Very nice location, tables professionally set. The menu features unusual dishes, but I must say I was more than satisfied with the service, as well as the dishes. Average prices. Recommended.

For us, Taverna San Nicolò isn't just a restaurant; it's become a true favorite. We always return with immense joy because you feel pampered from the moment you arrive. Their welcome ritual makes you feel instantly at home: a small non-alcoholic shot and that fantastic bread with flavored butter that changes every time. It's a treat that always makes us curious! Add to this the impeccable service: the wait between courses is virtually non-existent, and the wait staff is truly knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. You can truly taste their passion in their dishes, and it's clear how much they love using spices, creating always wonderful combinations. I wanted to try the hummus, although I was a little hesitant at first because of the mustard. It's an ingredient I never use and don't really like, so I wasn't sure I'd give it a try. Instead, I trusted them, and the combination turned out to be a real winner: it gave the dish an extra boost and everything was perfectly balanced. My rabbit was truly cooked with love: incredibly tender and succulent. My companion was also very satisfied. He had a tartare with anchovies and pistachios with bold, authentic flavors (nothing dull or banal, you can tell there was a lot of thought behind it!), and then a duck that was absolutely stunning. The kiwi cream on the side surprised him greatly—a bold yet perfect pairing. I've also chosen them to celebrate birthdays. Managing large tables is no easy feat, but they were impeccable: they offer a wide variety of menu options for this type of dinner, the portions were generous, and despite the large numbers, the food was excellent. Everyone who attended always loved it! The best thing about this place is that you never get bored: they constantly change the menu with the seasons, making us want to come back to discover what new delicacies they've invented. It's a cuisine made with excellent ingredients, but above all, with a lot of heart. Highly recommended!

We'll definitely be back. The location is beautiful, the quality of the ingredients is excellent, and the service is top-notch. I personally enjoyed a fantastic duck breast and felt like I was back in Paris after so many years. My companion, on the other hand, savored a wonderful tagliata. I won't reveal the names and seasonings of the dishes, as you'll have to discover them for yourself. A fantastic restaurant in a vaulted cellar in the heart of the charming old town. Excellent wine selection and the food is traditional with a modern twist... simply delicious. The staff are incredibly friendly and the prices are great.

A charming location. The food was excellent; we really appreciated the pairings and the acidic element (citrus or ginger) in the dishes. We ordered the tasting menu, and the dishes were perfectly balanced. My only complaint: the waiters should present the dish when they serve it, especially with a tasting menu. We will definitely return. I recommend training the wait staff, however, as the service isn't up to par with the food, which is a shame. I also recommend having the wine servers take a sommelier course.

We booked a table and they sent us the menu and wine list via WhatsApp. As soon as we sat down, they offered us a welcome aperitif, and there was also homemade bread (delicious). If you look at the menu, there are many dishes that respect the Marche tradition but with variations, truly excellent flavor combinations. Excellent value for money. We dined outside and after a 40-degree day, we enjoyed a cool breeze thanks to the proximity to the sea! Perfect service! We'll be back.
