18/11/2025: I stayed last week, an overnight stay with breakfast and a spa. The property is always very beautiful, but I have two things to say about it this time: our room, number 6 to be precise, is directly above the spa, so the heat from the spa comes straight into the room, making the radiators scalding hot even when turned off...it was terribly hot, we slept with the windows open. The breakfast was very good and plentiful, but the coffee was undrinkable, a concoction with salt from the purifier! For a property like this, it's unjustifiable. Change the coffee, or the machine...for us Italians, a morning espresso is very important!!
16/11/2025: We booked a suite with spa access. When we arrived at the spa, the girl told us it had only been booked for one person. At reception, they made us sign the spa entrance forms.
We said we had booked for two. She asked her colleague, and she said let us in... but she didn't tell us we had to pay! In the morning, we were surprised to find out they charged us another 50 euros for the second person, plus 90 euros for a truly awful dinner. On top of the 230 euros for the night we had already paid.

We didn't dine here but went for coffee and amaro.
I guess the restaurant side is relatively new as it wasn't there last time i visited, a few years ago.
It has a large outdoor area as well where you can enjoy your meal or drinks.
Sports events are shown on the big screens available indoor and outdoor.

10/11/2025: When you want to eat excellent seafood in a family atmosphere and be treated with true white gloves, Maison Vittoria is the right place.
Giacomo is a true host who is completely dedicated to customer service.
It's not the first time we've been there for lunch, always with colleagues and always left satisfied.
The last time was Friday: 4 seafood tagliatelle, 2 mixed roasted fish, and 2 boneless fried fish dishes, which would have easily fed 6 people.
Truly everything was excellent.

07/10/2025: I think it's one of the few restaurants that hasn't lost its authenticity over the years. Excellent first courses: pappardelle with wild boar; the grilled meat is special.
I've recommended it to friends who raved about it.

16/10/2025: A hidden gem, almost hidden if it weren't for the streetside porch... Worth a visit for the quality of the products: a nice selection of pastries, desserts, and cakes. I didn't try the pizza by the slice. Good coffee, generous cappuccino. Too bad I live far from Matelica, I'd go back often. Friendly and discreet service. Enjoy!
20/08/2025: Very good pizza. It's become a ritual when I pass through Matelica...I recommend calling ahead if you want takeout. The staff is very friendly.
