Here, I found it simply amazing. We also tried the owner's version of the mussel soup: truly delicious, prepared with personality and a great balance of flavors. Beyond the quality of the dishes, what struck me was the humility, helpfulness, and passion with which you are welcomed. The interior is bright, modern, and yet welcoming. The menu offers a wide selection: from appetizers to fried foods, from pizzas (in addition to the classics, there are many specialty pizzas), to a selection of first and second courses, and finally, desserts. The trio of montanare, filled with pistachio cream, pesto and parmesan, tomato sauce, and mozzarella, is very delicious. Very light, with a soft and light dough. The pizzas are also delicious, with a soft and light dough. The ingredients and toppings, carefully combined, enhance the flavors and quality of the ingredients. It's a combination of tastes and flavors that delight the palate. As for dessert, the artisanal tiramisu is truly exquisite. The perfect end to the meal.
