12/09/2025: I've only been to the pizzeria once. The place is dirty, with traces of dirt visible on the floor. The pizza is disgusting, the toppings are poor, and the fish smells like shit. The dough is rubbery and raw, and it looks like it's been sitting on the counter for days. I felt sick for a week after eating a slice of pizza. The staff is rude and slow, they don't allow you to sit inside or use the outlets to charge your phone, and the owner is arrogant. I'll never go back.

Tiny grill and without veal... actually a 2cm x 1cm piece of veal (cold by the way) with a "toasted" skin attached from who knows what salami from who knows what other dish from who knows what other customer (as in the photo).... I do the same job as them around Europe... It's hard to put it in that place for me.... If Google allows me another 12,000 characters I'd start talking about the annoyed waitress.... but I fear a dislocated thumb.... Luckily in Civitanova there are 1,400,000 other better restaurants... The old management from the good old days is a whole different story!!! I ran away!!!

08/02/2026: Sunday lunch with a friend: a first course each, a sliced ​​steak, grilled vegetables, and a mixed fried dish. We loved everything: generous portions and reasonable prices. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and cheerful. The atmosphere was clean, spacious, and very bright. A lovely, quiet lunch. Highly recommended!

25/11/2025: The only excuse I can find is that we went in the low season. Unfortunately, the place was dirty, dust everywhere, and despite the limited work, the staff didn't care. The food was quite low quality for the category. I wouldn't go back.

02/03/2026: We booked yesterday for 2:00 PM. We waited outside for half an hour because the table wasn't available, and another hour before anything arrived. There were 6 of us, and we couldn't eat together because nothing was ready. In fact, after waiting 45 minutes at the table, we were told the linguine was sold out! We only ordered one course because we had to leave and couldn't wait any longer. The cherry on the cake... I asked for a toothpick, and they brought me a 15-cm skewer. It's a shame because the food wasn't bad, but the service, despite not being as crowded as during peak season, was terrible!

01/03/2026: The food (when it arrived) was very good, although the quantity was small. Terrible service. We had a very long wait even though we had arrived and the place was still empty. After about an hour of waiting, they finally deigned to tell us it was their fault... forgetfulness, to be precise. Never again.

04/04/2026: I'm giving it two stars because the prices at this McDonald's are very high...it's true that it's on the highway but the food is the usual.

28/03/2026: Twice in a row, weeks apart, I stopped at McDonald’s Chienti Est and the ice cream machine was out of order. Once can happen, but twice starts to feel like a pattern. For a motorway stop with heavy takeaway and McDrive traffic, not having key items available is not good enough. I will not waste time stopping here again.

19/07/2025: A very, very disappointing experience, slow and rather unprepared service, unsatisfactory dishes and most likely reheated and waiting times between one course and the next. Very slow. With a final service that was truly indifferent towards the customers.

12/09/2025: This evening three glasses of ice with a little ready-made spritz and a brut with a little Campari four crisps and two peanuts €29, at the Suisse in Madonna di Campiglio (former hunting lodge of the emperor of Austria) a quality spritz €7 I'm speechless, given that they are in Porto Recanati every summer they will never see me and my friends again

02/09/2025: Sunday lunch, a quaint, family-friendly place, which is why we chose it. We sat down at 1:00 PM and ordered a slice of vegetable quiche as an appetizer to share. I should point out that there weren't many items available on the daily menu, but whatever, we ordered a bottle of still water and two first courses. When we sat down, two tables had finished eating and a table of six had already ordered. At 1:35 PM, the quiche arrived, cold, to share. Meanwhile, another table of four arrived and ordered. We kindly asked how long it would take for our first courses to arrive, and they told us they'd be there in a few minutes. At 1:45 PM, the first courses were delivered to the table that had arrived only 15 minutes earlier, and another table of three (one adult and two children) arrived. At this point, we asked the girl again how long it would take to get our order, pointing out that the table of four people who arrived much later than us were already eating. She replied, "Well, you ordered the appetizer, so the main courses come later." This left us speechless, and we continued to wait in silence, quite annoyed at this point, I admit, and I repeat, they didn't even bring us bread. At 2:00 PM, the guy came back with some plates. We thought they were ours, but no, they were served to the last table that had arrived 15 minutes earlier! So we got up and went to the cashier, VERY annoyed. With the utmost politeness and respect, I asked for the bill, reiterating that we felt mocked by such a lack of respect and professionalism! The girl looked at us like we were out of our minds for such an incomprehensible gesture, and charged us €18.00 for a bottle of water and a slice of cold quiche, including a cover charge (4 cutlery and two glasses) because there was nothing else on the table! I don't need to reiterate the total lack of professionalism and humility; hospitality is something else entirely... just say, "Sorry, we lost your order" (I don't know where, given the small size of the place). If we were working, it happens. We would have understood and put a good face on it, but no... they didn't even do that. NEVER AGAIN!!!
