The best Neapolitan pizza I've ever eaten, without a doubt. And I say this after trying several in Naples. Super light dough, DOP Campania ingredients, exceptionally high-quality tomatoes and mozzarella: every bite tastes of tradition and passion. The atmosphere is fantastic, with Neapolitan music and a setting that makes you feel like you're in Naples even though you're in Cattolica. A true slice of Naples on the Riviera, created by a Neapolitan who has been serving simply extraordinary pizza here for twenty years. I'll definitely be back.
