09/03/2026: We entered the restaurant after having booked in advance and they made us wait 15 minutes just to seat us... taking orders in the entire room only 1 waitress who didn't even look us in the face... At 9pm no table had anything to eat on their plates... we sat down and after 40 minutes of waiting they didn't even bring us the menu... We left and no one stopped us, maybe even apologizing... Nice place, terrible management!

23/11/2025: A decent place with poor service, some dishes on the menu weren't available, and the wine list leaves much to be desired. It's more of a pub/brewery than a restaurant.

26/10/2025: Beyond the resort stay, the restaurant is highly recommended. The dishes are excellent, not overly special, but they do their part. The portions are generous. The restaurant feels luxurious, and the service confirms this. The waiters are extremely kind and helpful. They accompany you throughout the evening, making it truly enjoyable. Be careful of the noise in the kitchen, which, due to its poor soundproofing, can be a bit distracting given the serene and quiet atmosphere.

14/10/2025: Luxurious, very welcoming, well-furnished, and nestled in Borgo Lanciano. Excellent local dishes. A little pricey, but that's understandable given the setting.

06/05/2026: I have stopped several times to eat at Altamarea del Cuore Adriatico and I can say that every time I have had a very good time, excellent food, wide choice, excellent prices also considering the very generous portions, it is a self-service but has nothing to envy of a high-level restaurant, second courses of meat or fish... choose from the display case and they cook them on the spot, same thing for the first courses, choose what you want and see them prepared before your eyes... Also very clean and welcoming, kind and helpful staff, highly recommended

04/05/2026: I've been a customer for years, and every time I stop in Civitanova Marche I stop for lunch here, especially thanks to Maurizio's professionalism in the kitchen, always attentive to my allergies. It's a shame that the last time I visited, the cashier gave me a rude response, even repeatedly questioning the seating capacity. As a result, I switched restaurants for Fattoria Tocca Ferro. My advice, even if you work with large numbers of people, is to review your cashier staff, because today for lunch, I and nine others with me changed locations.

23/03/2026: One of the worst ice creams I've ever had. It tasted like nothing! *All things considered, I imagine there was at least some effort and research behind it. Maybe I just had a bad night, or the flavor I chose wasn't one of your signature flavors. The disappointment stems from the fact that I'd heard good things about it. 22/04/2026: As a lover of 🍣, I wanted to stumble upon a good Japanese restaurant, and so I did. I immersed myself in this place's magnificent Japanese cuisine. You can order tasty dishes, including excellent salmon sashimi. This place brought us a lot of culinary satisfaction. The staff was helpful, especially the pregnant woman... the prices here are considered fair. The pleasant atmosphere is the Nagoya restaurant's strong point. I recommend this place, in my opinion the best in the area. Excellent menu.

15/05/2026: It was a truly negative experience. I've been to this bar several times, hoping things would improve, but unfortunately, each visit has confirmed my impression. The staff has often proven unprofessional and unkind; in some instances, I even felt discriminatory, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, customer service seems virtually nonexistent, to the point of giving the impression that people are being treated with annoyance rather than friendliness. I'm sorry to say this, but at the moment, I can't consider this a place worthy of recommendation.

15/05/2026: Absolutely terrible experience. We came as a group of friends of different nationalities for coffee and some snacks, but this place completely ruined our mood. First, they made us wait almost 30 minutes just to take our order, and after ordering, we waited another 30 minutes just to receive coffee and snacks. The staff acted as if they were forced to work there: rude, arrogant, disinterested, and with no respect for the customers. The so-called manager of the bar, a young man in his 20s, was the worst part of the experience. When we politely complained about the delay and the terrible service, his response was incredibly arrogant. He literally told us, "If you want to sit here, you have to wait for us. If we're free, we'll come to your table; otherwise, if you don't like it, don't come back." This is absolutely no way to treat customers. The atmosphere was stressful, the service was extremely slow, and the staff made customers feel like a burden. The prices are completely unjustified for such terrible treatment and extremely low-quality service. This place doesn't value customers, tourists, or even the slightest bit of hospitality. One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a bar. A complete waste of time and money. We'll never return and we definitely won't recommend it to anyone.

30/03/2026: My review refers to the client selection. At the end of the previous season, I stopped by to inquire about beach reservations. I was given a phone number and told to call in early February. I called during the indicated period and arranged over the phone to reserve a seasonal umbrella. Fortunately, I found the beach manager, who contacted the person with whom I had made the reservation, who shortly thereafter showed up in person (a slightly older, petite woman with reddish hair). I explained the contact details we had made, and not only did she present a different position than the one I had stated, which I immediately corrected, but she also began making excuses, even pointing out that I hadn't been a guest there the previous year. Therefore, for anyone wishing to use that stretch of beach, I strongly recommend speaking only to the manager and not to other family members.

17/02/2026: To be avoided!!!! Tiny grill and without veal... actually a 2cm x 1cm piece of veal (cold by the way) with a "toasted" skin attached from who knows what salami from who knows what other dish from who knows what other customer (as in the photo).... I do the same job as them around Europe... It's hard to put it in that place for me.... If Google allows me another 12,000 characters I'd start talking about the annoyed waitress.... but I fear a dislocated thumb.... Luckily in Civitanova there are 1,400,000 other better restaurants... The old management from the good old days is a whole different story!!! I ran away!!!

08/02/2026: Sunday lunch with a friend: a first course each, a sliced ​​steak, grilled vegetables, and a mixed fried dish. We loved everything: generous portions and reasonable prices. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and cheerful. The atmosphere was clean, spacious, and very bright. A lovely, quiet lunch. Highly recommended!
