18/03/2026: We enjoyed a lunch of locally produced "ottofile" corn polenta. We started with an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses accompanied by polenta crescia, followed by polenta with wild boar sauce and white polenta with mushrooms and sausage, followed by a tender beef braised in red wine. To finish, we had homemade tartlets, coffee, and a liqueur. Everything was truly delicious and reasonably priced. A small village in the municipality of Arcevia, with its castle nestled in the beautiful greenery of the Marche mountains. A must-do.

22/02/2026: We didn’t sleep. We tried only the restaurant and we can tell that it’s something special that is needed to be tried. The view, the location, the mountain and the overall place is something to try. It’s away from city, yet, it’s only 15mn from main area.

The owner, Andrea, is not only the boss of the place but also a key figure, bringing a natural, joyful touch to the meals, along with that touch of the Marche region that is so appreciated. We also met the wonderful Morena, who not only served us but also explained the menu and its origins, as well as the principles that drive the place forward. The owner told us about the restaurant's 15-year history, from his father, who opened a small grocery store, to his quest for authenticity and uniqueness (a vague example? Benedì). A place worth trying, full of history, and MUST BE ASKED FOR. By the way, I'd just like to mention Pasquale or Gionatan (depending on who you ask), who kept us company. Truly TOP!

27/01/2026: Discovered by chance, unlike the usual restaurants offering more or less standard menus, it turned out to be a truly delightful place, both for the quality of the welcome (the staff is friendly, sociable, and able to interact with guests) and, above all, for the pleasure of the palate. The dishes are delicious and well-portioned (this recommendation is for those like me who love to "eat" with their mouths and not just their eyes), the flavors are unique but well-blended, with flavors that combine traditional and creative cuisine, where you can clearly see the passion and dedication of those who work behind the stove. My compliments, truly. We'll definitely be back!!!
