13/12/2025: Today, four of us had lunch; we'd booked last night, knowing the place already. The first course was the famous marubini, which was very good, as were the cotechino and the boiled meats, all accompanied by sauces. The price was reasonable. Recommended. Special thanks to the young woman who served us.

29/11/2025: Lovely restaurant in the charming town of Cabras, offering a genuine Sardinian atmosphere and great food. The turbot and octopus were especially delicious and perfectly cooked.
We arrived as a large group, and the staff arranged everything quickly and were incredibly friendly throughout. A wonderful surprise: they even squeezed a fresh lemon to prepare lemonade for my son (not on the menu! - seems italians don't use the lemons for that) and prepared pasta all’arrabbiata as a special favour.
Overall, fantastic service, excellent food, and a warm local vibe.
Highly recommended!

10/12/2025: Unfortunately, due to traffic, we arrived late for the guided tour we'd booked a few days earlier. However, once we explained the situation, they made themselves available to us, accommodating us and giving us a tour of the production area, albeit a little faster.
The tasting lived up to expectations, with excellent products, all in a clean and characteristic setting.
The product shop was also excellent.

The view is beautiful... maybe it's also due to the beautiful day that allowed me to eat outside... the food isn't bad, it's a shame that half the already questionable menu wasn't feasible due to a lack of products. Anyway, no!
04/11/2025: Perfect place, impeccable service, wonderful food, and fair price. The waiter, Marco, was super friendly and kind. My first night in Salò started perfectly. I highly recommend it!

17/10/2025: Very good food and friendly waiters ☺️ We ordered an appetizer, two pasta dishes, two desserts, and specialty coffees, and everything was delicious!
The staff is really very accommodating and quick. We had a toddler with us and felt comfortable the whole time ❤️ (In other restaurants, we weren't greeted warmly or, as tourists with a toddler, were even served lower).
A heartfelt recommendation! ☺️

02/11/2025: I went there with friends for dinner on a Saturday; the place was crowded and noisy. Service was quite slow. The appetizer was good, though. The pizza, on the other hand, was almost inedible in my opinion! The dough is machine-rolled and is incredibly thin, with almost completely charred edges and a soft, undercooked center!
I didn't drink the barley I ordered instead of coffee; it smelled disgusting.
I'm sorry, but I didn't feel well.
02/11/2025: The best pizza in the world (not Neapolitan, but thin and crispy)!
Rustic, homey atmosphere.
We recommend taking your time and enjoying the evening in peace.
The desserts are also excellent!

15/11/2025: My husband & I stopped at Osteria Vinetna last night, knowing it was close to our hotel... and I had the best meal of my entire life!! I have never tasted anything in this world as amazing as their pork knuckle. Service was perfect as well, very friendly people with true talent in the kitchen. We are already debating if we should eat there again before we leave town tomorrow

15/09/2025: For my first time in Citerna, I had lunch at Belvedere. It was an experience worth repeating because the fish was fresh and well-cooked, the restaurant was absolutely beautiful and clean, and the view of the Tiber Valley was breathtaking... the only downside: the waitress made a mistake with one of our orders, and we waited a bit too long to fix it. I must say, however, that the waitress was good; she apologized several times (mistakes can happen, of course!) and offered us dessert.
The prices are fair for what you get, and I think I'll be back.

The menu offers a wide variety of choices, both for starters and main courses, and a wide selection of desserts.
Excellent quality and quantity.
Fast and friendly service.
Reservations are recommended, especially for a comfortable table with a view.

16/10/2025: Lots of different pizzas where to choose. Every other customer seemed to know someone there, felt like dinning with locals. Pizzas were good, but not the best we have had in Italy.
06/10/2025: On vacation, we often choose restaurants based on their star rating on Google Maps. We would have expected more from a regular pizzeria. The dough lacked flavor, and sometimes the crust was soft. Ours at home are better. The staff was friendly and uncomplicated, and the place was unspectacular.

08/12/2025: We've made it our annual meeting place, every November, for over 10 years now, where all of us friends and colleagues can get together! This is the first time I've reviewed it, because it's truly my duty! I give everything 5 stars because the food is delicious, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere, even the outdoor area, has few, if any, rivals in the area!
