04/04/2026: A historic two-Michelin-star restaurant, visited several times over the years. Some of the pairings seemed a bit risky for me, despite the awareness and perception of a solid and important foundation on the plate. The service is up-to-date, without being overly formal.

It's our favorite restaurant, and we always return with great pleasure. We're greeted with a smile every time, they remember us, and the service is simply impeccable. The entire staff is incredibly professional: it's really hard to find anything to criticize; everything is perfect. The wine they recommended was excellent, as were all the dishes we tried: everything is prepared with great care and quality. We also highly recommend the desserts—they're truly delicious! We'll definitely be back again with great pleasure.

09/05/2026: We had dinner at this delightful restaurant, with a relaxing, family-friendly atmosphere. Traditional menu and a wide selection of wines. The owners are very friendly and make you feel at ease, chatting and recommending dishes and pairings. Outdoor seating is available in the warmer months. Highly recommended!

15/04/2026: A lovely place and very welcoming and friendly staff. Very attentive service throughout: the cover charge includes bread, a cloth napkin, a glass, and a chalice. Good quality food, freshly prepared by the chef. I had an excellent seafood menu: linguine allo scoglio and mixed fried seafood (with fish, not just calamari and shrimp). The restaurant also has a wood-fired oven, so I recommend trying the pizzas, which I've yet to try. Highly recommended!

27/04/2026: One of the best gelatos I've ever had. The dark chocolate is truly amazing, and the salted caramel has a delicious salty toffee flavor. Definitely worth a try.

09/05/2026: A very beautiful restaurant overlooking the sea. We were lucky enough to dine at sunset with a view of Mount Conero. The food was excellent and fresh; I had perhaps the best sea bass I've ever had. The staff was truly attentive and thoughtful.

12/10/2025: A small shop offering a carefully selected selection of excellent local products (cured meats, cheeses, "cresce" (a type of sausage), wines, jams, honey, preserves, oil, etc.). In addition to shopping, we stopped for an aperitivo: a wide selection of platters and matching wines. A must-try: the Ascolana olives with ciauscolo sauce, truly hard to find elsewhere. Super friendly staff.

02/10/2025: EUR 14 for a small, microwaved, bowl of lasagne that's been cooked who knows when is pretty poor form for Italy. The two stars is for the friendly waitress, not the food. Eating out in Sirolo is expensive, but this was a joke.

18/04/2026: The pizza is the highlight, thin and crispy with original toppings. The ingredients are undoubtedly excellent. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

26/04/2026: Family lunch at this seafood trattoria in the historic center. The atmosphere is truly charming and refined, and the owner and staff immediately make you feel at home! (They were extremely helpful from the moment we booked.) Last but not least, the food—both the first and second courses are fresh and excellent, and the seafood is excellent value.

19/04/2026: The luxury of true authenticity: a rare experience "A magnificent place because it is simple, authentic, and full of emotion. We stayed here with a group of friends for a weekend of cycling, slowly discovering the Marche region through local recipes and glasses of Verdicchio. The Hotel Marchese del Grillo created the perfect atmosphere for our holiday: no forced luxury or aesthetics for aesthetics' sake, but true beauty, made of kind, hospitable, and sincerely welcoming people. Today, true luxury is authentic human connection. I share this review with the fear that too much visibility could alter this balance, so I address future guests: don't 'pick' this flower, go there to observe it with respect. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff."

Grilled meats are the main focus, and the dishes are meticulously crafted, with intense flavors and high-quality ingredients. Extremely professional yet friendly service, in an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. It's easy to see why this restaurant has a Michelin star. An absolute must-visit for anyone who loves high-end cuisine.

31/01/2026: Excellent cuisine rooted in very good traditions. It's a shame we chose the wine pairing selection. We were served some truly low-quality wine, including a Binachello del Metauro Campioli (with all due respect to the Fiorini winery), but it's the basic wine that in many restaurants is usually served as the house wine. From a Michelin-starred restaurant, I would expect a different selection, especially since with the cost of the wine pairing, we could have bought the entire bottles selected and not the glasses. Not to mention the surprise on the bill... They had given us the option of exchanging one dish on the menu for another of our choice, which we requested. We had chosen the fumo menu and asked to exchange the first course for the cacio ai 7 pepi, but the waiter told us it wasn't necessary because there would be a taste of that first course anyway, because that's what they always do. It's a shame they then added it to the bill as an extra. It's a shame... we'll be back because the food is very good, but we felt cheated and deceived.
