Tengo el pescado del día y mi marido tiene una pasta con salsa de carne. Ambos eran perfectos! Sus recomendaciones de vinos también estaban presentes, y las vistas eran absolutamente impresionantes. No puedo recomendar este lugar lo suficiente!

From the moment I began working with Michele & Claudia to plan, they were kind, responsive and helpful. They made the process so easy for me and answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. The wedding itself was absolutely beautiful. They made us feel prioritized and at ease in what I thought would be a very stressful week. The wedding set up was exactly what I expected when I walked down the aisle, and our reception dinner was gorgeous. All of our guests were blown away by the views and the food. Thank you to the entire team there for making our day perfect!

The venue exceeded our expectations in every way, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to get married or host an event in Sorrento. Planning a wedding from England without a planner could have been daunting, but thanks to Michele and Claudia, the entire process was incredibly easy, smooth, and enjoyable. Their communication was 10/10—prompt, efficient, and attentive to the finest details of my requests. Michele was particularly patient as I navigated countless questions and requests when meeting him at the Villa in the days leading up to the wedding. His understanding and support alleviated any stress and reassured me that our day would be perfect, and it truly was! On the wedding day, Michele went above and beyond by arriving at the ceremony venue to assist with my dress preparation and help my bridal party. When my veil got stuck while walking down the aisle, he was right there, saving the day! The Villa itself is breathtaking, and our guests were blown away by the fabulous views. Many of them told us it was the best wedding they had ever attended, a testament not only to the villa's beauty but also to the incredible team that makes it all possible. When my husband and I arrived at the villa, Michele greeted us with a refreshing glass of water—such a thoughtful gesture that showed his experience in handling weddings, especially in the heat. The decorations were set up perfectly, addressing my previous concerns as I personally transported all the decor from the UK. Every detail was executed flawlessly, even better than I could have achieved myself. We also booked the food through the Villa, and it was hands down the best we’ve ever tasted! As frequent diners at fine restaurants, we can confidently say the food at Villa Antiche Mura topped them all. The catering team even accommodated last-minute dietary requests from some of our guests without any fuss. The entertainment was phenomenal as well! We booked a band, a violinist, and a saxophonist through the villa, and they were incredibly talented. Our guests were thoroughly entertained throughout the entire day and evening, with many enjoying themselves so much that nobody left early! The entire team, especially Michele and Claudia, ensured that everything ran like clockwork. They thought of the little touches that made our day even more special, creating a seamless experience for us. Thank you so much to everyone at Villa Antiche Mura for your hard work and dedication in making our dream wedding come true! 14/07/2025: Celebramos el aniversario de mi mejor amiga y Dei Cappuccini no engañó... La vista, la comida y el servicio. El cristiano era “aux petits soins”. Logró conseguirnos una mesa con una hermosa vista al atardecer y con el equipo cumplieron con todas nuestras necesidades (sin menú de carnes, opciones encontradas etc... ) Recomendamos la experiencia 100% Sin duda lo volveríamos a hacer cuando visitemos amalfi de nuevo. Pequeño consejo: si vas caminando desde el centro de amalfi coge el ascensor ; ) está a 10 minutos del centro

22/09/2025: A true pearl of Ischia! At Trattoria da Peppina di Renato we finally felt we had found the real Italy. The atmosphere was a feast for the senses: authentic, steeped in history and tradition, with every detail in the décor arranged with taste and passion. Francesco, with his stories, guided us not only through the dishes but also through the soul of the island: its soil, its wines, and the deep roots of its cuisine. It felt as though we had been welcomed into the living memory of a family. The grandmother’s meatballs with pine nuts, in their rich tomato sauce, captured me from the very first bite. I truly felt as if they had been prepared by a nonna herself, with that love and patience only a grandmother can give. I can say, without exaggeration, that I had never tasted anything so delicious, so tender, so perfectly balanced. Then came the pasta with rabbit sauce and herbs. Wonderful! Followed by the traditional Ischian rabbit dish, which I had longed to try since arriving on the island. It was intensely aromatic, served with real, rustic fried potatoes. And yes, we followed Francesco’s advice: we even did "la scarpetta"!!! Dipping bread into the rabbit sauce was a revelation. We paired the meal with a local Biancolella, produced just a few houses up the hill: fresh, crisp, and mineral, with that volcanic rock note that gives Ischia its name as the "green island". The evening ended with two special digestifs. One was made of arugula, unique and vibrant, and the other was Piperna, a true spirit of the island. A must try! This was not just dinner, but a journey into tradition, authenticity, and warmth. Thank you from the heart for an unforgettable evening. We will carry this inspiration back to our own little Italian restaurant in Germany, and we hope to return soon, at least once more, to relive this magic.

12/09/2025: Wonderful evening. Professional and very helpful staff. Excellent food quality and absolutely reasonable prices. What more can I say... the tradition and history of Ischian cuisine with expertly combined reinterpretations. The place is beautiful and exudes joy with a hint of nostalgia... all accompanied by the greatest voice and guitar on the island of Ischia. Well done guys (did you give your lighter back?)

Maestro Gaetano and company never miss a beat. 😃 We order a different pizza every time, and we have to say we've never been dissatisfied with the product. This is a sign of professionalism, dedication, and a great deal of passion. It's true that we're talking about pizza, but these are culinary experiences worth having at least once in a lifetime, and I'm especially speaking to those who aren't from the South and come to visit us. Anyone who loves food can't help but love Gaetano Genovesi's pizza.

29/09/2025: Excellent! My family and I were vacationing on the Amalfi Coast, and we discovered this restaurant by chance, thanks to a video circulating on Facebook. We immediately searched for it on Google Maps, and following the directions, we arrived! We had a wonderful time! Magnificent dishes, expertly prepared, incredibly fresh fish, very friendly staff, and a stunning location. We'll be back soon!

04/10/2025: Excellent restaurant with excellent dishes and a beautiful sea view from a terrace with a lemon grove. We visited in the evening and enjoyed excellent service and delicious dishes, including some imaginative ones like the tuna soufflé. The ingredients are top-quality, and the atmosphere is truly comfortable, including the indoor dining room. The value for money is average, certainly not overpriced for the Amalfi Coast. Reservations are required.
