for money. Spartan place, as it should be, but definitely too "closed" and the feeling is not very pleasant. My rating for the service is due to the rudeness of these people. I called asking for information to book a table, a person (woman) replied that they will be closed until September, since barbecuing in this heat is impossible. I wanted to book for a special occasion and I was happy to let others know about this place. Wasn't it better to say: are we full? now discovering from the social pages that they are also open on August 15th was not pleasant. Rudeness personified. I definitely won't go back, certainly if I can speak badly of it I will.

01/07/2024: everything was delicious but above all I ate in a fully lit cave and it was really beautiful also because it was 40 degrees outside and inside the cave it was heavenly cool.

01/09/2023: Ogni piatto è originale e ricercato, dagli antipasti ai dolci.il personale è gentile e pronto a spiegare ogni ingrediente. La vista è pazzesca, fresco e ventilato. Consigliato sia a pranzo che a cena. Fascia alta di prezzo ma giustificato dalla qualità.
