12/04/2026: I've been going to the Ariston for several years, first as a pizzeria, now as a restaurant, and it's always a fantastic experience. The quality of the food is top-notch, beautifully presented, and the service is excellent and fast. The owner, Fabrizio, and his wife are always very kind and smiling, and it's a real pleasure to eat there. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with tasteful mountain-style furnishings. My favorite dish is the sea bass fillet in a crispy bread crust: it's delicate, yet flavorful and delicious, highly recommended! 21/03/2026: High-quality pizza ingredients, a Roman waiter who was professional, empathetic, and kind, and possessed all the characteristics that make Italy the most hospitable and welcoming country in the world. We also had two fried zucchini flowers and two babà. The final price, in my opinion, was excessive at €70, including two medium beers, a bottle of water, and a large coffee. However, we were celebrating and didn't rely too heavily on the menu, which was carefully provided by the waiter. Last note: the receipt was properly issued. For me, that's an important piece of information. We'll gladly return.

21/03/2026: This place was an absolute disaster. Honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. We waited forever for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was completely disappointing – overcooked, bland, and just not what you expect from Italian cuisine at all. But the service was even worse. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and couldn’t even speak basic English, which made ordering unnecessarily difficult. Instead of trying to help, they just seemed annoyed the whole time. And the biggest joke? They actually charged us 2€ per person for “service” – for WHAT exactly?! We basically got no service at all. No one checked on us, we had to figure everything out ourselves, and we were treated like we were a problem. On top of that, the prices were way too high for such poor quality. Bad food, terrible service, and extra charges for nothing. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. Total tourist trap.

Ceresio 7 is one of the most beautiful places in Milan: the view of the city is spectacular, especially at sunset, with an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. The service is impeccable: the staff is attentive, professional, and never intrusive. The dishes are meticulously prepared, with high-quality ingredients and truly refined presentation. The selection of cocktails is also excellent, perfect for enjoying poolside. An ideal place for both a special dinner and an exclusive aperitif. I'll definitely be back!

18/04/2026: Two Hours of Waiting — Zero Satisfaction We arrived 10 minutes before opening, and they put us on the waiting list, telling us we'd have to wait 30 minutes. In reality, we waited outside for over an hour. This alone is a clear sign that respect for customers isn't a priority here. When they finally let us in, they told us there were no seats—we were left to wait again, this time at the bar. When a seat near the pool became available and I tried to approach, the hostess stopped me and asked me to wait longer. Literally a minute later, a couple behind us simply sat there—without asking, without respecting any line. No one said anything to them. No system, no fairness. Result: more than two hours of waiting, no orders placed, a completely pointless visit. For a place that presents itself as exclusive and charges €22 per cocktail, the service is simply unacceptable. The atmosphere is meant to be "fancy," but the way customers are treated makes you feel like a nuisance. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values ​​their time.

16/01/2026: I'm only reviewing the hotel here. We stayed here for three nights during our trip to Italy. The location and the view are fantastic! The transfer from the hotel's own parking lot in the Piaggio Ape is quite an adventure. Unfortunately, the hotel has seen better days. While the rooms have been renovated, they could have invested more in soundproofing! It's extremely noisy; you can hear every word from the corridor and even when your neighbor goes to the bathroom. The room doors also slam quite loudly; they could easily adjust the door closers! Breakfast is typical for Italy: lots of sweets and some rolls, cold cuts, cheese, and fruit. Some of the fruit was quite overripe, especially the oranges. Some of the hotel's bicycles were broken, missing saddles or with flat tires.

24/01/2026: A Saturday night at Strix deserves a 5-star review. We ordered onion rings (surprisingly, not frozen, like most of the time), delicious and beautifully fried. Serrano ham balls. And, knowing this ham well, I can vouch for it. Finally, a panuozzo with a delicious, crispy dough and perfectly balanced ingredients. I can't wait to go back.
