05/08/2025: On the occasion of the 2025 Jubilee, we came to Rome on a bus with 70 people and stayed at the Caravel Hotel. We were lucky enough to find this pizzeria next to the hotel. We had lunch and dinner there, and they even welcomed our group of 70 people to give us dinner. The service and professionalism were spectacular. The wood-fired pizzas, with a thin, crispy crust and a delicious filling, and the al dente pasta with a spectacular carbonara. The prices were very affordable. If we return to Rome, we will go again without hesitation. On behalf of the drivers, we give them a 10. Thank you for everything.

01/09/2025: Delicious food, both the carbonara and the fried seafood. The portion was sufficient for us. The atmosphere is what you'd expect in Lignano: a tourist hotspot. So it's busy and a bit loud, but we were aware of that :) Service was absolutely great, everyone was super friendly! It's a busy restaurant; a reservation would be nice, but you'll always find a spot if you don't make one. However, you'll have to expect a short wait.

08/09/2025: The restaurant is in a wonderful, tranquil setting. The lighting at night is equally impressive. Romance is certainly possible! :) The service was excellent; our waiter was excellent, very friendly, and humorous. You could tell he did his job with love, heart, and humor. Communication was very good in English, and we were able to speak a few words in Italian. The food was exceptional; the unique tiramisu was unparalleled and indescribably delicious (both in appearance and taste)! Good value for money! Highly recommended all around and a truly wonderful experience!

25/08/2025: Fabulous, well-topped pizza, absolutely fair prices for the quality. We tried other options, and everything was truly excellent. The staff were all courteous and professional, and the place was very well-maintained, clean, and elegant. Plus, they're incredibly fast, with very short wait times.

12/08/2025: The place offers an unprecedented view and tranquility, immersed in pure nature. The rooms are rustic, clean, charming, and well-kept, equipped with TV and air conditioning. Parking is, of course, not a problem. The owners, who manage not only the B&B but also the surrounding land, offer a breakfast entirely prepared by them: the food is, in fact, entirely homemade and delicious. In the evening, you can enjoy a beautiful starry sky. One note: if you want to get there, be prepared for a half-hour of rough roads with curves (sometimes dangerous) and climbs. But it's worth it. Recommended!

05/08/2025: A very friendly accommodation surrounded by nature. The owners are very friendly and attentive. The room is clean and cozy. Dinner and breakfast were spectacular, all homemade with products they grow themselves and prepared with great care. A delight! 100% recommended.

Le camere curatissime e tutte con qualche particolare caratteristico: la nostra aveva anche una vasca da bagno oltre alla doccia. Cena e colazione sotto il portico nel cuore del borgo antico. Menu ricercato. Tutto gestito da ina famiglia cordiale e che ti fa sentire a casa

30/07/2025: We fell in love with the Villa from the first moment, despite our first visit being on a rainy autumn day. The outdoor spaces are simply stunning, sloping down to the sea, with the terrace closest to the water featuring a transparent railing, perfect for photos. Elisabetta and Luca, who handled the wedding planning, are kind and helpful, always available, and offer a wealth of advice, always taking into account the bride and groom's tastes. We dined in the indoor dining room, which features elegant and refined frescoes on the walls. The food was superb and was enjoyed by everyone. The portions were generous. The staff on the night of our wedding were highly knowledgeable, welcoming, and organized. The food was perfectly catered for those with intolerances and allergies. Villa Margherita is also truly the only venue in the area that offered us the option of continuing the party after midnight, when music can no longer be played in the outdoor areas, offering a silent disco. The various dinner events were well organized and spread across the various areas of the Villa, ensuring a great flow. They offer numerous extras, catering to all tastes. We chose to stay at the Villa for our wedding night, and I can't say enough about the room: spacious, spotlessly clean, and with an exceptional sea and pool view. The hotel staff was also very kind to us the next day. We would choose Villa Margherita a thousand times over for our wedding.

03/09/2025: Restaurant with a sea view. The food was excellent, the tagliata steak was delicious, as was the jumbo burger. The desserts were also excellent, the peach tiramisu was truly delicious. Very friendly staff. Recommended!

29/08/2025: The place is very nice and everyone is very kind, the roast meat is good, the arrosticini are world-class! The classic and homemade peach tiramisu are delicious.

26/08/2025: Buffet: You serve yourself what you want, then go to the checkout and find a table. It was good. Recommended.

15/08/2025: We ate here on our last night in Rome. The food was mostly all a miss. It was either tough, dry or raw. The caprese was good. The staff was also just ok. Our waiter was mostly friendly but it seemed to break down once our entrees started to come out wrong, raw, or just not come out at all. You can find so many better spots in Rome.

15/08/2025: Al Ceppo was a wonderful discovery: a warm and welcoming atmosphere, attentive yet unobtrusive service, and dishes crafted with attention to detail. Fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and an excellent wine list. I'll definitely be back!

24/06/2025: We ate there yesterday, pizza and salad. The food was okay, but the bill was a rip-off. We paid €3.50 per person for bread and coperto, PLUS €8.00 for fettuccine. I asked the waiter about the €8, and he said it was for the oil (olio) for the bread! Italian friends said it was a rip-off. It's a shame. We're staying here for four weeks this year and next year... One experience like this is enough, unfortunately.

23/06/2025: We had an excellent meal here during our stay in Greve. For us, it was the best food for miles around. Very attentive staff, great wine, and the view of the piazza is, of course, a highlight. Highly recommended!

12/08/2025: A lovely restaurant in an even more lovely little town. They forgot to serve one lasagna to us, but they resolved it perfectly.
