13/08/2025: Good service and attention. The atmosphere could be improved, but the quality of the ingredients is good. Very thin pizza, good ingredients, and the dough lacked flavor.

03/08/2025: Lack of professionalism and politeness. A blonde woman with short hair took our order. After 20 minutes, I had to ask if they could kindly bring us water. They replied, "It's coming," instead of "Sorry, it's coming right away." I asked for two stills, and they delivered one still and one sparkling. The appetizer consisted of three fries and six rice balls, 30 minutes after ordering. The staff was annoyed, without a smile and always huffing and puffing. The food was good, thanks to the chef, but that's not enough. The staff was unpleasant and unprofessional. The first thing for anyone who works with the public is politeness and a smile. Disorganized, they should have the owner and then the employees take a course.

25/04/2025: Today I had lunch in this restaurant and I must say that it was a truly excellent experience. The food was all delicious, so much so that the 5 stars are absolutely deserved. The owner Mario is a very good and genuine person, capable of making guests feel at home. His wife Mara is an exceptional cook, every dish we tasted was thoughtful and delicious. The son was also very kind and always available for all our requests. A great strong point is the use of local products: you can feel the quality in every bite! Furthermore, they prepare homemade bread and focaccia, a detail that really makes the difference. There is also an attached hotel service, which however we did not have the opportunity to try. Highly recommended for those looking for genuine cuisine, made with passion and local ingredients

19/08/2025: Excellent restaurant found in Apiro. The ingredients are fresh and high-quality, and the staff is young, friendly, and fast. Plus, the atmosphere created inside with the painting on the wall (it feels like stepping back into a medieval inn) is highly recommended for both couples and families. I forgot to mention the CRESCIA, which is delicious .

24/08/2025: I'm disappointed that the owner, a Neapolitan like me, is rude and lacks empathy. He didn't even apply the expected 20% TheFork discount and was even annoyed by the payment with TheForkPay, which, he said, given the difficulty the disabled woman was having activating the app, wasn't appropriate at that time. I won't say anything else about him. Kudos to all the staff, especially the (non-Italian) woman who gave us the most suitable table; she was extremely kind and professional. It's a shame the owner isn't up to par with his employees. The pizza was average, nothing special. We definitely won't be returning.
