10/08/2026: Yesterday I was there – I had a reservation – but when I arrived, I was shown to the next available table – which wasn't even set. Fifteen minutes later, after two requests, I was finally allowed to order. I was more than disappointed with the food – the olives ascolane were dry – probably frozen, and not tasty – then, half an hour later, the tortellini with truffles arrived. I've rarely had such a carelessly prepared meal. I'm very disappointed – only the wine was very good. It was very crowded because few restaurants were open, and I had been really looking forward to this lovely restaurant before going to the opera... unfortunately, it was a disappointment.

30/06/2026: Absolute incompetence reigns in this room. A blonde, wiry, and awkward waitress shuffled around, responding to even the smallest requests with annoyed grunts, eye rolls, and unacceptable arrogance. Asking for basic things like water or bread felt like a personal insult, which she met with constant hostility that ruined the entire atmosphere. Dear owner, you should swap your employees for IKEA mannequins: at least they don't drag their feet, they don't make customers feel like they're being overtaken while they're eating, and they guarantee the same performance as the current staff, even saving you your salary for such rude service.

30/06/2026: We had booked a table for 9:00 PM, but due to a train delay, I had to call to reschedule. The staff was really kind and friendly, waiting for us and welcoming us despite the late hour (we arrived at 10:00 PM). The food was excellent (the Adriatic fried fish was highly recommended), and the atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. We'll definitely be back.

18/08/2026: Nice place, a bit small. I waited 15 minutes for an ice cream, and not because it was crowded. The owner is very slow and extremely rude, and doesn't take criticism well.

I'd like to remind businesses like these that it's already difficult to maintain a business these days and you can't afford to lose customers. Remember, we pay you, not just whip you.

09/03/2026: We entered the restaurant after having booked in advance and they made us wait 15 minutes just to seat us... taking orders in the entire room only 1 waitress who didn't even look us in the face... At 9pm no table had anything to eat on their plates... we sat down and after 40 minutes of waiting they didn't even bring us the menu... We left and no one stopped us, maybe even apologizing... Nice place, terrible management!

12/07/2026: We came to McDonald's solely because my friend needed a coffee, and knowing that McDonald's was open and products are always available, we extended our trip by 15 minutes just for that. Once we got to the drive-thru, we didn't wait long to order, but here's the problem: we had ordered a coffee and a burger and were told that coffee wasn't available without any explanation or explanation. In fact, the employee offered us nuggets instead... as if nuggets were a product just like coffee. My friend, who didn't even want to waste his time, ordered a Coke. After taking the order, we waited about 5 minutes to pay for it and almost another 10 to pick it up. Once we arrived to pick up our order, I politely asked to speak to the manager who was preparing other orders to ask her for clarification on why there was no coffee, given that the restaurant stays open until 4, and I was told that the machine was off and had been cleaned so nothing could be done (the machine cleaning takes literally 5 minutes at closing time). Once I said, "If the supervisor had stopped by to ask for a coffee at this hour, what would you have said?" The manager immediately replied, "Look, if you want to wait 2 minutes, I'll turn the machine on and we'll make the coffee." I have to say, it's quite shameful, not because of the coffee itself but because we literally waited 15 minutes, time during which the machine could have been turned on and made the coffee. Next time, guys... be more careful and don't cut things to save 2 minutes at closing time. You'll get needless negative reviews. Anyway, after spending €5, we stopped at the service station where at least they make coffee without any excuses.

26/10/2025: Beyond the resort stay, the restaurant is highly recommended. The dishes are excellent, not overly special, but they do their part. The portions are generous. The restaurant feels luxurious, and the service confirms this. The waiters are extremely kind and helpful. They accompany you throughout the evening, making it truly enjoyable. Be careful of the noise in the kitchen, which, due to its poor soundproofing, can be a bit distracting given the serene and quiet atmosphere.

14/10/2025: Luxurious, very welcoming, well-furnished, and nestled in Borgo Lanciano. Excellent local dishes. A little pricey, but that's understandable given the setting.

03/06/2026: We weren't satisfied. The food was average, but not very tasty. The girl at the cash register was rude and disgusting, and she spoke badly of the customers. It was our first time there. We won't be returning, nor will we tell all our friends. There are few customers, and those who do come are treated rudely. For €30-40, I'd rather eat at a restaurant where I'm served by kind and courteous staff, rather than by an unpleasant person behind the cash register with a dissatisfied expression.
