A simply perfect dinner at La Lanterna da Silverio! Fresh fish, cooked with great care and in full respect of island tradition: every dish had the authentic flavor of the sea and the island. Typical Ponza cuisine is truly showcased here, with quality ingredients and generous portions. A huge compliment to the owner, always welcoming and attentive, making every guest feel at home. And kudos also to the chef, who transforms excellent ingredients into truly memorable dishes. Splendid atmosphere, impeccable service, and the highest quality. Absolutely recommended for anyone wanting a true island cuisine experience!

A truly perfect dinner. We went to this restaurant on the recommendation of our host, and our expectations were not disappointed. Everything was truly exquisite, from the appetizers to the liqueur. The fish was the real highlight: fresh, local, expertly cooked, and with surprising pairings. We spent the right amount and left the table satisfied and happy with the pleasure we had enjoyed. An evening made unique by truly excellent cuisine!

Fantastic experience at Antica Trattoria da Silverio in Ponza! The food was truly excellent: fresh local fish, cooked with care and authentic flavor. But what made the evening truly special was the service: Carlo, our waiter, was impeccable. Attentive, kind, and professional, he knew what was needed without even having to ask. Service like that is rare these days. Thank you so much 🙏🏻 We'll definitely be back!

03/06/2026: I had lunch on June 1 with my family. Very few restaurants today, like Hosteria del Vicoletto, offer the perfect combination of courtesy, elegance, and fresh, excellently cooked food. The atmosphere is relaxed and elegant, and guests are greeted with kindness, courtesy, and attention. We were served by Mr. Davide, who looked after us with professionalism, attention, and friendliness. We also got to know the owner, a friendly man from a world of restaurateurs that, unfortunately, is now very rare. The food: clams, prawns, sea bass, mussels, calamari... all truly delicious. I will definitely return, highly recommended. The price is reasonable for the level. Luca

19/04/2026: We were there for a Baptism... a delicious set menu that made me want to come back and try their full menu. The place is truly delightful, perhaps a little dimly lit by sunlight due to the small windows. But the decor makes it unique and characteristic. The outdoor space... is truly worth it for a lunch during this period or a dinner under the stars after a stroll in the village of Fossanova Abbey. We'll be back as soon as possible. ONLY LITTLE BLEMISH... the welcome aperitif... I don't eat vegetables, and because they only had vegetarian fried food, I couldn't eat anything... maybe two choices... ❤️ ✅ Recommended by LO.VE di Gusto
