18/07/2025: We first found out about Corte d'Aibo whilst at the Slow Wine festival in Bologna, in fact Margherita was the first person we spoke to. She was just setting up so we went to a few other stalls to taste their wine and then returned back. Every wine we tasted at the stall was wonderful and we were very impressed with the philosophy and care the vineyard had. Fast forward a couple of months and my daughter and myself had the pleasure of staying at the vineyard. The setting, the ambience, the quality of everything is truly amazing. Margherita is so hard working and a credit to her lovely parents who also work non stop. Her father is a master of wine and so clever at getting perfection, he is also experimenting with new wines. The food is some of the nicest we have had in Italy, a lot of it grown on the premises. The apartments are lovely and the fresh water pool stunning. If you want to just relax and chill out whilst enjoying quality then please go here. We are going to the Classic Car Show in Bologna later this year and will have a few days here as well. Come next year I am taking my whole family out, the grandchildren can just run around and swim in the pool etc. Margherita is getting married in September and we wish her, Matteo and the family the best. 18/05/2025: A panoramic, relaxing place, average food with limited first and second course offerings but with a very abundant and very varied appetizer The appetizer is the strong point personally I skipped the first courses because they were judged not interesting and chose a second course of grilled meat, satisfactory. I would not choose it for the food itself but for the place and to relax Affordable prices

28/06/2025: We were in this tavern yesterday during a weekend. We had an appetizer of local cold cuts and two first courses. We paid 54 euros. Excellent price for quality and quality. The owner is kind and friendly, she recommended other B&Bs and was very welcoming.

24/06/2025: Pranzo eccellente ...portate veramente eccezionali....un unica pecca , forse, la lentezza del servizio alla quale hanno immediatamente rimediato dopo la segnalazione....cibi di gusto....mi dispiace nn avere fatto foto delle pietanze ma erano veramente degno di un 4/5 stelle....il personale è disponibilissimo e i bagni pulitissimi

30/07/2025: Nice atmosphere, excellent quality, but... The second course of prawns and endives didn't arrive in large quantities. When asked where the prawns are, they couldn't answer... they brought us these... The bill...the menu showed the price of the wine they offered as €30.00, but on the bill it was €34.00...why? But they gave me a €5.00 discount...great! Pierfranco

15/07/2025: I visited this splendid restaurant in the medieval courtyard of Palazzo Caetani in Fondi and was truly impressed. The atmosphere is magical and intimate, perfect for a special evening. The staff is professional and very friendly, making you feel at home without being intrusive. The cuisine is superior: I savored well-balanced dishes, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, and discovered authentic flavors creatively reinterpreted. I also appreciated the wine selection from the extensive wine list, expertly recommended by the staff. The bill was justified by the quality of the overall experience, including the ambiance, service, and ingredients.

27/04/2025: Quando vado a Venezia , una tappa al ristorante il Carpaccio la faccio sempre. So per certo che mi troverò benissimo. Cibo, vino e servizio ottimi. Anche oggi non sono rimasta delusa: Un ottimo antipasto cotto, un primo delizioso , un dessert gustoso e un vino veramente top. Vi allego alcune foto. Ci tornerò sicuramente in tempi brevi. 23/03/2025: Gran comida, camarero fabuloso y vista espectacular en el Gran Canal. Aunque era marzo, el restaurante estaba lleno de lugareños y algunos turistas visitantes. El pequeño personal trató a todos los huéspedes con gran eficiencia y amabilidad.

22/07/2025: Situato a Porto Azzurro, questo locale è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Il personale è cordiale e estremamente competente, sempre pronto a spiegare ogni dettaglio del menù e delle preparazioni. Il cibo è fresco e di ottima qualità, con un’attenzione particolare alla presentazione. La selezione di caffè è molto variegata. Sebbene non abbiamo provato i crudi, sembra essere una scelta consigliata. Un piccolo suggerimento sarebbe quello di migliorare la carta dei vini, che, pur offrendo un’ampia gamma di bollicine, potrebbe beneficiare di una selezione più ricca di vini bianchi.

19/07/2025: Abbiamo prenotato senza conoscere nulla del locale e siamo rimasti colpiti finalmente sia della qualità che della professionalità . Menù variegato con buona scelta sia di pietanze che di bevande. Prodotti di primissima qualità, ben elaborati e ben presentati. Personale professionale e preparato . Siamo stati ben accolti e coccolati durante tutta la serata. Ambiente accogliente . Giusto rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Più che consigliato.

18/08/2025: Beautiful location with a sea view, good food, and a decent amount of food. The only flaw is the table service, even though the staff are very friendly. However, we strongly recommend telling the waiters what order the dishes came out, as they all arrived at the same time. In any case, we will gladly return if we have the opportunity.

18/08/2025: A la carte pre-Ferragosto dinner Very good food... 3 appetizers, each better than the last... both Busiate first courses were excellent... delicious mixed fried fish 😋... excellent and attentive service... friendly staff... Fair price for what we ate 👌🏻 Highly recommended

02/08/2025: Caseificio, yogurteria e forno dai sapori unici! Una sosta è obbligatoria. Purtroppo la mozzarella è talmente buona che va via subito! Consigliabile prenotarla per telefono.

05/06/2025: Estando en Toscana desea probar el vino Chianti. Sí, lo tengo y mucho más. Hemos paseado junto a los viñedos y olivos, hemos saltado a los establos y hemos aprendido dónde y cómo se crea el vino. Todo el grupo de nosotros tuvimos un maravilloso tiempo de cata de vinos, disfrutando de maridaje de vino con productos locales. La cena se basó en la granja local y la comida de temporada y hemos aplaudido. Una señora que estaba celebrando su cumpleaños el mismo día tuvo la oportunidad de beber vino de la copa muy especial. Quedamos fascinados con el paisaje, la comida de gran calidad y el vino de Dios y sobre todo apreciamos el amor y el cuidado de la familia y todo el equipo. 05/06/2025: Recientemente pasamos 3 días en Fattorio Poggio Alloro y fue nuestro favorito 3 días de nuestro viaje de 2 semanas! La gente es maravillosa allí, la comida era excepcional y las vistas eran espectaculares. Cerca de San Gimgnano, así que mucho que hacer. Nos encantó la sensación relajada del lugar y el hermoso campo. ¡No puedo esperar a volver!

30/03/2025: Piatti buonissimi, prodotti di ottima qualità. Cecina di entrè apprezzatissima. Carne squisita. Servizio eccellente. Consiglio assolutamente la torta Có Biscari (tipica pisana). Davvero squisita.

26/03/2025: Ottimo ristorante, all’interno dell’Hotel Ranieri di Pisa. Piatti di qualità, gustosi, con ingredienti di prim’ordine e ben impiattati. Porzioni giuste. Servizio molto professionale e gentile. Tempi di servizio assolutamente adeguati: rapidi ma non pressanti. In estate bello anche il dehors (sia per ristorante sia per il bar, che prepara ottimi cocktail). Sicuramente ritornerò quando mi troverò di nuovo a Pisa. ❤️

23/05/2025: eccelente pranzo da ripetere in ogni occasione ..lungo la strada principale e vicino mare..mangiato in modo eccelso sia primo di tagliolini con scampi e pomodorini freschi( da leccarsi le labbra) --delle polpette al baccalà superlative e pesce alla piastra ancora migliore..personale squisito e gentilissimo..Bravi..Bravi ...e poi da juventino il massimo ..

01/03/2025: Ci hanno fatto sedere nonostante non avessimo prenotato. Baccalà mantecato con polenta molto gustoso. Lo gnocchetto al granchio era davvero buono lo spaghetto alla scogliera era buono e molto condito ma un po’ scotto. Servizio veloce e cortese. Prezzi giusti

13/07/2025: Very nice and quiet location with the possibility of parking without stress having a private parking, ideal for a quiet dinner with excellent food, fresh fish and good wine, we go there often and we have a very good experience, I recommend it.
