04/11/2025: Near the main street of Sorrento, La Fenice is a historic restaurant where they also make good pizza, including gluten-free and family-style versions... nice place... welcoming staff... fast and punctual service.

03/11/2025: I had the spaghetti bolonese and felt at home with my Nona. My dinner was just like my childhood dinners. Perfect pasta, generous sauce and great flavor. I had the house red wine, it was pleasing. Service was good , pricing was fair and it was a full portion. I plan to return, as I will be in Sorrento all week.

12/11/2025: A very welcoming atmosphere, convenient for those arriving by car or motorcycle, as it's close to a large parking lot and blue lines. The staff, the owners, are very friendly and helpful with recommendations. The food is excellent. Definitely worth a try.

Authentic cuisine, carefully prepared dishes, and unforgettable fried tripe; the grilled fish was also wonderful. She, so sweet, welcomes you with a genuine smile: you can feel her passion for wine and food, her attention to detail, and her desire to make people feel good. And then that tuna with cabbage that tasted like a meat stew... a surprise! The chef revealed his secret to us, and everything made sense: a unique sensation, hard to forget. 🍷✨

Everything was simply perfect: from the homemade bread to the appetizers, from the first to the second courses... and what about the desserts? A true delight! The wine list is amazing, carefully curated and full of interesting options. The quality of the food is excellent; you can taste the love in every dish. I just wish I had them near my house! 28/09/2025: We stopped by this place by chance, and it's definitely worth a second visit to enjoy at least one of the tasting menus. The quality of our food was excellent, but what surprised me most was the chef's courtesy. Even though I didn't order an appetizer, in addition to the welcome sample, he still brought me a small appetizer. And since I'm lactose intolerant, he made a dessert especially for me, not forgetting a small one for my companion as well. I understand the name chosen for this place even better. Customer care, the desire to provide joy, a meal, and a moment of happiness are truly the chef's ultimate goal. Thank you, and see you soon.

29/11/2025: Nice pizzeria. I went there last night for dinner (antipasto and main course) with my colleagues. The place is nice, divided into several rooms with plenty of seating, and the service was quick and friendly. The appetizers were very good (we all opted for the "Rusticone"), the pizza was good, but the crust made it hard for me (I had the St. Patrick). Otherwise, the beers were good, although there wasn't a wide selection. Next time we return, we'll try the food (first and second courses).

19/11/2025: Gluten-free pizza with a frozen base... gluten-free fried food ordered and never arrived... gluten-free beer and desserts nonexistent... 2-hour wait from ordering... I would have appreciated honesty and clarity when booking, since you were asked if you have gluten-free options. P.S. We undoubtedly have different ways of communicating. 1. For me, a short wait doesn't equate to 2 hours. 2. Being a pizzeria, frozen pizza isn't expected. When you were asked for it during the ordering process, you should have stated this in fairness. 3. For you, "complaint" refers to the various requests you weren't able to accommodate... and the lack of a basic ingredient, part of the requested pizza, which you say... "the pizza chef forgot to add!"

22/10/2025: We’ve been in Italy almost 7 days and this place by far has been the most tasteful restaurant, we had the gnocchi with clams , linguine margarita pizza and calamari and they all were amazing!! I recommend this place to everyone.

24/10/2025: Ettore a Santa Lucia is one of those pizzerias in Naples that offers you the pleasure of tasting the classic Neapolitan pizza. It's leavened just right, so it doesn't turn into something soft and watery that becomes inedible. Ingredients like flour, water, tomato, and mozzarella, perfectly assembled by hand, give you, when the pizza arrives at the table, the pleasure and taste of biting into it, devouring it voraciously, appreciating its deliciousness. The cuoppo is also delicious, a dish composed of a mix of fried foods made of pure deliciousness. I always return to Ettore's when I pass through Naples.

23/10/2025: It was a small, warm, and welcoming place, even if it was crowded. Now I'm back with that memory in mind and was disappointed to find it shabby, empty, and a little run-down. The staff remains courteous and the food is of acceptable quality...but food isn't everything!

16/11/2025: WHAT a discovery!! Just off the main pedestrian street in the town centre, from outside the place looks very small whereas they have a large side area so plenty of room. We went for lunch on a Sunday and we will visit again for sure!. Nello himself does the greetings (he is from Naples so the food is also Naples based) and is a very charming host, then a very happy lady came and took our order. We ordered food and drink and despite the number of customers the food arrived quite quickly. We both chose the "Genovese" pasta which is pasta in a special meat sauce and was totally delicious, plus a side plate of broccoli. Together with a carafe of the house red wine (which was also good) we spent a princely 23 Euro per head, EXCELLENT value for money for sure.

09/11/2025: We found ourselves in the alleys of Castellabate by chance and noticed this restaurant... the lady's welcome makes you feel right at home, and Mr. Nello's sweetness is the best. We ordered stuffed zucchini flowers and stuffed anchovies, oh so delicious. Spaghetti with clams and pasta and seafood beans were incredibly delicious, with fresh, quality ingredients; we had to mop up the sauce with the bread. I truly recommend it; everything was delicious.

06/10/2025: The place is pleasant and the food is good. The portions of the first courses were average and less generous than expected. The average cost per person, considering the setting, is not particularly cheap. Parking is available only on the street.

30/10/2025: We went to the restaurant Salvatore. It was fantastic! The average tourist not accustomed to excellent food should not come here. It would be wasted on them. All others please come.

29/10/2025: The service is unfriendly. Food average. Menu varieties not plenty. Price normal. Annoyingly, the limoncellos served after diner usually served gratis in all restaurants we have visited, were asked to be paid. Very unfriendly.
