18/09/2025: We went for dinner last night. The waiter was super polite and welcoming, and the food was delicious. The atmosphere inside Gradara Castle was very romantic. I'd definitely go back tomorrow!

17/10/2025: The accommodation is beautifully landscaped. The room is clean and spacious. Tanja is very friendly and helpful at breakfast. She also speaks German. As a German, you'll need plenty of time at the restaurant. From appetizer to main course, it takes 1.5 hours. We were told that's normal in Sicily. 🤔 We'll see, we'll try a different restaurant tomorrow.
14/09/2025: A charming and well-maintained place surrounded by greenery, with excellent food. If you want to relax and enjoy nature, this is the ideal place. Super friendly staff. Thank you.

In family-run restaurants like this, you can truly experience the Italian spirit.
The food is delicious and affordable. You can eat at prices similar to those in Poland, or maybe even cheaper (09/2025).
I highly recommend it.

06/08/2025: This year was our first time at Rosoloina Mare. We received a very friendly welcome, and the food was also very good, whether it was pizza or pasta. I was particularly impressed by the tagliolini with salmon, which was simply delicious. It was also a great value for money.
In short, it's the best bar in Rosoloina Mare, and Alice is simply the best. Always friendly. We'll definitely be back.

Spaghetti with clams... EXCELLENT.
The staff is really kind, helpful and prepared.
If you are in the area go, you eat really well, and the quality/price ratio is good.
I highly recommend.

Good local and national specialties.
Four of us went, and despite the restaurant being crowded, the service was satisfactory and fast. We'll definitely be back.
28/10/2025: A guarantee! Excellent food with a wide selection of Aosta Valley dishes, premium meats, and delicious pizzas.
It has plenty of seating, but reservations are recommended as it's very popular.

30/10/2025: Me and my family loved this place a lot. The location is perfect and they serve excellent pizza, great lasagne, grilled squid was lovely and a nice caprese salad with olive oil and balsamico on the side. The staff is smiling and kind and we felt comfortable to eat here 2 with our children able to run around a bit. Thank you!

The tortelloni with roast reduction are another memorable dish—fresh pasta, intense, and harmonious flavors.
Friendly service, an excellent wine selection, and an authentic atmosphere. A must-visit for those who love tradition, crafted with passion.
