30/05/2025: on advice we stopped for an aperitif and I must say very satisfied with an addition of € 3 on drinks you can use the buffet (pizza, erbazzone, stuffed gnocco, various sandwiches) we took 3 non-alcoholic cocktails cost € 10.00 each nice atmosphere and ok staff

02/10/2025: Discovered it by chance and had lunch there every day of the holiday. Pets are welcome and they immediately brought a bowl of water for the pine cone without me asking. Typical Tuscan menu with generous and delicious portions. Friendly staff, highly recommended, fair price.

15/10/2025: I've been coming since they opened. The service is excellent, fast, and friendly. The sandwiches are excellent; you can tell the cured meats are homemade. The quality is also excellent for the osteria, with simple, tasty dishes and just the right amount. The steak is exceptional!!! It's worth coming back!

18/09/2025: The place is quiet and very beautiful. The food is typically homemade: gnocchi, fettuccine, and pappardelle are all handmade. We didn't try the main courses because we were in a bit of a hurry. The desserts are also homemade. The quality/price ratio is perhaps a little high, but that's acceptable.

06/10/2025: For his 50th birthday, my "little brother" chose a beautiful location, inside a huge boat, very evocative. Very friendly staff. The food, nothing exceptional, but good. Excellent for dinners for two or more in a truly unique place. Definitely recommended.

30/09/2025: 40th birthday on Saturday, September 27th. Wonderful I chose this place to celebrate my 40th birthday, and I have to say it was absolutely beautiful. The location gets a top rating. It's a stunning place, with a restaurant room meticulously curated by the staff. It felt like being on a cruise ship, you could see the Tiber River rippling against the glass. Truly enchanting, a unique place 😍. The staff gets a top rating. Congratulations to everyone for the organization and success of the event. Everything was delivered according to our agreed-upon budget, handled with great professionalism 👍. The food gets a top rating. The roast beef with zucchini scapece and salted ricotta was delicious, the pasta all'amatriciana was delicious, and the mille-feuille cake with custard was truly superb. The custard tasted like custard, and the pastry was freshly baked 👍. Guaranteed fun with after-dinner music. A 10 out of 10 for everything, a place I'll continue to recommend to friends. Delicious cocktails, guaranteed fun, a unique and enchanting place. Thank you all 😍

09/09/2025: We didn't have a reservation at the restaurant, but we were still able to get a table. For starters, we treated ourselves to pasta, which was simply delicious. Then, for our main course, we had tuna with millesfoglie potatoes and mayo. It was truly fantastic! It's a very nice touch from the chef that each table is personally greeted upon arrival.

03/11/2025: The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and there's a good wine list. The service is a bit odd. When the place is full, you can hardly wait for a waiter; when it's not busy, they snatch your plate right out from under your nose. The atmosphere is almost homey, the interior is chalet-style, with lots of wood paneling. I recommend it for the food.

13/06/2025: I have known this place since it was opened by the first manager. It has always been very popular, regular customers are the majority and stay there for a long time. It was once renowned for its homemade ice cream (I am not among regular customers for this product category so I cannot vouch for it). The staff is welcoming. The products are of good quality.

14/05/2025: High-quality ice cream shop and pastry shop. The place is welcoming and clean. The sweet and savory breakfasts are excellent. I went for a buffet for my daughter's graduation. The outdoor area is heated in the winter and beautiful in the summer. Everything was perfect, from the organization to the very kind staff. The ice cream cake was delicious.

04/10/2025: The location is fantastic. Unfortunately, the road leading to the hotel (the last 500 meters) is in poor condition. Be careful with low-slung vehicles. But the hotel and restaurant make up for this with their facilities and the view.

05/11/2025: I'll start by saying that this review refers to a lunch during the Lucca Comics and Games, so there are all the mitigating factors involved. We ate pizza at an inside table. The place is nice and clean, and the pizza was good. That's why I'm giving it three stars, whereas the service would be zero. I won't dwell on the inattention and the timing (both of which were present) because I understand the nature of the day. However, if there's no silverware on the table and pizzas are brought that are already cut, but not very well, it's intolerable that when we asked for silverware for everyone, the waitress, in a huff, only brought a pair that we had to share, and handed them to us as if asking had been a bother. I'll start by saying that the silverware was taken from a full basket, so it's not due to a lack of clean dishes, but rather, in my opinion, a lack of desire to deliver things that will later have to be cleaned.

03/11/2025: More than a review, I'd describe it as a survival guide, and I'll start by saying that if you want to have a nice evening after a long, tiring day, it's best to go elsewhere before losing patience and other worries. It started badly because we were a small group of six when we arrived. Despite having made a reservation, we were told we still had to queue and wait to be seated, so what's the point of booking exactly? Perhaps they're trying to squeeze in more people than they can handle just to make a profit. After all, once someone has booked, where else can they go? They're forced to stay with you. The place was huge inside, so there was absolutely no need to make a few extra bucks at the expense of some unfortunate person. You could have paid the checkout anyway. We arrived an hour later than booked. The seats outside didn't even have heating (with the amount our group spent, I assure you, you can afford an electric patio heater), and some didn't even have light. We read the menu with our phone's flashlight. When we ordered, we were told that pizzas would take 40 minutes or more, so it would be better to order something from the kitchen. Well, guess what? The table next to us, who arrived several minutes later, also ordered pizzas, and they arrived before our dishes. At least I had ordered fries (frozen, as per the menu), which arrived after 30 minutes. A friend, again for appetizers, had chicken nuggets, which arrived 15 minutes after the fries (served without sauce, by the way). I'd be embarrassed to serve them; McDonald's Nuggets are better for the price. Another funny thing was that the waiters (obviously not their fault, poor things; in fact, they were kind and helpful) kept asking us as we passed by if we had ordered that dish, because obviously they're always adding tables outside the valley to figure out the numbers, poor things. An hour later than ordered, my pasta arrived, but it was still there, and it was the only pasta available. It didn't need all this attention, at least the sauce was good. After about 10 minutes, my friends' dishes began to arrive (obviously, they didn't arrive together, there's no such luxury here). By the time the last friend's dish arrived, the others had already finished. In short, as you can see from this review, there's a lot of care and attention given to the customer. So, decide carefully where to spend your money. I'm giving one star for the beautiful view of the church. A plus for the staff, who clearly have a good understanding of where they work.
