04/08/2024: Ordered pizza for dinner by phone, we arrive at the shop right on time and the girl tells us that our pizza wasn't ready yet but they could pay as we did. Upon delivery he tells us that some requested condiments were not available. So paid more than I should have

04/08/2024: We ordered three different fish first courses for lunch: all delicious. The chef treated us to a small fish appetizer before ordering. The staff was very friendly, and we took advantage of their kindness and helpfulness to also ask for some advice on where to find good typical food as "souvenirs". Satisfied with the experience!

15/08/2024: Too bad because the food was also good but terrible service. My sandwich never arrived at the table even after two reminders and when the sandwiches arrived at the next table I asked not to have it made again. Not even an apology received. Terrible service. To be avoided. I reply to the owner here. I'm sorry maybe you were distracted but I asked your staff more than once. You talk about arrogance but maybe you have to meet at home since I left without eating and I didn't even receive an apology. I never post reviews especially if they are negative but in this case I just couldn't help it. Usually the owner always asks how it went when paying the bill. Why didn't he ask anything? Ah, I'd also like to add that upon my second request, your collaborator replied that it was being prepared but then the next table left. So if, as you say, you felt everything, why didn't you take action? I advise you to clarify things first with your staff and only then respond to a rightly angry customer.

31/08/2024: Let me start by saying that I don't like Neapolitan pizza, excellent flavour, the margherita has an amazing mozzarella on top, friendly and very fast staff.

29/08/2024: I went with my partner and my son to this pizzeria recommended by a friend in the area... what can I say, everything was perfect! We started with some AMAZING stuffed courgette flowers! Never eaten so good and so filling! Then we took the Nerano and the Pasqualella pizzas, both excellent, very good dough and truly particular but good fillings, not forcedly gourmet combinations that have been so fashionable lately. The only negative note is that drinks and cover charge are expensive. I would definitely go back because everything was delicious, the service was fast and attentive.

25/08/2024: I stayed for 4 days, with breakfast in one of the apartments. I'm sorry to say that it was a huge DISAPPOINTMENT. Outside it is a beautiful farmhouse, renovated and well maintained. The entrance is on the breakfast room, and it is already not a nice entrance, plus there is an unpleasant, cooking and stale smell... We go up to the first floor, where we have the apartment. Hob not cleaned well, there was hardened grease all along the plastic resting on the hob, the bathroom was obscene, no soap dish, no hooks for attaching bath towels, no glass, if anything even plastic, toothbrush holder, the shower tassel tied with the plastic of the toilet paper wrapper, to hold it up, not even anything to place a shampoo on. The shower rails were very dirty. Plus we had the shutter in the middle of the bathroom of the apartment next door, it felt like we had people in our bathroom. In the room the TV didn't work, the remote control was broken, the air conditioning was noisy and dirty. Breakfast wasn't the best, homemade desserts ok, there's not even a toaster to roast bread, packaged croissants, mini ones, they put jam in them, horrible. Finally, the swimming pool, completely cordoned off by ropes, was a path to go and take a shower before entering, but you entered from one side and the ladder was on the opposite side, and people were in the water without swimming caps. Not to mention the yellow patina that is from edge to edge at the top. I was truly DISAPPOINTED. For what we were offered the price was too high. Definitely not worth going back

04/05/2024: When the owner is too stingy to pay his employees, on a Saturday night we find ourselves waiting over an hour to eat three things that require five minutes in the kitchen: frozen foods somehow full of hair. The waitresses do what they can, but there should be five of them, not two! I can't imagine the stress of the staff in the kitchen, maybe that's why they lose their hair!

02/06/2024: I ordered two pizzas for delivery, they arrived on time, the dough was excellent and the toppings plentiful but unfortunately the tomato on both pizzas was completely raw, as if it had just come out of the jar. It's a shame because it could have been a great pizza.

28/04/2024: The place is a stone's throw from the most beautiful square in Macerata. Large room, perhaps a little noisy when full. It is advisable to book especially on Saturday evenings! Simple but refined cuisine: I tasted several first courses and side dishes and found everything very good! Fast and friendly staff - I have some allergy issues and everyone was very helpful in finding a solution. Honest account. I'll be back for the pizza!
