The owner is a very sweet lady. Really great pasta. She gave us a complimentary extra dish of pasta, oranges from her garden, and undercharged us.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was very homely. Gave the vibes that you were back home visiting your grandma! The food here was alright. Personally i felt the price was good compared to the other tourist traps. But i must say the service here was top notch! I enjoyed my meal thoroughly.

The place has a family feel to it, with the food looking and tasting like home cooking but wasn’t that good, my favorite least place to eat my whole Amalfi trip, to be honest. The people were friendly, and it was an interesting place to eat, away from the main tourist areas. However, the prices weren’t much different to eating somewhere central but the bill was added up by hand and we weren’t shown a copy, and we left with the feeling we were charged a bit extra than the published price at first and then they changed it from 25 to 15€/person. We went here in a big group of 14.

I hope this place is not closed. We came in on a rainy November night in 2014, and it was one of the few places open in town. I think we were the only customers other than a guy who seemed to be a family member. We seriously had one of the best meals ever, prepared by an older woman and her husband, I think. Incredible house made pasta and sauce. I hope to return one day.
