08/12/2025: Chalet on the northern seafront of Civitanova, a place I know quite well, even though I haven't been there since I got my dog ​​Coco, until today... when, thanks to Zampavacanza, I found several beaches that accept our inseparable friends. To be sure I wouldn't encounter any unpleasant surprises, I contacted the establishment by phone, and they assured me I could access the beach with my dog. A fantastic day, finally, all together without any problems. The area for those with pets is located near the chalet, and our friends always stay with us. We were offered a bowl of water and a shower to freshen up. Bathing isn't possible for them, as is the rest of the seaside resort, but the refreshing shower makes up for that. I also give a shout-out to the restaurant, where I tasted one of the best sautéed clams I've ever had on the seafront. The staff were all kind, friendly, and attentive.

20/09/2025: Disappointment despite the splendid location The location is undoubtedly this restaurant's strong point: dining with a sea view is always a pleasure. Unfortunately, however, everything else fell short of expectations. We ordered clams, which, incredibly, were cooked with rosemary and excessive chili pepper: two flavors that completely overpowered the delicate flavor of the mollusc, making the dish truly unbalanced and difficult to appreciate. The service was unprofessional: upon our arrival, no one brought us water or bread, despite repeatedly requesting it. The waiters seemed disorganized and inattentive to the tables. Finally, the bill was quite steep, especially considering the overall quality of the food and service. A real wasted opportunity, because with a location like this, one would expect much more. I don't think we'll return.

05/03/2026: The afternoon lady is very kind, but the morning ones don't say hello, they look at you suspiciously. I just walked in, but don't I deserve a hello? We'll be back again. If only they understood that sometimes a hello is enough to gain a customer. From 5 stars to 0. Excellent bar, good pastries.

24/02/2026: I go to this bar almost every morning, and there isn't a single day when the sales assistants are polite. They're rude, don't smile, and don't say hello. In fact, they're downright bored of working. If you don't know how to work with the public, I recommend you change jobs.

01/10/2025: We stopped at this restaurant for lunch with two friends and my daughter at 1:15 PM. We asked if we could sit down and were told it was full. Seeing many empty tables, even outside, we insisted, asking for explanations, and only after several questions were we finally seated. The food was mediocre but acceptable. The price was striking for the quality of what we were served and the overall quality of the service. I should point out that they also charged a cover charge for my 3-year-old daughter, who ate on my plate with me and for whom I asked for an additional small plate, and for the person sitting with us who didn't eat. 15/08/2025: Prices tripled, service terrible (the waiters were incompetent and unresponsive when called). The bill was brought to us before we'd finished dessert, without asking if we wanted coffee or liqueurs, citing phantom safety reasons (unknown to us). The owner was unfriendly. The bill was steep for small, unappealing portions. I don't think we'll be back.

21/09/2025: The pizza was delicious, with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. The ingredients were excellent, but I was really disappointed with the price. I bought two bottles of Coke and 30 pieces of pizza, including two Margherita pizzas. Total: €82.00 I recommend lowering the prices 🙌🏻

29/01/2026: I'm speechless. The middle-aged lady at the cash register (I assume the manager) is incredibly rude, incapable of doing the math, and wanted to overcharge us (6 x 3 equals 24 for her). Luckily, we stood next to her with the calculator. They don't provide a bill (because it's not mandatory, in her opinion), just a receipt with VAT listed on each course. She treats the staff terribly, in front of the entire restaurant. The only positive note is the girls who work there, who are really nice.

05/01/2026: I was there this evening with my daughter. In the dining room, I politely asked to turn up the heating a bit, as the air conditioning was at 15 degrees Celsius and the room was very cold, given the low temperatures outside. The waiter, a very kind man, asked the owner, who completely ignored me—or rather, mocked me—by turning the heating up from 15 to 16 degrees. As for the pizza, nothing memorable, on the contrary... If I were considering this place for future dinners, it would definitely have been a no-go.

13/12/2025: The pizza would be good, too bad that if they want to offer home delivery, the customer expects a minimum level of punctuality. I was half an hour late... after an hour and a quarter late with two kids waiting to eat, it becomes truly unacceptable!!! If you can't provide a good service, tell them, we could have picked up the pizza ourselves! Let's just say this is definitely the last time I'll get pizza from them!!! 14/10/2025: I travel the world for work as a food blogger, looking for a place to review, so I've seen a lot. I expected something more from this place, given the significantly above-average prices. The service wasn't exactly friendly. The food wasn't exactly top-notch considering the prices. There's a lot of room for improvement.

05/12/2025: I'm giving it one star because I politely waited in line for 15 minutes, then two people showed up, went ahead of everyone else, ordered, and said goodbye. The man making the kebab didn't even mention that there were other people ahead of them; in fact, he even asked what kind of sandwich they'd like, etc. I left.
