The location is fantastic. Unfortunately, the road leading to the hotel (the last 500 meters) is in poor condition. Be careful with low-slung vehicles. But the hotel and restaurant make up for this with their facilities and the view.

Spettacolare, relax garantito top,fantastici I Servizi piscina con idromassaggio,palestra è jacuzzi,a pochi passi dal mare ,cucina top lo Chef riserva piatti spettacolari, complimenti.Torneremo presto.

Serata speciale con amici, splendida location curata in ogni dettaglio un oasi nel verde. per non parlare dell’ottima esperienza culinaria all’interno della struttura il Ristorante La Loggia. Torneremo presto, grazie per l’ospitalità.

18/02/2026: Excellent dinner, impeccable service, compliments to both the talented and kind chef and the dining room manager! The tasting menu is a crescendo of flavors and tastes, absolutely worth trying...and trying again! The restaurant is a trusted name in the local gastronomic scene. An experience not to be missed, and at a surprisingly affordable price!
30/10/2025: A small restaurant in the heart of Teramo, their tasting menus are a different journey every time, and the wine selection is impressive. Special praise goes to the attentive and friendly service. Highly recommended.

14/04/2026: Friendly, knowledgeable, and fast waitress. High-quality cuisine paired with generous servings. She shows you the raw gnocchi and ravioli before cooking them. Fabulous atmosphere and unique view. Exceptional prices.
02/11/2025: My family and I are so happy we found this place. The accommodation was clean, safe, and peaceful, with an incredible view. The food was delicious and plentiful, all homemade and truly farm to table. Our baby loved watching the animals and feeding the chickens, and we even got to learn how to make cheese. I forgot to mention that we were also allowed to use the kitchen to prepare anything we needed for ourselves or for our baby. All thanks to the wonderful Mrs. Letizia, she and her family made us feel completely at home. We can’t wait to come back one day!
