07/02/2026: I ate terribly, I couldn't even cut the pizza with a knife because it was so hard. We got up hungry because we couldn't eat it. We explained our problem to the staff but no one deigned to come to the table. Or offer an alternative. So we paid and left unhappy. I don't recommend it.

12/07/2026: We came to McDonald's solely because my friend needed a coffee, and knowing that McDonald's was open and products are always available, we extended our trip by 15 minutes just for that. Once we got to the drive-thru, we didn't wait long to order, but here's the problem: we had ordered a coffee and a burger and were told that coffee wasn't available without any explanation or explanation. In fact, the employee offered us nuggets instead... as if nuggets were a product just like coffee. My friend, who didn't even want to waste his time, ordered a Coke. After taking the order, we waited about 5 minutes to pay for it and almost another 10 to pick it up. Once we arrived to pick up our order, I politely asked to speak to the manager who was preparing other orders to ask her for clarification on why there was no coffee, given that the restaurant stays open until 4, and I was told that the machine was off and had been cleaned so nothing could be done (the machine cleaning takes literally 5 minutes at closing time). Once I said, "If the supervisor had stopped by to ask for a coffee at this hour, what would you have said?" The manager immediately replied, "Look, if you want to wait 2 minutes, I'll turn the machine on and we'll make the coffee." I have to say, it's quite shameful, not because of the coffee itself but because we literally waited 15 minutes, time during which the machine could have been turned on and made the coffee. Next time, guys... be more careful and don't cut things to save 2 minutes at closing time. You'll get needless negative reviews. Anyway, after spending €5, we stopped at the service station where at least they make coffee without any excuses.

03/07/2026: We ordered two pizzas: a pistachio pizza and a Margherita pizza. I also ordered French fries, but they gave me a mixed fried food. I found a hair on one of the fries, and there was a hair in the batter on a battered vegetable. Because of this, my friend and I were so disgusted that we couldn't continue our dinner, so we felt it was fair to complain considering the money we spent. We reported all this to the restaurant, and they didn't even bother to respond.

06/05/2026: I have stopped several times to eat at Altamarea del Cuore Adriatico and I can say that every time I have had a very good time, excellent food, wide choice, excellent prices also considering the very generous portions, it is a self-service but has nothing to envy of a high-level restaurant, second courses of meat or fish... choose from the display case and they cook them on the spot, same thing for the first courses, choose what you want and see them prepared before your eyes... Also very clean and welcoming, kind and helpful staff, highly recommended

04/05/2026: I've been a customer for years, and every time I stop in Civitanova Marche I stop for lunch here, especially thanks to Maurizio's professionalism in the kitchen, always attentive to my allergies. It's a shame that the last time I visited, the cashier gave me a rude response, even repeatedly questioning the seating capacity. As a result, I switched restaurants for Fattoria Tocca Ferro. My advice, even if you work with large numbers of people, is to review your cashier staff, because today for lunch, I and nine others with me changed locations.

03/05/2026: The bill: €4.50 for a glass of prosecco, €3.50 for tonic water, and €1.50 for two measly bowls of peanuts and chips...I've never had to pay for them!...On the other hand, the lemon slice in the tonic water was free 😬 5 stars for the girl who took the order and for the view.

28/04/2026: Tables on the Le Marche balcony offer a wonderful view. We ordered the local specialty, crescia filled with local salami, cheese, and country herbs, which was truly delicious. The price was very reasonable. I recommend it.

11/12/2025: I booked a Wednesday night after being confirmed over the phone that there would be karaoke and that we'd be able to sing. We came from out of town specifically for this, but the experience wasn't what we'd hoped for: the backing tracks used didn't allow us to sing properly, and we couldn't freely choose the songs. On our first try, we weren't given the option to choose a song; on our second try, after picking four songs, one was selected and we were only allowed to sing a short one. The people organizing the evening didn't seem up to the task of organizing a karaoke, and this further compromised the experience, despite our interest and ability to perform. Overall, the evening didn't live up to the expectations we'd had when we booked.

18/04/2026: We were there and left the table more than satisfied, the food was all excellent, the chef was excellent and the owners were very kind and the prices were excellent, we will definitely be back 👍👍👍👏👏👏

30/03/2026: My review refers to the client selection. At the end of the previous season, I stopped by to inquire about beach reservations. I was given a phone number and told to call in early February. I called during the indicated period and arranged over the phone to reserve a seasonal umbrella. Fortunately, I found the beach manager, who contacted the person with whom I had made the reservation, who shortly thereafter showed up in person (a slightly older, petite woman with reddish hair). I explained the contact details we had made, and not only did she present a different position than the one I had stated, which I immediately corrected, but she also began making excuses, even pointing out that I hadn't been a guest there the previous year. Therefore, for anyone wishing to use that stretch of beach, I strongly recommend speaking only to the manager and not to other family members.

15/07/2026: A terrible experience. Four of us sat at a table for a simple aperitif and left with a bill of €110.00. We asked for appetizers to accompany our drinks, but we found ourselves having to pay enormous amounts for each individual dish. I think the staff should have warned us, because perhaps customers don't always understand that the all-inclusive price isn't what usually happens. To be forgotten.
