The real surprise, however, was hearing him play the piano. His high-level preparation is immediately apparent: his Conservatory training shines through in every note, gifting guests with moments of cultured and refined music that touch the heart. The cuisine (truly excellent): Generous dishes, fresh ingredients from their farm, and forgotten flavors. The homemade pasta is divine. The location: Surrounded by greenery, well-kept, and quiet. The perfect place to recharge, far from the chaos of the city. The staff (a heart of gold): All the staff are incredibly kind, but a special thanks goes to Olga. She was simply wonderful: her helpfulness, constant smile, and attention to every detail made us feel like honored guests. People like her truly make the difference! The real surprise was the final bill. It's rare, if not unique, to find such a level of hospitality and exquisite cuisine at such low prices. We ate from appetizer to dessert for an amount that would barely cover a pizza in the city, with the added bonus of organic, artisanal quality. 05/10/2025: We had breakfast at this pastry shop, everything was good, but it was a shame the girl at the bar was always sulky. She said good morning to us in an annoyed way, and even when we ordered, she seemed very annoyed. A smile would be appreciated.
