I'm not just talking about the excellent food—that would almost be expected at a restaurant of this caliber—but the extraordinary experience the chef and his team provided. A surprising menu, full of creativity, innovation, and unexpected moments like eating with your hands, which brought us back to the pure, instinctive pleasure of taste. The added value? Moreno Cedroni's presence, who personally presented some of the dishes, accompanying them with stories that shared his journey, his genius, and his tireless research. 30/09/2025: We happened to eat at La Posta by chance. It's a beautiful place, especially the downstairs. The staff is friendly, relaxed, and always on point. Reasonable prices and excellent ingredients. Definitely recommended. 🩷🩷

02/09/2025: The trattoria is a corner of traditional Marche home cooking, nestled in a historic setting; the layout is simple, but the dishes are 5-star quality. The wait for the dishes is normal, the service is punctual and precise, and the dishes are delicious and plentiful at reasonable prices. The pappardelle with wild boar and duck are excellent, and the Marche tripe is exquisite. I absolutely recommend it.

07/10/2025: A very welcoming place with excellent service that makes you feel right at home. The manager is extremely kind and knowledgeable, as well as a lovely person. The menu isn't extensive, but it offers excellent dishes where the flavor of the fish always takes center stage, and the other ingredients are expertly used to enhance it. No one dish stands out; they're all exceptional.

20/09/2025: A very positive experience. We stayed one night as a stopover on our way back from vacation. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable; for two adults and a child, we were given a double room with two single beds! In the evening, we opted to visit the coast and didn't stop for dinner, even though the place offers a good menu. Breakfast served under the pergola was really lovely, with juice, pastries, cake, cereal, coffee/cappuccino/tea. They also have a pool, which unfortunately we didn't use because we arrived late. Ample indoor parking. I recommend it!

16/09/2025: The BEST restaurant in Ancona, and one of the BEST restaurants in Marche. Everything about this dining experience was exceptional: the food was extremely fresh and of exceptional quality (the best tiramisu we had on our trip), the decor was crisp and clean, and the service was perfect - the chef even came up to us to have a light conversation! I highly recommend trying their white fish ragu pasta, as it was some of the best pasta I've ever had. A MUST-VISIT in Marche region.

12/09/2025: Having met at a dinner with friends, we sat outside because it was a lovely evening. We were warmly welcomed by the young staff, and they granted our request for a different table than the one assigned to us. We weren't entirely satisfied with the food; our expectations were a bit higher, but the products seemed of decent quality. Inside, the place is quite quaint and, in my opinion, beautiful, while the tables outside could use a better arrangement, as the street isn't level and they're also sloping... it's not exactly ideal to eat on a sloping surface. The atmosphere, however, is quite welcoming. Thank you.

07/09/2025: Good food, some things might be too salty but in general all quite delicious. Tartare truffle is a must to try it out! Wine pairing- good match, great service!

04/10/2025: We went on a Friday evening with friends for an aperitivo. I should start by saying that this place is well-known in the area as one of the best ice cream parlors. There were six of us adults and a nine-year-old boy. We ordered five aperitivos (on the advice of the person who made the reservation over the phone). We were greeted at the entrance by the very kind and friendly staff (all women), who pampered us throughout the evening, making us feel at home. The place was spotless and welcoming. The large, generous platter was beautifully garnished and carefully arranged. I only use fresh, quality ingredients; the rest I'll leave to the photos I post. After paying the bill, which was very fair considering the quality/price ratio, we had the pleasure of meeting the owner's son. A young man, expert in his craft, who works with a smile plastered on his face and interacts with customers, which shows he does what he does with love. We were offered a complimentary amaro as we left the place. An experience to repeat, I recommend it.

01/09/2025: We stopped by by chance to get some takeout pizzas. The service was friendly and very fast. The pizza was thin and crispy, very easy to digest and delicious.

07/10/2025: .....exquisite food, highly qualified staff and excellent education, very low prices compared to other restaurants..the staff welcomes you with a smile on their lips and eyes, giving you the opportunity to feel at ease...a glance from the table where you are consuming food is enough for the waiter to understand that you need to be served something else...the Sicilian owner, who I have known for many years, is an exquisitely polite and also very generous person...there is no noise or people who drink too much and generally only Italians, as well as top-of-the-line pizza, also delicious dishes of other kinds, good luck

25/09/2025: Ragù is the scent of home ❤️ I was born and raised in Caracas, from a family from Abruzzo, and have lived in the Marche region for 18 years... Today, this ragù reminded me of my grandmother (who sadly is no longer with us) ... that ragù that was a feast on Sundays, and especially family. Kudos to the chef. You're brilliant... I'll be back soon.

08/10/2025: In terms of value, this is the best seafood restaurant in Senigallia. The menu is simple but very tasty. The fish is fresh. I agree with Alessandro Borghese when he said he had the best grilled fish on the Adriatic coast. Recommended for any occasion.

26/08/2025: I dined here alone and was greeted with a smile and courtesy, which is not a given these days. All the staff were extremely kind and attentive. The dishes I chose were excellent, and as a true Venetian, I really appreciated the wine they recommended. The view of the sea and the Rotonda was spectacular, especially at sunset.

27/09/2025: A good restaurant in the center of Senigallia, with a menu that focuses on local cuisine. The quality is good, although not everything is consistently impressive. The service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful, without being intrusive. The location is welcoming, especially in the summer. Prices are medium-high: not cheap, but overall consistent with what's served. It's a reliable place where you can eat well, although there's room for improvement.

15/09/2025: A delightful place in the heart of Senigallia. Traditional local dishes made with top-quality ingredients and just a hint of innovation. Fast and impeccable service with very friendly staff. The icing on the cake? The cocktails to pair with the food. The "Tramonto" with lamb is a must-try!!! Who would have thought that for a wine connoisseur like me!!! Compliments to the bartender and all the staff. We'll definitely be back!!!
